Food here is Amazing must try chicken nachos and chimichanga. Ambiance 8/10 Food 9/10 Service 5/10 Sauces 10/10

We got the steak burrito and fajita burrito. Both were very underwhelming. Almost no meat and was stuffed with rice and lettuce. No flavor at all. Would have given the food a zero if it was an option. I guess the 1 star will be for the queso as it was the only good thing we got. Won't be coming back unfortunately.

Sloppy wet. Asked them to drain meat in tacos so the were not drippy but still got soggy drippy tacos. We used to come here and service was impeccable. Not anymore. No refills. Guy in kitchen had false fingernails on. GROSS!

Our 1st experience. Probably won't again. Food could use a little help. Hubby had the Beef Nachos. Large portion but they didn't have much meat. I had the chicken chimichanga. I don't think I've ever had a chimichanga that didn't have cheese sauce over it ... and my side of chips were mostly small and broken pieces. We did like the Atom Bombs. They tasted pretty good. But, like the chimichanga, pretty soggy. ☹️

Always a favorite with my family. Love all the new outdoor games and activities they have.

Food is consistently good here. Been several times and everything we’ve gotten is delicious. Highly recommend. Also the inside has cool colorful decor to look at.

Burrito bowl is not quite as good as Chipotle but the hot sauce bar is wonderful. Taco and taco salad are very good in a very plain-vanilla-taco sort of way.

One of my favorite places, Tijuana Flats. So much food!!! But first - THE POWER OF THE NACHO! Tijuana Flats has the best chips! Well seasoned with pepper, a little salt, and garlic powder whatever else it is, it’s just deliciousness!!! So many courses! Nachos w/ queso - OMAZING! The chimichanga - OMAZING! Burrito - OMAZING! Tacos - OMAZING! Flautas - OMAZING! Stuffed beyond stuffed. All the portion sizes are really great. The location is really great! It’s located in the holly springs shopping center. Everything is here. Stop in for lunch or dinner. The hot sauce bar!!!! Wowza! They have everything you need. The flavoring. Addy was the best! Her attitude was above any servers. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and all of the food that was being served. would have never known it was here. I will definitely return.

Love going here on Tuesdays for their taco deal! The staff is always pleasant and I’ve never had a bad meal. I wish the 2 Cary locations were still open though.

shrinkflation and inflated prices. tired of being hungry when I go here. literally the quesadilla was kid sized. and I dont eat a ton. sadly, I now go to moes. not as fun, but I just cant keep throwing money away like this. corporate greed strikes again. definitely a jump the shark situation.

The food is good and is portioned well, though they only have two gluten free options: rice bowl or salad. The chips aren't gluten free. The service was good.

Customer service is fantastic here, constantly checking on us if we need a refill or if there is something we need—always happy and friendly staff.

This is a good restaurant for a quick lunch because the service is nice and quick. The food is brought out quickly and tastes fine. Not a place I'd go to if I have a longer lunch but a good alternative to fast food.

First time there, trying out Taco Tuesday special. Had the steak soft tacos and didn't realize the chips would not come with salsa. I later found out that it's the cheese sauce or queso that they are better known for in terms of something to go with the chips. Tacos were flavorful and enjoyable. My interpretation of the menu is a sit down taco bell, but I think the experience was a bit better than that.

I order 2 veg. Burritos. With light on rice. Taste was ok. But veg. burritos not rice and beans. Waste of $30. I should know better next time go to Taco Bell.

We went on Tuesday they had a special two tacos ,chips and a fountain drink for $8. I had the steak it was delish . The staff were very attentive. The bathrooms were clean. The music was a little loud in the dining area and I felt I had to shout abit to talk to my friend sat opposite me. I would totally be returning for the draft beer 🍺 $2 a pint on a Saturday.

I ordered the chicken bowl which was good as usual. My husband ordered the chicken chimichanga, it was super small… No chicken, all beans and no cheese.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The restaurant was well maintained and the food was fresh and efficiently served. I personally am not a big fan of the flavor profile of the dishes. I must be a traditional Mexican fan rather that this Tex variety.

Finally got to visit Tijuana Flats in Holly Springs. It was great! The staff was helpful and provided service with a smile. Chris visited every table and spoke with customers. Very few restaurants have a manger who interacts with patrons, it was awesome seeing this here. We had the burrito bowl and it was delicious. I was slap full! They have a huge selection of how sauces ranging from Mild to hotter than hot. The decor is unique and makes the restaurant inviting. Keep up the great work!

Server was great. :Food: If your serving steak burrito put steak in it, or they must’ve forgotten to add steak. I ordered steak burrito but got Rice and beans burrito with a piece of steak.

The Cary location by Trader Joe's closed suddenly recently. Have a gift card and thought oh no. But the Holly Springs location is about the same distance, in rarely driven direction. But that will change. The staff very very friendly, service was quick and accurate. And the order was like seeing an old friend. Very happy customer. ❤️

Everyone was so nice here! Food was super fresh, our order was prepared accurately and boxed well, and the staff were so accomodating and friendly. We will definitely be back!

Great fast food Mexican place! They have great prices, a big variety of hot sauces, a large covered outdoor eating area and cheap Mexican draft beers, which is a plus for me because I've never had a Mexican beer I didn't love.

Wonderful quick service! Everyone is so polite and courteous and the food is awesome. I love the burrito bowls, personally. Also their online ordering is really detailed.

Good fast food place if you crave Mex food. Good spread of hot sauces. Not much selection of beers but you can get some. Place was clean and great service with courteous staff. Safe in pandemic with mask mandate.
