THE WORST HOTEL we ever stay. Make our Xmas holiday such a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. First almost all their employees, including Concierge and front desk DONT HAVE ANY HOSPITALITY AT ALL. Very rude n deeply disrespectful. Second they lied to us about the breakfast option that we paid 200$ extra claiming full internasional n chinese bfast. Turn out we only given cheap noodle n bowl of porridge! Third their shuttle service also mistaken pointing out our pick up point. Resulting us waiting in the cold winter for an hour! And ended up going back by ourselves. Their hotel location front door also located so far away at the back. And not operable as well. And to the utmost utterly (and not surprise) their boss and morning manager total DISRESPECTFUL AND DONT CARE ATTITUDE AND NO RESPONSE TO ALL THE PROBLEMS ABOVE. CREATED BY THEIR LYING DISRESPECTFUL EMPLOYEES BE WARNED

If only the system would allow not giving a single star for any of the aspects. We encountered a booking issue upon check in and we were so taken aback by how horrendous the service from their front desk receptionist. They were not helpful at all and utterly non-chalant. Although the issue was resolved at the end by the duty manager yet the staff obviously needs more customer service training

For the price it's got what it needs (bed, shower, toilet). The beds were dusty and had small blood stains. The room overall wasn't clean (stains on TV, mirror etc). To use the gym or swimming pool it costs 100hkd. SUMMARY If you're looking for a cheap place to stay for a night or 2 and don't mind a bit of dirt here and there, then this is your hotel for less than 300hkd/night.

This is by far the worst hotel I ever stayed in my life. All their google reviews are paid for. Free Breakfast: This is a joke, they just give you one tiny sandwich, no water. Kettle in Room: The cutlery and Kettle in the rooms are not clean at all. Behaviour and Hospitality: The staff is very cunning! To refuse to arrange for service they will just act that they are not understanding English. Rooms were tiny but that is not their fault as this goes for most of the Hotels in Hong Kong. My entire stay was just ruined cause of the hotel.

Receptionists are super nice, though it’s the worst hotel experience in HK. Everything is broken in the room. Smoking from ceiling suction opening everyday. Window view is blocked with construction. WiFi is so bad that I cant even watch a clip.

Shame they didn't tell us the pool iss drained till summer otherwise we wouldn't have booked for so long, only 45 minutes by bus too the central though.

Good modern high rise hotel. Check in was fast and easy. There is actually an underground mall with restaurants and other stores. I will return when I am on a lover in Hong Kong. Easily get here by taking the express train.

Thier is a reason this hotel scores so low I try to be fair in my reviews. So here goes Location. Bad. Rooms Basic. Taxi or bus,to hotel no MTR. Shuttle bus 7.30 and 8.30 am The Bonus is that its a low price and they have larger rooms, compared to central locations. Thier is a 711 and a small supermarket and cafe coral next door. Negative. The staff don't care about you or anyone else. The interaction with both myself and other guests is i dont care and I'm not interested especially the breakfast staff. I paid for two people for breakfast , the hotel refused to provide that and said take it up with Agoda.. This is why they have such a low score on here and Agoda because they arent interested in providing any service for the sake of one,breakfast. I recommend everyone to avoid this hotel. unless price is your only concern..avoid the breakfast if it's included in your rate it's a sandwich.and its extra,to take away..yes seriously,even if you have it included in your rate. I spoke to the hotel staff and messaged but nothing they can do... I think they missed the training day on customer service... and just rely on group bookings from agents... and workers and tours from the mainland... to all the international foreigners don't stay here... 🇬🇧

More expensive than dubai! Dont go here it’s not worth of the money, i made a booking online and still i need to que the line. Worst experience they don’t serve water plus i book for solo bed and they give me 2 small bed 😡😡😡

The room was very basic , but very clean and functional . Unfortunately the breakfast was an awful sandwich . Great for a quick nights sleep , but go out to eat . View from my 30th floor room .

Never book this hotel...TV doesnt work,phone was broken,bed sheets wasnt clean enough,there were no water bottles,beds not comfortable at all and many more...

Location is bad. Almost all things are old. But its ok I don't expect nice because the room rate is cheaper than the other hotels.

I don’t think this is a 3-star hotel, it doesn’t have a chair, no shelf in shower room, no refrigerator and no plug near the bed. Also I just see a little insect on the pillow! And the pillow it’s not clean, it have some stain on it……It’s cheap but I don’t want to visit here again! And the location is quite inconvenient, it don’t have mtr station near the hotel. But it have a minibus go to Kwai Fong station and it spends 7-9 minutes only.

Check in went smooth, renovations happening room had alot of hair everywhere did they have some kind of haircut in my room? Maybe. Also some puke residue left around the toilet see not plesent. Will not recommend. Better off with chungking mansions seen cleaner in that place easyy

Rooms were clean and tidy but there was water leakage from a.c and due to that floor was slipery and also half of the bed wast wet due to it

Terrible: kettle (water boiler) is set in toilet, CUPs are use for both teeth brushing n drink, so disgusting! Transport: only minibus and taxi Room: very small, floor n toilet is not so clean, smells musty, staff is ok n not rude. Beds n Bedding a bit yellow, feels not clean.

Location and not good. Far from any train station, but there is a bus to and from downtown. Room are acceptable, considering that it is cheap. Our room has a very high ceiling which is nice. The pool are not open during winter time, but pool entering fee are very expensive too. Staff are not very nice too. Stay at other place would be a better choice, stay here if you just need a place to sleep, or you can grab a room here far a bargain.

Not a 3-star hotel by any stretch of the imagination. Everything is old, cheap, and dirty. Bed has dirt on it. Water in the stand-in shower does not drain properly (so you end up standing in a pool of dirty water). Terrible. Never again.

Great cheaper place , rooms are larger than the other places for more money , stayed for 6 months, nice walk to MTR along the wharf or small buses to MTR at a low cost. local shopping down stairs foodstuffs and two nice restaurants . Hotel restaurant is OK or go to main shops for bigger and more variety shopping. Very convenient to all of HK by MTR. Overall the best place for the price.

I had to sleep on a bench of a Hongqiao airport the day before I stayed in this disastrous bullshirt. And you know what? I think Hongqiao did had some comparable advantages than this pit.
