Not bad but we kept comparing food with Sumo Oriental which was unfortunately fully booked. Ume is nice and spacy though. Enough fresh air. Good selection of drinks.

The best Japanese resto in Breda, their sushi are the best 11-12 with sushi in Japan. Nice place to go with family or the loved one for dine in.

Quite a few gluten-free options, but I am not able to order on the tablet. Glutenfree has to be ordered the old-fashioned way on paper 😕

Horrible experience from the start. The lady at the front looked and sounded uninterested in her job. She also decided to not seat us, and instead told us to just choose one of the tables in the corner. Took 15 minutes to get our drinks. Food was cold, and the rice was stale. The Edamame somehow tasted raw. The chicken was sadly also a little raw. The sushi fell apart at any given moment and the sauces were incredibly salty. Overall mediocre food and terrible service.

very tasty, nice service and atmosphere

Very cozy place. We got seated quickly and the staff was friendly. The fish was fresh, but overall the dishes were not amazing. We were there two years ago as well and the food definitely left a much better impression back then. This time the edamame seemed more boiled than steamed and the fried banana was fried in the same oil as some of the savoury dishes, because it had a hint of a seafood flavour.

Mediocre food at best. Missing items every round. Not a pleasant experience overall.

After the COVID-19 it's just as pleasurable as it always was. In my opinion it is still one of the best tasting sushi available in Breda. I can definitely recommend the chicken pieces on a stick. Just delicious.

Fake sushi with mayonnaise in the sushi rice. Not even sure why you call it a “Japanese” restaurant because these ethics are basically a shame to Japanese culture.

It's not the best sushi we've had but this is where we always go to for all-you-can-eat sushi in Breda. We have 2,5 hours to order. As the service is always fast, that's more than enough. The price is quite reasonable but it would be better if they served more types of sushi. Recommended!

I've been to dozens of japanese all you eat restaurants, this, was definitely the best one. Food quality, fantastic, service was quick and very professional, honestly zero complaints. Excellent restaurant!

Best sushi place in Breda! Every dish is fantastic and brings a unique flavour. If I have to nitpick, some ebi tempura can have a piece of shell still in there, some of the fried dishes may have a sauce not homemade like whiskey sauce or chilli sauce, both of which are available in grocery stores ready made. But don't let this dismay you. It's hard to put into words the quality of each dish. Best thing would be for you to just go and try it, and see for yourself! I will definitely guarantee that you'll enjoy this restaurant and it's food if you're into Japanese cuisine.

A great place to eat Japanese food with not so many interactions with waiters and others. You can order quite an wide arrangement of different culinary snacks, bites and courses. You can either go for 2 or 3 hours of almost unlimited ammount of food. However you do get a fine for not finishing your plate but it makes sense. The ordering itself is via a digital tablet, it could be confusing at first but once you get the hang of it, it makes for an easy, fast and amazing diner experience.

They'll never see us again!!! Had to ask a couple of times for the wasabi because they kept forgetting it. Got a police style interrogation when I walked to a waiter and asked where the toilet was. As if I had to proof it.

Great place to eat. Food was delicious and fresh. Service was a bit iffy for us, its like the waitresses where not interested in being there at all. After awhile they gave the wrong food at the wrong table. Rating is based on the food and the travel time to our table. Not a wide variety of vegan dishes.

Great food, but way too many customers compared to the available waiters. Of the 5 possible rounds we barely were able to enjoy 2 rounds. Either find more staff to wait or have less customer in line with the number of waiters
