The
in-store
customer
service
of
this
walmart
is
the
worst.
I
am
a
W+
user
and
received
a
wrong
package
(I
preferred
no
substitution
while
ordering).
So,
I
initiated
a
return
on
app
and
got
a
barcode
as
usual
with
instruction
to
take
the
packet
to
nearby
walmart
and
show
the
barcode
and
return
the
packet.
Went
to
this
store
to
return
it.
The
customer
service
girl
at
first
refused
to
scan
the
barcode
instead
she
scanned
the
receipt
barcode
on
my
phone
walmart
app
and
the
package.
Then
she
said
her
computer
is
saying
it
canβt
be
cancelled.
I
mean
thatβs
obvious!
She
said
me
to
wait
for
20
minutes
so
that
someone
else
can
help
and
went
back
to
her
mobile
scrolling.
I
waited
and
again
asked
help
to
someone
else
after
a
long
time!
This
time
another
lady
did
the
same
thing
and
said
me
that
I
ordered
it
from
marketplace,
then
I
should
talk
to
the
online
customer
care.
She
gave
me
wrong
information
that
without
scanning,
Iβll
get
my
refund!!
I
then
asked
if
I
didnβt
bring
it
to
store,
how
would
that
work???
You
need
to
scan
the
barcode,
otherwise
I
am
not
getting
the
refund!
They
kept
the
packet
and
asked
me
to
just
leave.
Then
I
asked
I
didnβt
get
any
email
that
you
received
the
packet
and
I
kept
the
packet
to
myself.
At
that
time,
she
said,
yes,
take
it..
and
the
first
girl
started
to
laugh
loudly
and
everyone
was
watching
this
insulting
scene!!
None
of
the
customer
service
persons
could
scan
the
barcode
and
they
literally
insulted
me,
gave
wrong
information.
They
donβt
care.
I
resolved
it
through
online
customer
center
at
last.
I
travel
by
public
transport
as
I
donβt
have
car.
I
am
planning
to
transfer
2
or
3
buses
if
I
need,
but
Iβm
never
ever
going
to
this
store
again.
Be
alert
before
visiting
this
store!
