    I want to share an odd experience here, and hope the staffs can hear this message. Last month, we bought a tumbler here FOR $15.65 IN CASH when visiting Waikiki to attend a conference. After a couple of minutes, we noticed we had not used a $10 Starbucks gift card we had had, and told a staff to refund my money and pay it again using the gift card. After we showed the receipt to him, he asked my friend when you bought it... the receipt was saying the date and in a couple of minutes though. Of course we understood him, because another staff had done about the payment before. Anyway, he paid for it using our gift card and took out the money from the counter. HOWEVER, he started putting all the money back in the counter and stood still like all the process having been finished. My friend told him why you do not give me change($10), but he seemed to know nothing. My friend said again "You have to.." - we are not native English speakers, so didn't know the nuance "have to" in detail. No offense. The queue was getting longer; the staff seemed not to know what to do; the another staff who had done about the payment a short while ago was doing just his own things without being aware of this situation; It was difficult for us to communicate clearly..and it was very embarrassing. Finally, he put $10 on the counter table, slapping it with the palm of his hand. We also got angry; especially, his attitude made us angry. The situation itself was finished anyway. I think he does not even know why the situation occurred and what he should've done for us. Too bad, but we just hope that there's no offense and he can realize about it. Anyway, I bought the tumbler as a gift and like it.

    NON-Friendly Place .... Google review should offer ZERO Stars! That's what I give it...One Big ZERO! Staff woman at register was NOT HELPFUL. Place was EMPTY...TOLD US TO WAIT! She was playing with register. money, not making profits! TOLD me what I should order....not WHAT I WANTED! When you get told what to drink, it is time to WALK RIGHT OUT. Husband & I did just that. Never be back. OUR EXPERIENCE: It is a place with a bad attitude ...NEGATIVE ENERGY! INSTEAD, Go to the STARBUCKS IN HAWAIIAN VILLAGE! That's a FRIENDLY, HELPFUL STARBUCKS WITH GREAT + ENERGY & AMBIANCE! GREAT, FRIENDLY SMILING STAFF!

    We stayed at the embassy suites for our PCS and I went to this Starbucks a few times before we left island. The staff was wonderful, Extremely polite and remembered me after only 2 visit and knew my drink order! Going to miss their smiling faces in the mornings! 😊😊

    Average Starbucks but not as efficient as others that I have visited. Their workflow seems flawed...the person heating up food has to take time to grab pastries. Seems like that person should focus on hot food since it takes the most time.

    We've visited this particular Starbucks everyday during our stay in Waikiki. It's on our agenda again for tomorrow! It's in a great location. We enjoy taking our iced green tea latte and serious strawberry frappuccino drinks out to the patio of the Outrigger Reef Waikiki Beach Resort where we leisurely sip our drinks while chatting and enjoying the breeze. Service is fast and personable. Five stars!

    I am very impressed by this location! I really like how spacious it is inside and it’s always clean. They have never made my drink wrong which really says everything you need to know. They are kind and the service is quick. Way to go!

    Ordered two cold teas. For what ever reason they decided to make the 6 coffee drinks for the people who came in after me. The only reason I got noticed is because I went up to ask for my mo ey back.

    Mobile ordering here, and walking 1 mile round trip from Hilton Hawaiian Village, was faster than waiting in line at the on-site Starbucks (45 - 60 minutes wait), which disabled mobile orders. Thanks for having mobile orders enabled, and the prompt service. My order was ready to go when I arrived.

    I stayed at the Hilton and visited this location on various occasions. This morning my daughter ordered a mango dragon fruit lemonade without ice due to tooth sensitivity (dental instructions) and the barista Chelseigh said I would be charged additional for asking for the drink without ice! How can you charge someone for no ice for something they can’t have! Didn’t run into this issue until this morning she said this went into effect 2 weeks ago. If thats the case I don’t appreciate it being implemented only on certain people. I’ll shop local coffee shops instead.

    Ordered via mobile, barista corrected my order and made it right. Did not know taking the mocha out of the hot Choco would render it as a steamed milk drink, he made sure I got what I wanted - Thanks !!!

    The wost Starbucks I've ever been to. It was 8pm and only one staff was there. He was talking to another custoner, I was waiting to order. After that custoner left, this bartender turned his back to me. So I jad to ask if the store is still open or not. He said Yes. I ordered two iced americano, but he only charged me for 1. As soon as I found out, I told him I wanted two, so he charged me again. At then end, he gave me only one americano and went to the back. I was like ????? What's happening here? Am I at Starbucks? Really???

    The coffee and service are fine but the ambiance of this location is terrible if you're looking for a place to sit and enjoy your coffee. The tables inside had crumbs on them and looked dirty. The outside tables are right off a busy street and it is noisy out there. The plus side of this location is that it is close to the beach and you can enjoy your coffee at the beach. Unfortunately, I was trying to get some work done and needed somewhere to work.

    Early morning crew are awesome! Remembered my name and my drink for my entire stay. Even asked where my son was when he didn't come down with me one morning. Excellent service. Drinks were perfect every time. Great way to start the day!

    Great Starbucks! Each time I went the crew was wonderful. Personable, friendly, welcoming, and great service. Drinks were well-made and as ordered. One of the employees was so friendly and kind one day that it actually made my day! Their food was also some of the best, freshest Starbucks food I've had. Dependable location!

    These 5 stars go to Maverick and Richard! Best customer service I have experienced! They are always attentive to our needs, polite, professional and get the drinks perfectly right! We enjoy coming to this location when they are working. Always great and pleasant experience when it is their shift. Thumbs up and thank you for your professional and detail oriented service. The store manager on the other hand- Paige, should really learn the business ethics. Experienced her impersonal and rude service only once thankfully! I felt like she was looking down on me just as I came into the store. She was rude and impersonal. I wish the guys who know how to work and treats customers would take her place. Oh yea, Maverick or Richard would be perfect!
