I
went
in
not
having
very
high
expectations
because
the
stairway
leading
down
to
the
restaurant
was
littered
with
trash
and
there
was
a
strong
chemical
smell
when
I
entered
the
dining
room.
However,
the
food
and
service
made
up
for
it
all.
If
you've
ever
been
to
a
nice
restaurant
in
China,
you'll
notice
that
the
cleanliness
standards
aren't
the
same
as
they
are
in
the
United
States.
What
I've
discovered
is
that
just
like
the
Health
Department,
they
restaurant
owners
mostly
concern
themselves
with
the
back-of-the-house.
Meaning
that
although
the
floors,
chairs
and
seafood
tanks
were
in
desperate
need
of
maintenance
and
cleaning,
the
food
is
where
their
focus
is,
and
boy
it
did
not
disappoint.
My
husband,
who
is
retired
from
building
maintenance
told
me
that
the
Health
Department
isn't
concerned
with
the
cleanliness
of
the
dining
room
as
much
as
the
kitchen
because
their
main
concern
is
food
safety.
The
food
was
absolutely
delicious
and
dare
I
say
some
of
the
best
Chinese
Food
I've
had
in
my
life.
The
presention
was
average
but
the
service
was
impeccable.
They
were
very
attentive,
professional
and
welcoming.
My
recommendation
is
for
a
restaurant
to
change
their
Floris
to
vinyl
or
wood
to
help
with
cleanliness
&
saftey.
The
chairs
could
either
be
cleaned
or
have
covers
on
the
backs
to
keep
debris
from
settling
in
between
the
slats.
Otherwise
we'll
done.
The
restaurant
has
space
for
events
and
the
prices
were
actually
pretty
great.
For
instance,
my
dish
crispy
duck
was
only
$13.99
and
and
very
juicy.
The
beef
was
incredibly
tender
&
tasty.
The
spring
rolls
were
crispy,
light
and
not
greasy.
