This
hotel
was
incredibly
disappointing.
The
rooms
are
as
a
majority
of
reviewers
state
filthy,
as
aside
from
a
few
cleaning
staff
who
were
pleasant
and
did
their
jobs,
do
not
clean
rooms
whatsoever
between
different
guest
stays.
I
used
wetwipes
when
we
arrived
on
the
20th
floor
and
each
one
picked
up
so
much
dust
and
dirt
they
turned
brown/black.
Lights,
desk
surface,
television,
side
table,
drawers,
clothing
rack
were
all
filthy
to
a
degree
I've
never
seen
before
in
a
hotel.
Rooms
on
this
floor
were
never
vacuumed
at
all.
Thick
dust
would
settle
on
every
surface
overnight.
In
terms
of
storage,
there
is
literally
nowhere
to
put
your
clothes.
There
are
no
cupboards
or
wardrobes
in
the
room,
so
you
only
have
a
clothing/shoe
rack
to
put
your
clothes
on,
which
isn't
enough
for
two
people,
so
effectively
you
need
to
live
out
of
a
suitcase.
One
night
around
4am
a
guest
became
noisy
and
violent
on
our
floor
and
the
reception
staff
did
nothing
until
a
second
time
we
called
-
staff
were
sent.
After
a
3rd
call
-
the
police
were
finally
called
and
calmed
the
situation.
At
which
point
this
persons
many
children
starting
playing/screaming
at
7am
on
our
floor.
We
received
no
apologies
from
staff
and
when
making
a
noise
complaint
were
told
that
guest
was
a
long
term
guest
so
could
not
be
moved
-
therefore
WE
had
to
move
room
instead.
Thankfully
the
room
we
moved
to
was
less
dusty,
looked
after
by
better
staff.
There
was
a
typhoon
that
caused
a
leak
in
the
ceiling
too
-
that
was
however
repaired
pretty
quickly,
but
given
this
was
the
ground
floor,
I
have
no
idea
how
it
happened
but
would
likely
happen
again
given
the
old
leak
stains
that
were
repainted
over
once
repaired.
Breakfast
buffet
was
terrible
-
it
looks
nothing
like
the
pictures
-
lots
of
items
missing
and
so
try
and
tasteless.
There
is
a
hotel
shuttle
which
leaves
quite
timely
every
30
minutes
from
the
hotel
to
the
nearest
MRT
-
however
upon
returning,
the
shuttle
does
not
wait
and
left
early
once
before
the
designated
time
which
was
extremely
frustrating.
Upon
departing
being
partially
disabled
meant
it
would
have
been
convenient
to
use
the
lift
to
get
heavy
luggage
to
street
level,
despite
having
a
disabled
lift,
we
asked
reception
if
we
could
use
it
and
they
were
dismissive,
saying
it
needed
a
key
they
didn't
have
to
activate
and
they
would
need
to
leave
their
post
to
operate
it.
Telling
us
to
take
the
stairs
instead
with
very
heavy
luggage.
Some
of
the
staff
just
really
do
not
care
at
all
and
have
terrible
attitudes.
In
all
-
the
only
good
thing
was
the
comfort
of
the
very
large
king
size
bed
and
the
excellent
rain
showers,
but
that
doesn't
offset
all
the
rest
of
the
terrible
experience
we
had.
Do
not
stay
here.
