worst
service
ever,
horrible
hotel.
I
made
my
reservation
at
the
hotel,
they
told
me
that
my
room
would
be
ready,
a
day
before
I
received
an
email
indicating
the
room
number
and
they
confirmed
that
everything
was
ready.
I
arrived
at
the
hotel
and
to
my
surprise
the
room
was
closed,
I
contacted
the
reception
number
and
nobody
answered,
I
had
to
stay
outside
waiting
with
my
children,
so
after
a
couple
hours
waiting
oitside
(because
i
was
with
2
kids,
and
many
suitcases)
a
maintenance
employee
gave
us
a
totally
dirty
room
,
with
the
bed
unmade,
the
towels
on
the
floor.
I
had
no
choice
but
to
stay
in
that
room
because
our
children
were
tired.
Totally
disappointed
and
after
that
horrible
experience
the
manager
didn't
even
give
us
an
apology.
I
would
give
this
place
zero
start.
