    This is a great store! They had everything that I wanted and needed. While I was there I tried using the scan and go. When I got to the register it didn't work so I had to go to the register and check out. The customer service agents were so nice and helpful! I had a good experience. Thank you guys!!

    The staff was so rude and not helpful or caring at all. When I asked to speak to a manager the lady covered her name tag and said she was in charge but she did not have to give me her name. I feel like we were profiled because my friend has tattoos everywhere. They were extremely rude and didn't even let us complete our $450 order. Not to mention we don't even live in Denver it was raining real bad and I had no change of clothes and the rude manager lady did not care she acted like we were scum. Even made some comments trying to provoke us then threaten they would call police. I was fine with that because never have I ever been treated so badly. It's not right to judge someone by their appearance and then not let them complete a purchase. I use to work at Walmart and that lady was not a person that should be working with customers. Said she was tired and still had a 20min drive. Well I live 400 miles away and there was a horrible rain storm.

    This is a Walmart Supercenter by Federal and Evans in Denver. It’s not as big as all other big Walmart but they got everything. The store is pretty clean, they have friendly customer service. They have a really big parking lot, it’s in very safe neighborhood. It get get busy sometimes, but I like it. It has a nice shopping experience.

    Hello I went in today for a small piece of jewelry. After 3-4 for asking for an associate to come to the Jewlery section, after 20-30 minutes a young woman comes to assist us during our purchase as you know we don’t have acces to them as they are in a lock box. She had absolutely nothing to say as were were trying to communicate with her which item we were wanting to purchase. We get to the register and she has gone completely mute other than the fact of her asking if we want warranty . This is how the following convo went: I the customer: are you the employee that works jewlery Employee: (no response) I the customer: we have been waiting her for 20 mins Employee: okay ( continues to shrug) I the customer: your customer service is terrible Employee : (shrugs) I proceeded to ask for her name she refused to give it to me TWICE. I then asked for a manager and she stated β€œ my manager already went home” I asked for her supervisor for her shift She refused and walked away. This is not my first time dealing with someone that works at this Walmart or any Walmart that has any customer service knowledge. Today alone I saw 7 employees on the job on the their shift β€œworking” with their phone out on social media( as I know some employees have to use their phone for work) I have worked at a Walmart and this is just unacceptable. It puts such a good company to shame. What a disgrace.

    arrived at 1054pm and security told me they were close. why do you advertise that you open until 11pm if you are closed by 1054??? something must be done otherwise next thing you know it will be 1035pm or 1020pm or 10pm. honor the open hours or take off the open hours from your window. so unprofessional and inconvenient.

    Is negative review possible?? The in-store customer service of this walmart is the worst. I am a W+ user and received a wrong package (I preferred no substitution while ordering). So, I initiated a return on app and got a barcode as usual with instruction to take the packet to nearby walmart and show the barcode and return the packet. Went to this store to return it. The customer service girl at first refused to scan the barcode instead she scanned the receipt barcode on my phone walmart app and the package. Then she said her computer is saying it can’t be cancelled. I mean that’s obvious! She said me to wait for 20 minutes so that someone else can help and went back to her mobile scrolling. I waited and again asked help to someone else after a long time! This time another lady did the same thing and said me that I ordered it from marketplace, then I should talk to the online customer care. She gave me wrong information that without scanning, I’ll get my refund!! I then asked if I didn’t bring it to store, how would that work??? You need to scan the barcode, otherwise I am not getting the refund! They kept the packet and asked me to just leave. Then I asked I didn’t get any email that you received the packet and I kept the packet to myself. At that time, she said, yes, take it.. and the first girl started to laugh loudly and everyone was watching this insulting scene!! None of the customer service persons could scan the barcode and they literally insulted me, gave wrong information. They don’t care. I resolved it through online customer center at last. I travel by public transport as I don’t have car. I am planning to transfer 2 or 3 buses if I need, but I’m never ever going to this store again. Be alert before visiting this store!

    Very scary Walmart to visit. The store isn't very clean with the isles congested with items from the shelves. I was approached twice by teenagers who wanted money. When I said no, one said he would get me in the parking lot. I had asked a store representative to access an item locked up and he said he would get someone. No one ever came. I didn't buy all I needed because it was too uncomfortable. I did ask for a manager after the teenager said he would get me in the parking lot, but again no one came.

    If you’re going in for formula grab a chair. The wait will be at least 10-20 minutes. And if you go to another employee for help they’ll tell you they don’t work in that area and walk away.

    If I could give zero stars I would spent over $200 on a bike not even 2 weeks later the break goes out which causes me to get hit by a truck I go in the next day and I have to get stopped and everything for a good 30ish minutes because the receipt I brought in was old because from when I bought the bike and insurance. Best spend your money elsewhere. Almost every single time I went here I've been stopped

    They need to close this Walmart and reopen it in a better area. People follow you around and look at your wallet or at your purse and stare over your shoulder at the checkout lines. Some of these people nowadays have no discipline to even know how to treat others with dignity and respect.

    Do not shop here! This used to be my favorite local store until today. I had surgery recently so I cannot lift or push anything heavy. 1st issue they only have 1 handicap cart for the whole store. 2nd issue its only to for in-store use so how exactly are use disabled/handicap supposed to get our things to our cars? 3rd issue and most important the short Hispanic woman that guards the door like a dog was extremely rude and disrespectful when I kept trying to ask for assistance to my car she just kept yelling at me like I was trying to steal to not take cart outside and kept walking away. I have never felt more disrespected in my life. Asked for a manager was told no one available for an hour. Honestly I will be taking my business else's after today. And possibly seeking legal assistance this was unacceptable and the worst customer service experience I've ever had in my life that lady needs to be fired if this is how she treats customers

    Still very packed, barely 1 register open other than stuff check out, the line for style check out wraps all the way around women's clothing because no other check out points are open, people swamp the register by health and beauty and then swamp the pharmacy trying to check out. So sad! And management or team leads? Caring? Ha, they don't care as long as they are not stuck behind a register helping customers... Very sad store!

    I like the store itself, but some of the employees are something else. They fight amongst eachother infront of customers. They are extremely rude, some act like its ruining there day by answering a simple question. Applause to the empolyees who actually like their job.

    I hate this Walmart! They don't know the policy on car batteries. It says lifetime warranty if the battery malfunctions. When you try to return it they want a receipt. The receipt we had, the print faded away. They treated us like we were thieves. We never got to return the battery. They will NOT call a manager for the life of them. Also very unprofessional they way they talk to customers.

    It's not the fastest store to get in and out of. It's always busy, and it doesn't deliver, but you can get things delivered from uber eats. I know because I work doing it sometimes.

    I waited 45 minutes for an employee to open a case for me. The time I came before I waited 25 minutes. While waiting I asked several employees for help. Some were nice, some were rude. Don’t lock things in cases if you have no one to open them. Besides that the store is a huge mess.

    I like this Walmart location for the most part. The service is usually very good, they keep items stocked, and checkout is fast. The one downside was that I had someone assisting me once who didn't know English very well, and he couldn't help me find items. I'm a blind customer, so I have to request help from customer service, since Walmart and other stores don't put braille labels on their products for blind people to read and shop for ourselves. Walmart did make it somewhat right with a $30 gift card, but they should have given me more with the amount I would have spent, had the employee known where products were located.

    This place was excellent it was the πŸ’£!!     It's been an average visit at Walmart. Went and did a return without any issues from employees or anything which is always a good thing and they were fairly pleasant to be around this time. I've had my fair share of just rude and disrespectful staff from Walmart in the past so it's a nice change when they're actually nice to there customers.

    It was good store, this is my nostalgia and it haven't remodeled since 2018, when I check from now, it was still old. I wish this location was remodeled into 2021 styled just like the 2nd lakewood location. 😭

    This particular location has been a challenge for organization and overall service based on previous visits. I was there right after they opened. Many of the refrigerated displays did not have the lights on yet i.e. meat, deli, dairy. I was glad to see that the meat display was being actively worked by an associate. Found what I needed in dairy and walked through men's apparel, and it looked clean and organized.

    The store was not very organized and some of the signs were wrong. It took a while to find one item. The aisles were clean for the most part. I did end up finding all but one thing. The prices were decent.

    Store is packed with teens as workers, old lady’s with attitude, and people who know nothing about customer service. Went in and saw workers gossiping on their phones, about 3-4 workers huddling around a cashier like if they were in school, and kids sagging their pants while working. Seems like they really just gives jobs to anybody in this Walmart. A homeless person could get a job here and still treat people with better respect

    It really shocked me that Walmart sells name brand clothing! Ralph Lauren, USPA (Polo), Levi's, Wrangler's, Reebok! Wow!! It really amazed me! Nice clothing too. Not knock off stuff but really nice clothing!!

    I received a necklace today Christmas Day, 2022 as a gift. This piece of jewelry is so unique and so beautiful and I was incredibly touched to have received it. The quality is excellent and the fact that the gemstone is so unique made it even more of a valuable gift to me. Truly, an outstanding gift all the way around!

    This store can be a mess at times, it is extremely convenient for its location. The employees have to deal with a lot of high fast paced foot traffic. Costumer has to dodge all the stocking and insta cart people, but it’s to be expected. There is always customers waiting but I can not blame the employees, the majority are helping other customers. Not enough employees with the amount of foot traffic! Same with the front cashiers, usually two and two on self check out. This is the only Denver location that has such long lines and you are waiting from 15-45 just in line to pay. The policy with no bags really sucks when you forget bags. I feel for the food stamp users with baskets loaded down and no money to pay for reusable bags, seen several as I was checking out. And now the harassment at the door because your items are not bagged! And no space for a line to check your receipts. Corporate should visit during the highest traffic hours so they can physically see where they need to fix a few things. Returns and money center is still combined at this location as well and is often a 45 minute wait and can never be predicted l, felt so bad for the one employee and what I had to watch her go thru with customers getting angry. Absolutely the sweetest ever, she needs a raise!! Parking is usually full but as expected with the high traffic and the small building! Overall this is a great convenient location!

    I was checking out when I had an issue with a few items that I couldn't find and when I brought it up to Victor with the glasses he kindly went from his register to the back to get the item (1% milk and cocoa powder)) I was looking for and he did it really fast!!!!πŸ₯³! I've never been so fortunate to have someone like him in this walmart help me out and he made sure I left more than happy!!!!! If I could I'd give him 6 stars,,, Please give him a raise...

    Shelves are well stocked again (only a few small items missing). I am up-to-date on Covid Boosters & Flu Vaccines but I wrked in the Medical Field so I know how Extremely Easy it is to catch whatever illnesses are out there -- Especially in Big InDoor Gatherings or InDoor Crowds -- So I prefer to stay safe by wearing a Multi-layer FaceMask ( plus wearing disposable gloves when necessary... People openly coughing & sneezing without regards for others). To my dismay, 99% of the shoppers were without Masks and weren't social distancing. Sometimes it's hard to find any assistance but today staff are readily available & very helpful. Place is cheerfully decorated for Christmas which tends to help people be in better moods.

    The store is reasonably tidy, and the staff is helpful. They have a sizable parking lot, and the neighborhood is very secure. Although it can be busy at times, I like it. It offers a pleasant retail environment.

    Same lady stops my family and I to check our receipt. She even stoped us close to the exit while my baby was in the cart, she pulled the cart from me and took the receipt from my husband’s hand. We had done self checkout in front of her. To this day we still get stoped by her. I have talked to a manager but nothing has been done.
