This McDonald's is fast (well for me). I use the app. I visit before work, 530am & 7am start days. Usually consistent service as well. Friendly, sometimes transient ppl there. 🤷‍♂️

Order was precise, fries were piping hot. The type of consistency that brings you back again, and again.

I have a mcdonald's location just 3 mins away from my house but even tho this location is slightly farther, i always only go to this dillingham location instead. The food and service is always better, the one at kamshopping everyone there is so rude and my food is never fresh or made correctly. Today, I went to mcdonald's to pick up a mobile order but my app didn't go through but it took away my points for 6000 for a happy meal. So i went inside to confirm if they got an order they said no and I told them but it took away my 6000 pts. At the same time, this homeless man was being rude and throwing his ice water to the female employees and I told the manager it's okay don't worry about it because I know it's not their fault, it's the app's fault. Even tho so much was going on the filipino manager Roseann (i don't know if i spelled it right) went out of her way and stayed professional to help me even if ice water was being thrown at her and mean words were being thrown in her face by the homeless man. She gave me my happy meal for free and even said sorry even if it wasn't her fault to begin with. It must have been the app itself. But super impressed with how nice she was and professional despite the chaos and even if I told her it's okay if my order didn't go through but she made my food anyway :)

Every time I buy, I noticed no napkins are placed inside the bag. I have to ask for it. When I called to bring it to their attention, I was told they don’t put napkins or don’t offer it to customers as it’s available by the fountain area. Incomplete customer service.

When u suddenly Wake up in an arm full of drool 🤤 not knowing u fell asleep and the Nana at the register says, I give ur cookies to another customer but give me ³minutes Niiiiice And 🔥... They always take care 💯

Disappointed to know no more Happy Meal when I came here. But they offered very good junk foods.

I am a regular there. I like the employees. They are very nice.

Although swamped with a long morning line, the crew were able to effectively take my order and have it ready by the time I got to the 2nd window
