Great hidden gem! Stumbled upon this place by chance when we were hunting for a place to have brunch in the late afternoon. Very rustic interior and well laid out. All staff exceptionally friendly and speak very good English. The food was of a high standard alongside the drinks and the service was also very attentive.

Terrible experience! It was our first time here and we ordered an omelette and nachos, 30 minutes later, the waiter told us that they don't have nacho anymore, so we reordered another thing, after an hour, we got a burned overcooked omelette!! I don't give one star because the staff was kind and friendly.

A lovely place to have lunch almost everyday or have dinner on Friday. The staff is very nice and the place is really open and relaxed. Every week they serve something different on Friday and it's not like you can choose what to have for dinner, you just have to look at the billboard outside to check what is for dinner. It's a different approach and I love this concept.

I had real nightmare at this place as this Sunday me and my girlfriend sat there for a lunch. First I got my mango smoothie and started drinking it. Girlfriend ordered after me and when got hers and started drinking she pulled out piece of plastic looking like shattered glass. Then I realized mine was also full of it, I was thinking it's crushed ice while drinking it. When I went to the counter to show them I saw them running around with broken blender. They didn't came to us to report what happened. Top piece was severly damaged, plastic was blended inside. There is no chance not to notice that twice. Both smoothies had it and they were made on two occasions. On the picture you can see how the plastic pieces looked like, it is on the finger of the employee(he could also trim fingernails since he's preparing food). After the incident they took very defensive attitude and acted hostile. It is a huge no go!

The best place to eat in Breda. Every time we're in the city around lunch time, it's a no-brainer where to go. The food is amazing, there is something for everyone, with exciting monthly specials. The staff is friendly and engaging. The decoration of the place is beautiful and some things you can even buy. There's a little play-corner for the kids. If you haven't yet, you need to stop by.

As you already read a comment from my boyfriend, we had nightmare there. They served us smoothies with crushed plastic from blender. Instead of apologize they were unkind and unfriendly. The worst place i was ever. Definitely no recommend.

Lovely place and atmosphere. Food was also very good. Only little pity was that it took veeeery long until the food was served. But the place was full, we didn't book in advance and we were not in a hurry. So fair is fair.

We were on our way to the place right next to here; where we've been before. We stopped when we saw the "broodje van de maand". This month's sandwich was with matured cheese, ginger chutney, pecan nuts, apple syrup and kimchi. Sounded really nice so after a brief moment of hesitation, we decided to have lunch here. Service was friendly. The decor is nice. The drinks were way too sweet for our taste (homemade gingerbeer and lemonade of the month) - it basically tasted like syrup. Just syrup. The special of the month was just bread with a slice of cheese and spicy kimchi. We did not taste the gingerchutney at all, nor the apple syrup. Quite the disappointment. The smoked goat cheese was quite good, but also nothing to write home about. Overall disappointed with a menu that looked quite promising.

We had a great breakfast here. The food is very good. I really recommend it.

I am sorry to give a bad comment because atmosphere is cute and workers are so nice however tables are shaking , old (which is not important ) and food was disappointing . I had veg burger (which is not bad falafel type ) and my boyfriend had cheese steak broodje however that was disappointing. It is most like something you can prepare at home easily . Mainly sides are sweet dominant( he did not like it at all). I would not prefer to give 15 euros for falafel burger and my man had to eat something else outside because he was still hungry . It is maybe a regular lunch place for NL . But we do not think to come again not because it is bad but it could have something special . Maybe it can be nice for people with children because they have a garden .
