Taking shower is comparatively better than other hotels, as the water is hot enough. Besides, not every hotel charging low prices provides an extra over-the-top shower head with massage function, which makes taking shower more fulfilling, especially after coming back from the gym or a tiring day. Food is generally good and fresh. The semi-buffet are nicely cooked, though choices are limited. Chinese soups are normally better than Cream Soup. However, the corridors are dark and a bit smelly compared to Hotel Cozi (hotel owned by the same corporation), which is not far away from this one. I guess the hotel needs to keep a close eye to the hygiene, especially the rooms. There are dust accumulating on the surface on top of the bed frame, which looks as if it hasn't been taken care of since it started operation.

To put it simple, worst hotel I have ever been in my life. We arrived in the room, the floor was dirty, the toilet was full of pee on the floor and it was really stinky, we told 3 days in a row to the reception the issue and despite saying they will take care of it, they never cleaned it. They only change the bed sheets... which were always with stains. Luckily my partner had family living not far so we can have so peace of mind using bathroom facilities when desired. Last but not least We got bed bugs/ flea bugs . Obviously will never go again to this place. zero stars....

Nice location, good breakfast, shuttle bus to MTR station. Nice room with good air conditioning. Minimalistic style of interior with a little chic. What wasn’t good - long waiting for elevator. They were so kind that they allowed me to check in without a deposit. I stayed only one night, so that was awesome. Like this review if it was helpful :)

Great value for money. I like the big room, minimalistic style of interior with a little chic, with mini fridge (to chill the wines and beer). It has shuttle bus to Kwai Hing MTR. Good breakfast. Staffs were so kind and helpful. I stayed one wonderful wine night.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of response and poor customer service provided by this hotel. My partner and I have been trying to reach them for the past two weeks to confirm our booking, but we have not received any response. It is incredibly frustrating and concerning, especially considering that we will be flying from another part of the world. We are unsure if our reservation has been made properly or if we will have a place to stay upon arrival. This level of service is unacceptable and has left us feeling anxious and uncertain about our upcoming trip. I strongly advise against booking with this hotel unless they improve their communication and prioritize customer satisfaction.

This hotel was incredibly disappointing. The rooms are as a majority of reviewers state filthy, as aside from a few cleaning staff who were pleasant and did their jobs, do not clean rooms whatsoever between different guest stays. I used wetwipes when we arrived on the 20th floor and each one picked up so much dust and dirt they turned brown/black. Lights, desk surface, television, side table, drawers, clothing rack were all filthy to a degree I've never seen before in a hotel. Rooms on this floor were never vacuumed at all. Thick dust would settle on every surface overnight. In terms of storage, there is literally nowhere to put your clothes. There are no cupboards or wardrobes in the room, so you only have a clothing/shoe rack to put your clothes on, which isn't enough for two people, so effectively you need to live out of a suitcase. One night around 4am a guest became noisy and violent on our floor and the reception staff did nothing until a second time we called - staff were sent. After a 3rd call - the police were finally called and calmed the situation. At which point this persons many children starting playing/screaming at 7am on our floor. We received no apologies from staff and when making a noise complaint were told that guest was a long term guest so could not be moved - therefore WE had to move room instead. Thankfully the room we moved to was less dusty, looked after by better staff. There was a typhoon that caused a leak in the ceiling too - that was however repaired pretty quickly, but given this was the ground floor, I have no idea how it happened but would likely happen again given the old leak stains that were repainted over once repaired. Breakfast buffet was terrible - it looks nothing like the pictures - lots of items missing and so try and tasteless. There is a hotel shuttle which leaves quite timely every 30 minutes from the hotel to the nearest MRT - however upon returning, the shuttle does not wait and left early once before the designated time which was extremely frustrating. Upon departing being partially disabled meant it would have been convenient to use the lift to get heavy luggage to street level, despite having a disabled lift, we asked reception if we could use it and they were dismissive, saying it needed a key they didn't have to activate and they would need to leave their post to operate it. Telling us to take the stairs instead with very heavy luggage. Some of the staff just really do not care at all and have terrible attitudes. In all - the only good thing was the comfort of the very large king size bed and the excellent rain showers, but that doesn't offset all the rest of the terrible experience we had. Do not stay here.

Location is a bit tricky, you really need a map to find your way out. Room price is very reasonable. Clean and comfortable bed. No additional service but no complaint at all. You get what you pay for.

cleanliness is an issue, the room was infested with ants. We reported but nothing was done. Quite sure the hotel is aware of this issue but chose to do nothing.

Overall we are very disappointed, especially the front desk staffs are very rude and unprofessional, also lack of communication with their booking team, worst customer service! we stayed there for 5 nights and given us an impression that we are not welcome at all, highly recommended the management team should take it seriously and provide further training to your front line staff, as they are representing the hotel image! Nowadays with such a bad customer service, they are just pushing away your customers to other places. Far away from MTR station, even free shuttle is provided, but take too long time to travel each time… Not recommended to stay here unless their customer service is improving in the future!

I've lived in the hotel for 28 days. There are many discrepancies. Overall hygiene is just average. All the shelves are dusty. The carpet is not vacuumed... with many leftovers on the floor. They will not change the bed covers, pillow covers, towels, etc unless you request. The water temperature is not stable ... changed from hot to cold in a very short amount of time. I found black marks on the shower curtains. The showerhead makes horrible sirens noise when using. The toilet is smelly ... like in a public lavatory. The noise insulation is just average. I can hear people talking in the next room. Also, vehicles passing noise from outside. The slippers are a horrible paper-thin product that feels very uncomfortable. The tiny refrigrator doesn't even cool. The most upset things are I found my money (HK$400) missing inside the hotel room!

We stayed here for one night. The room was spacious and nice. However, we were DISAPPOINTED about being told that the very only restaurant in the hotel was fully booked by outsiders even we saw there were many seats available at around 8pm. And no room service was available...We have to go outside for dinner at the end. Will the hotel consider reserving some seats for their in-house guests or allowing the in-house guests to take away and dine in the room?

Lovely, big rooms, very clean. A bit far from MTR, but shuttle service to the nearest MTR station, alternatively an easy, short distance access to a bus stop

Shower is hot and strong enough, very satisfying. The room is clean and tidy too! Staffs are friendly, but the sad thing is there's no any heater in the room. Plus, they have free van every half an hour (if I'm not mistaken) to send you to the "Kwai Tsing" station. Quite convenient.

The rooms are very nice and the staff very friendly. There is a shuttle service to and from the next MTR station every 30min. We also had the breakfast the hotel offered because the price was very good for a buffet but the food was not the best. The asian style breakfast, noodles or veggie rice didn't taste like much and the continental buffet had not that much to offer. All in all for the price the deal was okay.

New modern clean hotel good for young people. Gym good. Traditional eateries on adjacent main street. Self laundry, cinema, 711 all 5 min walk. 20 min walk to Kwai Hing subway station. Modern eateries 15 min walk opposite subway station.

Met such a ridiculous restaurant manager on 1/F today at Eat NO Ease. I booked through Eatigo. Went there then was informed there was no such offer, and info at Eatigo was not updated because "they won't always check". He sounded like I was begging for food with him. Therefore I decided to leave right the way but was first threaten I have even to pay parking fee. Impolite rigid and unpleasant, and couldn't believe I had visited a hotel. (read through comments down here. Hope it waa only an individual staff's attitude problem and the management should look into it)
