The owner is a very kind guy and makes you feel at home. The food is absolutely delicious, big portions. We had a lovely experience!

Wow! At first, I was a bit skeptical, but this food is amazing! The owners are kind, attentive, and serve the food fast. The food had rich flavors and good portions. It was the type of food where you eat slow because you don’t want it to end. Highly recommend. If this restaurant was close to my house - I’d be here everyday.

Wow…this place does not disappoint at all! I went there on a Saturday evening with a friend and we both enjoyed every bit. The food is simply amazing and, tasty and rich in flavor. Don’t expect a large menu as you’re being served by the husband and wife who also cook and clean. But that’s ok because it’s more than enough to enjoy. The portions are large and did I mention tasty?! The husband and wife are very friendly and love to make conversation with their guests. Be sure to ask for their coffee!

Wow.... The portions are huge, the price is normal (60€ for 3 people!) the food is home cooked and the lady owner cared a lot to let me know she took 3 hours to cook dolma, so please appreciate her efforts! It is a quite small place, but cozy, tidy and you will feel at home, the owners (husband and wife) are very very friendly, often come by to chat with you and ask if you need anything, they're also ready to modify any dish according to your request, which is very often not possible in other places!! So... Highly recommended, delicious food!!!

A really cozy restaurant owned by a lovely couple. The interior makes it feel really homely and relaxing. The couple were so friendly and sweet that it didn't matter that the preparation time of the food took longer than was expected. The food definitely also was worth the waiting time, so delicious and full of flavour, and the portions were exactly right. I went here with a friend and for 2 people we shared a starter, had our own main dish and also shared two desserts. All in all it didn't cost us a lot despite ordering so many things. Everything is prepared by the owners themselves, and as I said the waiting time can be a bit longer. But as long as you go in expecting that, it doesn't really matter and its still a really nice place to spend the evening. Would definitely eat here again!

Atmosphere is super traditional and chill. It is a family restaurant. The food was good, a bit overpriced, however, if you want to eat in a proper restaurant, this is the place you need to come. We had potata chaap and Koya Spareribs. Both were so good 👌🏻.

Great experience, my first time with Iraqi cuisine. The starter sampler was a good introduction, the eggplant baba ganoush and the stuffed baby eggplants with walnuts were the standouts for me. Hummus and tzatziki were also very nice. For the mains we asked for some advice and were recommended two lamb dishes. One was lamb quzi, a braised lamb dish served with rice and a tomato vegetable side. The lamb was super rich and flavorful. The pilaf was a nice mix of sweet and savory with raisins and cashews interspersed. The tomato vegetable dish went nicely with rice and lamb. The second dish was lamb/veal koftas, a kind of meatball. Very nice but not as memorable as the quzi. The restaurant owners were very friendly and personable. Making a point to talk with us and share a little of their history. A very nice introduction Iraqi food and one I highly recommend. Thanks!

The food is great, especially the rice that comes with most main courses. It's small but very cozy with great atmosphere. The married couple that run the place is incredibly nice. And they served me the best coffee I've EVER had!

We had a wonderful evening - every dish was simply delicious (oh the RICE!!). The atmosphere was cosy, the owners are warm-hearted - if you like great food and good people, this is the place to go to!

Best feed I‘ve had in a long time! I‘m from middle eastern descent so I‘m usually really picky with middle eastern food but this was superb! Not only was the food affordable, filling and delicious but also the staff was super nice and helpful!

Had dinner here a couple years ago. It's been so good that I still remember it so vividly and I thought, telling how good it was via Google might be a good idea. It was one of my favorite dinner dates with my partner and we had delicious food!

Tried this place with a couple of friends. Lovely food served hot and fresh with a very homely atmosphere. Food was tasty and the couple owning the restaurant were very friendly and sweet. A good place to catch up and chat with friends while enjoying a warm meal. Definitely recommend!

What an amazing restaurant, came here to eat with my family and the food and staff were amazing! Best food from Irak that I have ever tasted, I can't wait to eat here again! Don't hesitate, you have to try this amazing food :)
