The waiter was friendly, and the foods were good! I enjoyed lunch meals with my friend.

Food is good, but services is horrible. I have been to this location 3 times over the past 6 months and each time the service has been horrible. The server will take your order and then you never see them again. A different staff person will bring your food and your original server will not come by. No drink refills, no refills on chips, and if you order a bottomless entre, you waste your money. If this was an isolated incident, someone could just be having a bad day. However, this has happened every time we have been lately. This is a clear failure in management and training. Each of my past visits I've had to get a server other than mine to track mine down just to pay! This is ridiculous when the dining room is not even half full. Horrible management and server training. Don't waste your time.

My family of four come here at least twice to three times a month. Especially when we get the kids eat free email. However, service has taken a dive. There is no sense of urgency across the four servers we've had. We go when they are barely at 25% capacity. We get sat relatively quickly. The drinks which is usually water and kids drinks takes 5-7 minutes to get to the table. When we get our food, something is usually missing. That takes an additional 5-7 minutes to get that to us. Food is usually at an appropriate temperature. They don't ask what temp you want your burger at so expect that to be well-done. They rely on the grease of the meat to provide juiciness. Middle of the road experience. Will probably return because the kids like it...

It's a better than average Chili's. Food was prepared properly and tasted fresh, service was excellent. If you've been to a good Chili's then you know exactly what you're getting.

Was planning a four star BUT. changes were made that is not at all better. Salad in a bowl way to small can not cut up. Two for 25 has been removed. They have one server who is expected to service the entire restaurant she is actually really amazing but shouldn't have to do alone. Just terrible not gonna be back.

Short staffed which I understand took a little bit long to get our meal and it was cold when I got to us other than that it was great

Everything was going well. We got our food and then I asked for water. I did not get my water the whole time I was eating so I then asked another employee and they completely ignored me. I then had to go to the bar just to get a refil on water. It cost the waiter his hole tip. But other than that the food was great.

Went for a birthday party to get small appetizers and dessert with a group of friends. The entrance into the restaurant is in what feels like the back, so that was a little confusing. Slow service, even though we were the only group there. It took almost 30 minutes to get the things we ordered. The group ordered various things like french fries, fried pickles and cheese bites, as well as the cookie skillet, lava cake and I got a cheesecake slice. I liked the strawberry coulis or whatever it was on mine, but otherwise everything was just kind of "meh." Not BAD but not great. Still a fine place to go. The single slice was probably not worth $7+tip, but in general this is a fine Chili's and if I was invited here again I wouldn't say no.

Don't pay attention to all these review leaving losers...like y'all ain't got nothing better to do than leave crybaby reviews talking about "I had to ask for napkins twice" and "I had to wait to be seated, AND then for my drinks", seriously, find something better to do with your lives...also, learn how to spell, and form complete sentences with appropriate grammar/punctuation. Sheesh. Anyways, food is great, and service is great.

Stopped by on November 27, 2023 in the afternoon. Me and my husband was tired and hungry from running errands. I got a takeout order and all the food was delicious. The steak was so tender and cooked to perfection.. The loaded mash potatoes and chili was delicious also. The staff was very polite, courteous and very attentive in helping me place my order. This was my first visit to this Chili's. We definitely will be back again to order more delicious food..

The worst food that we have ever eaten in any restaurants. We tried the steak fajita trio, the whole thing was so salty and I couldn’t eat more than half though I struggled. Wife got the salmon, the filet was the only thing edible on the plate, they gave broccoli with mold on it. When we ask our waiter about it he got some more from the same batch in a bowl and it had the same black mold. We spoke to the manager.. he took it to the next level, took the same broccoli and cut the blackened pieces and got it back… instead of replacing the whole dish they just kept bringing back the old broccoli.. they waved off the $2.99 for the broccoli after all this. We both didn’t even eat half of our food.. just the worse experience, under trained staff and terrible food.

The location is easy to get to. The staff were efficient and attentive enough but not too much. The food was good, but there was way too much salt splashed all over the broccoli and rice. Will have to ask for no salt next time. Overall, I would recommend based on this experience and the advice to ask for no salt added to the food.

This was the cleanest Chili's I've ever been to. Celeste was also the best waitress! Gave us enough space for our conversation to continue naturally but also kept our drinks full and never forgot a single thing. Everything came out quick, too!

Celeste was the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE person I have seen in years! She greeted us then sat us and was also our waitress. She was friendly and super nice. She was on top the game when it came to serving us and the other tables around us. She deserves a raise doing a lot by herself. The food was prompt, tasted good, usual Chili's food. Overall the best thing was Celeste.

They meant well. But, while there were 6 of us, I received my plate (cheeseburger) about 10 minutes before the rest. By the time the other 5 plates arrived, mine was cold. The burger still had great flavor though - even cold!

Unfortunately my experience at this location has left a lot to be desired. I asked to sit at the bar and several of the spots were dirty, but the rest of the area seemed clean. I could tell they were short staffed, so I adjusted my expectations accordingly and was patient. After placing my drink order, I reviewed the menu. I let the bartender know I was ready to order and as I placed my order, I was them informed they had no soup at all. It was lunch on a Friday so I was there for the lunch special, would've been nice to know sooner. I took a few more minutes and flagged down the bartender. I ordered the Texas cheese fries. Someone what brought out overcooked fries and when I asked about napkins, he pointed me to the cocktail napkins in front of me. I informed him I needed silverware also. I waited about 4 minutes before he brought me anything. I needed a to go box and asked the bartender. At this point he has not interacted with me since talking my order. No one refreshed my water nor was I asked if I wanted another drink. After what appeared to be the bartender forgetting about my to go box, I got up to get a container on my own. Bartender saw me and waved me off. He brought over a container but not my bill. I sat for another 10 minutes trying to locate him and did not see him. I estimated my bill I gave the hostess the amount that I thought would cover my bill and told her I haven't seen my server so I was leaving. I am not one to dine and dash but this experience was terrible. I have never had to ask for so many things in one sitting. Normally when I ask for a box they offer to bring the bill as well or they just bring the bill. He dropped off the box so quickly I didn't even have an opportunity to ask him for the bill. He was very busy in his defense, but he did have time to speak with a friend of his that was sitting casually at the bar. I'm probably banned from this Chili's now for an alleged dine and dash, but I do feel I left enough to cover my bill and probably a couple bucks tip for the bartender. It'll be a while before I give them another shot.

Service and food! Was great. Was there for valentines day. Here are some pics. Chicken on Cajun pasta was not dry and ribs were falling off the bone.

The staff is more interested in using this place as a hangout than a business. The waitress was pleasant but not attentive at all. The food was burnt, and the remainder was bland. The drinks were OK but not worth the trip. If you are over 25, just go somewhere else.

We ate here last night & it was the worst meal at Chili’s. The kid’s quesadilla was so burnt. My salmon was dry. Our waiter was great though.

The temperature of my pasta was noticeably cool/room temperature. The penne noodles were stiff. I took a few bites and didn't bother getting another dish. Hope this was just a bad night and not the norm.

Chili's is a chain of course, but this location distinguishes itself by consistently good service. Highly recommended.

Chili's is one of my favorite spots. The visit Sunday was disappointing. Not only did we have to wait about a half hour for our drink order to be taken, when the food came out it was cold!

Foods pretty good. The street corn is amazing. My favorite server is Connery. She always takes care of us. fair prices

Horrible food and customer service! We ordered online, got our food and everything was cold and somethings not cooked completely. I called for a refund since we couldn’t eat the food and the manager told me she would refund it to my card but never did. I’ve called 2-3 times after to see what the issue was, but they keep telling me a manager will call me back after 3pm. 3 weeks later, NO PHONE CALL/NO REFUND! If you can help it, don’t eat here!!!!

I had shrimp tacos and the shells tasted stale. The others in my party were not overly impressed with their meals either. In the past, I've had the shrimp tacos and they were very good. Hopefully, just a bad night.

It was alright, the steak I ordered was chewy and inedible. I told the waitress and they cooked me another one. However it was too rare. They didn't even ask me how I wanted it cooked. I have made much better steak at home!!!! I usually really like Chili's. I guess I just ordered the wrong item this time. Plus the steak was pretty small for what I had to pay. Should have just got some ribs.

Best Chili's experience ever! The Bar Tender Nicki is absolutely AMAZING! Been there a couple of times and she has always been spectacular. This lady deserves a thousand kudos and a big far raise! She is simply the best and has restored my faith in Chilli's. I highly recommend asking for her to be your server!🎉

I did a to-go order and placed the order at 6pm, it was just for a kids meal. they sent a text immediately saying it would be ready between 6:18-6:23. I arrived to pick up my food at 6:20, expecting it to be ready within 5-10 minutes. I sat waiting for my food for over 30 minutes. I understand a lot of places are short staffed right now due to the pandemic but then why won’t give a long grace period in the text message sent out? This was a very frustrating experience and not once did anyone come out to check on me and tell me it would be a while. i had to then call the restaurant to remind them about my order before they brought it out. To make things even worse, the food was also cold by the time it was brought out to me. Extremely disappointing and won’t be returning.

There is not a local Chili's where I live so I only have opportunity to eat there when I travel. And the location located in Holly Springs NC is always spot on. Even though they are not fully staffed they are offering dine in service and if you arrive with a little patience the wait staff will not disappoint. What I like most about the menu is the variety without being to big. You can eat as light or as heavy as you want. Give them a try. You will not be disappointed.

Very unprofessional, took over an hour to get seated and staff was not welcoming. Lied and told us there was no wait and when we arrived we had to wait. There were plenty of available tables.

The food is consistently good at Chili's. The service is good if the restaurant is not too busy, but it seems as if they get overwhelmed easily during a rush, seemingly forgetting some tables for upwards of five to ten minutes. However, the restaurant is always clean and the servers are always polite and apologetic about the wait, if there is one.
