In
addition
to
more
than
20
types
of
pancake
variants
with
Bacon
AND
Cheese
and
of
course
classics
with
Syrup,
Powdered
Sugar,
etc.,
also
a
nice
range
of
Specials.
I
decided
to
go
for
the
"Chicken
Coop"
pancake.
A
pancake
with
(of
course)
pieces
of
chicken,
satay
sauce,
onion,
pineapple
and
prawn
crackers
(actually
it
also
contains
Atjar,
but
I
left
that
out).
The
presentation
surprised
me,
but
in
the
end
it
turned
out
to
work
perfectly
to
actually
slide
the
whole
thing
inside.
The
prawn
crackers
felt
a
bit
tough,
which
I
thought
was
a
shame,
but
the
biggest
downside
was
that
part
of
the
pancake
was
fried
a
bit
too
long
or
perhaps
even
burnt
for
my
liking.
This
overpowered
the
taste
of
the
Chicken
and
Satay.
Nevertheless,
it
turned
out
to
be
a
dish
that
worked
surprisingly
well
and
that,
despite
the
2
drawbacks,
also
tasted
good
and
was
filling.
In
addition,
the
service
was
fast
and
friendly
and
there
was
enough
space
to
sit
quietly.
The
nearby
play
forest
and
adjacent
playground
also
offered
excellent
options
for
the
little
ones
(1.5y).
In
addition,
the
beer
menu
was
headed
by
beers
from
Lindeboom,
a
brewery
that,
in
my
experience,
you
don't
see
too
often
in
the
catering
industry.
Although
the
types
of
beers
available
were
the
"logical"
choice
(Blond,
Dubbel,
Tripel,
Bock,
Wit,
etc.),
it
was
still
nice
to
see
something
different
than
Affligem,
La
Trappe
or
Leffe.
