    In September 2019 I finally made the decision to do something about my weight. The final straw was the summer holidays during which I didn't feel fit at all. I started googling personal trainer and physiotherapy because I was also having problems with my shoulder. That's how I came across the Fiteffect website.     We started training with Tom 2 years ago, we were moving and wanted to be fit for the move and renovation. The first lesson for Tom was mainly to test what our current level was and for once it was a reality check, we really had to get to work.
