    Husband has literally been sitting in here waiting for my order. My to go order was Supposed to be ready at 630, it is now 6:49 and it’s still not ready. The manager finally came to desk to say at 645 it hasn’t been started yet. What kind of service is this? I understand everyone is short staffed but don’t give a time that it will be ready of 6:30 and it’s still not ready as I’m typing this. Manager was not helpful. I will not be doing this again. Worst customer service ever.

    This establishment has gone down hill so badly, it’s truly appalling. I get that things have been tough since Covid, but it’s like anyone that works here, just doesn’t care anymore. The dining area was closed, so I had to find a seat in the bar area with two small kids. When I say find, I really mean find. Only a few tables had customers at them, but all the rest were filthy. I managed to get a semi-clean one, and I even debated picking up the spray bottle and filthy rag left sitting at another table, to clean my own table, but the rags looked filthy also. I watched as numerous staff chatted or walked back and forth, and not even the manager could be bothered to clean tables. I worked bars for years, and it was terrible watching how neglected this place is. The bathrooms were also filthy. It really came off that they don’t want customers coming in, and having them there. If you can’t run an establishment with some care and pride, you should probably just close it up, and make room for an establishment that would like to have customers.

    Updated 10-30-21. At least I got chips this time but does the photo attached look like salsa? How hard is this?! I wish I could give you another one star rating but Google says I’m maxed out. Four times in a row now… 10-24-21: The chips and salsa are absolutely amazing. Unfortunately, this is the third time in a row that you have left chips and salsa that I was looking forward to eating today. I’m sure the excuse is that you are short staffed. I won’t make this mistake a fourth time. Adios

    The buffalo chicken sandwich is what I normally get here and it’s always so good. I also got the general Tao’s and sweet chili lime wings to try which were really good also. I just wish they would sauce them more so they were fully covered. I guess I should have asked for extra wet and see if it made more of a difference. You seat yourself and can view the menu as well as order on the QR code on the table. There is also an option to pay on the other QR code on the table. (Both are clearly labeled)

    We will never order from here again. We called in our order for 10 boneless wings, the bundle and nachos. When we had payed for the food we noticed that we payed too much. When they handed our food, we noticed they forgot to pack the coleslaw and we also saw that they had charged us extra for it even if it was supposed to be included. We came back for the coleslaw, if you now can call this a coleslaw? We came home and noticed they forgot to pack our ranch and blue cheese.. 😤 So never again..

    A pleasant dining experience with my daughter. Our server was friendly and attentive throughout our meal. Their strawberry lemonade was a refreshing relief on a sweltering evening. 🥵 The sauces chosen for our traditional wings ( Asian Zing, Teriyaki) were deliciously tasty. We shared a large order of potato wedges which were piping hot, nicely seasoned and plentiful. Checkout was easily completed by phone.👍

    Had a great visit today Julia was our server and bartender and did an amazing job as usual. My order was correct the order was hot and the order came out quickly. Kudos to Danielle and Aaron and the cooks in the back. Tried the new chicken sandwich, not too impressive. But still had wings and beer, Great job!!!

    Wings were great. Asian and medium Buffalo with fries. Sat in the bar area on a Friday. Bartender waited on us. She was spectacular! Would go back if just for the service

    Ordered online at 5 till 6, picked up at 6:15 order said it’d be ready at 630 - glad I didn’t wait - wings look as if they’d been sitting under a heat lamp all day, soggy, fatty, greasy, little to no sauce on them. Fries which is another 4 dollars were soggy and too seemed as if they’d been sitting for a while. Interesting how they have ‘Wings’ in their name but can’t seem to do a good job making them. I don’t suggest picking up from here unless you are ok with wasting a pretty penny for junk. Probably be better off with Pizza Hut wings.

    This is too funny to not share. Ordered 20 wings online but gave me only 11. Called back to complain and they offered me $10 refund (but the 20 wings order was a little over $30). I had to tell them that the calculation was wrong. The person on the phone had to retreat because this was a manager-level math. In the end, the manager offered me a $15 refund to my card. Kudos to them, finally got the math about right. Hope they didn’t have to use a calculator.

    Picked up bogo boneless wings from this location (for the first time) last evening. And although we had requested for the wings to be extra wet, they made them extra dry. Moreover, they forgot to add the blue cheese dips that were part of my order. Anyhow, we made do with the ranch dips and enjoyed the wings alongside a couple of beers at home.

    AMAZING SERVICE Brittany, she has such great customer service skills and is that a loving kind person. Understood an issue I had and completely helped me out. If I were her manager it would be a raise and her to be my star employee. Sarah/Noel , Great social skills and really knew how to just get down to earth with customers which is very rare to find. Thank you so much for the service and a great laugh.

    Used to LOVE BWW, but unfortunately this location in Holly springs is quite poor. Wings are commonly over cooked and tonight was the final straw that I decided to make a bad review because I ordered a side of wedges with cheese and the attached picture is what I received. What a joke.

    I have had some bad service, but tonight was some of the worst service I think I've ever experienced. Me and a group of 2 other guys walk in a seat ourselves as no one is up at the front to greet us. We walk in around 11pm, no one acknowledged we were even there until 40 minutes later. A blonde girl walks up and asks us if we had been served? We say its been 40 minutes and no one has helped us yet and she then proceeds to say ill be back. She never returns and then another waitress comes over, who had been talking and sitting down with a group of guys for over half an hour. We had done our order online from our table and I she asks us what drinks we want, I show her what's on my tab and she then proceeds to make our drinks all while our food was coming out. It took almost almost an hour to get 3 drinks and food. We practically got our food before we even had a server and drinks. It takes a lot for me not to leave a tip but my problem was I had no idea who I was tipping. Our drinks were never refiled and a guy from the kitchen ended up having to bring out the rest of the food we ordered. I know its 11pm at night and I know service isn't going to be top notch but this was just embarrassing.

    For a sports bar, it's just what you would expect. There are TVs on most upper areas so you can track whatever event has your interest. The wings were good, and the loaded nachos better than I expected. It was a very pleasant trip there. The cheese curds were good also, as was the salad. The waiter came by multiple times (Jack), and he was most polite. They get the thumbs up!

    Waiter dropped our food and another waitress thought it would be okay to approach us and ask us to pick up the food from the ground. She then proceeded to flick us off and say “f you.” She still had the audacity to say “you better leave a good tip and not be mean.”Awful experience and customer service. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told there was not one available.

    Recently, I visited this place, after a long time, very long time, I really enjoyed the real customer service provided in this place which is missing nowadays. Special mention to Chef Ana, she personally visited to the dining area and asked me about my cooking preferences, even she followed-up after served the food. The waiter (sorry I don't remember the name) is very friendly and courteous. This is called customer service. Thank you so much BWW. From enter to exit, the whole experience was very pleasant.

    Horrible. Whoever was on the manager duty on 3/12 did not open the door. And just let us stay outside and take out money. She saw us outside at the door around 11:40 for pickup and no food?? We placed an order and no food?? How's this acceptable??

    Scheduled to pick up my order at 11:00AM. Order wasn’t ready until 11:30AM. Highly disappointed because my lunch break from work is over at 11:45. Just want to encourage whoever is responsible to ensure and abide by requested times from customers. Not only my order happens to be late but it overlaps with my not very long lunch. Do better.

    Overall it was a sub par experience. We ordered online and requested sauce on the side for bone in and boneless wings as per the options provided but all items were actually done otherwise. Requested the team to change and it took another 2 attempts before all items were cooked to order and then we had to wait for the sauce on the side as well. Could be just them being busy but I think some attention to detail for online orders which is now becoming a norm should be given. I waited for ~25 more mins unfortunately.

    My family and I decided to come here for dinner last night 11/26/22. The waiter was awful, some of the meals were not what we ordered, some items ordered not served, my wife's chicken tenders tasted sour and almost rubbery. The waiter brought the check 157. and change. I had to bring to his attention the mistakes on the bill. The bill he adjusted 3 dollars. I paid the amount reluctantly not wanting to re-act on emotions, so today after consideration I'm posting this review

    This was our first at this location. Good food! Only, disappointment we had that there was something went wrong with the system and we had to wait almost 30mins for our bill. However, few tables left without paying and we end up paying. This was not fair..no discount was offered! Since, the system was down we paid our bill old style wrote down our card information on the credit card paper!

    Me and two other people went to Buffalo Wild Wings and to say I was disappointed is an understatement. It is very understaffed and took 20-30 minutes to just get our drinks and an hour to get our food. I know our waiter was trying his best but there’s only so much one person can do. I hope that they hire more people, to have a better working staff. Our food was cold and one of the orders were wrong which we ended up just canceling so we wouldn’t have to wait another hour for our food.

    Worst customer service ever. Misplaced my food and after waiting for 30 mins they gave wrong food that too very bad and stale. When I contacted Manager he is very rude and not responsive at all. Terrible waitress and even bad manager. Also missed the sauces and sides

    Place is extremely understaffed- the dining room has been closed for weeks and the bartender seems to be the only server most days - but even still my food and beverages are prompt. Having to wait a few extra minutes isn’t an issue when you compassion for people working in environments like this. Go with patience and you’re good.They’re doing their best and it’s pretty good.

    So we ordered our dinner around 8:30 (16wings) online which stated food would be ready at 9. I get there at 9 one employee did speak and check on my order. I am a patient person so 10 minutes passed no one spoke until a younger employee asked if I have been help and I told him i was waiting for my order, he went and check and said it was going to be another 10 minutes. So now I’m getting a little impatient so ask another employee to check on my order she stated that is still wasn’t ready yet and they were focusing more on the dinning room guest over the online ordered guest which is very unprofessional. No one came out to let us know there was only one cook and they were running behind if that had been done then that what have given us an option to go else where. But to say that the dinning room is the main focus but not the customers that have already paid and waited patiently is unacceptable. They didn’t offer anything for the wasted time standing there now I have to wait 5 days for a refund and I wasn’t the only guest they lost tonight night. Needs better management to help when the unexpected happens.

    Went there to watch a game on Sunday. Server promptly told us that all big TVs were reserved. Ok that is fine. Asked if they had a specific game playing and yes they did on a small corner tv across the room. Asked if we could sit in front of said tv at one of the three empty tables near that TV. Absolutely not - against their policy for us to sit out of order for sections even though there were several parties in line behind us. Stupid policy, we left and had a great time at the Hickory Tavern.

    Waitress was too busy on cellphone to even get up and seat us. She waited until we had already ordered our to inform us the grill was closed and basically only wings were available. We asked for dry rub style and did not get that...even if it was a bad day for her the wings were very raw. We politely left and took the wings home to throw in oven. We used to like place

    If you’re a DoorDasher don’t pick up orders from here. I stood in the lobby for 20 minutes for an order that was supposed to be picked up at 6:21… here it is 6:41 and STILL THE ORDER IS NOT YET READY! (It is now 6:50 and i JUST GOT THE ORDER TO DELIVER I am disgusted with the customer service displayed here tonight. Do better Buffalo Wild Wings…😡
