They always mess up my order coming through the drive thru. But the food I do get is delicious so that's why they get 3 stars for good food but I'm taking away 2 stars for poor service. This last time we went they said pull over and wait for your food But they never came out they completely forgot to bring out my order when it was finished

Slowest fast food service in town. Food is ok but, the staff seems more interested in talking story with each other than getting food to waiting customers.

Didn’t even know Filipino fried chicken was even a thing! OMG- we thoroughly enjoyed the 3 piece tenders! The breading was perfectly, crispy and super moist chicken! We also loved the limited edition Pineapple coconut pie and went back to try the Peach Mango and it was also fantastic! Be sure to try the fried chicken - it’s seriously incredibly tasty!! (We weren’t brave enough to try the spaghetti).

DO SOMETHING WITH DRIVE THRU LINE. So slow and there’s like gaZillion people working. Please Do something.

This restaurant has about 15 people working in the back and is still ridiculously slow! The food is way overpriced for how bland it is too, also would not let me pick up my to go order through the drive thru, which is probably a lot safer than going into the building and standing around waiting over 10 minutes for my order that should’ve been ready when I got there. Oh, and they forced me to go inside to get my order instead of the drive thru, In the middle of A PANDEMIC!! The people working here have the most backwards minds ever when it comes to food safety and customer service!!

My first time at Jollibee -- the food is great, but nothing extremely unique. The best dish is hands down the chicken joy. The chicken is super crispy and the spices differentiate it from KFC or Popeye's. The burger is nothing special, but still good nonetheless. I recommend trying the halo halo dessert drink!

If you like KFC or Church's they sell the same thing. Good Fast food

Food is alway good, the service team needs to be more attentive to their guest. Especially in the Drive thru, there covid shield is to low so when they hand you your food and drinks its hard to take hold of. Also as soon as they hand out your food they close the door and turn their backs to you so if your checking your food to make sure its all there and need to get there attention you have to bang on the window. I know its slow but they shouldn't be chatting amongst themselves right in front of their guest.

11Aug19. After trying to find the best chicken in Oahu, I tried Jollibee. I ordered the 2 piece with spaghetti. This combination was quite surprising. This fried chicken has been the best I have had so far. The chicken was served hot and juicy. The gravy was hot, as well, and a great compliment to the chicken. The gravy had a different, but just right flavor. The spaghetti had enough meat, sauce, and cheese to make it complete.

I will never pickup or order food from here again!!!! Not sure if they are just rude or racist but I stood AT the pickup counter for over 15 minutes to pick up 2 different delivery orders. Not a single employee or manager would look at me, talk to me or even acknowledge me - they just kept on doing what they were doing, talking to each other AND helping other customers! When the cashier was finally done helping all of the walk-in customers (over 15 minutes after I arrived) I asked if they could check on the orders as they were both very late - BOTH orders were done waiting on the counter the whole time!!!! Just because you turn your back to someone and ignore them doesn’t mean they disappear… RIP customer service!!!

Very tasty chicken and it is probably my favorite option but expensive at over $2 per piece when buying a 6 piece bucket. They have weekday specials that rotate. Gravy is an acquired taste. Fries are thin and not very crisp. So I pretty much go there only for the chicken.

The spaghetti is sweet, this round the spaghetti was diabetes sweet! Omg what the heck. We had like 5 hot dog slices and the chicken was dry 😒 The soda and the peach mango pie was good 👍

Loved the spicy chicken sandwich deluxe. Fresh jalapeño, tomatoe and lettus take this sandwich over the top. So Fresh and juicy. Definitely recommend if you like some kick to your sandwich.

Delicious! Had the 3pc Orginal with Adobo rice and Fries. Their chicken has always been my favorite of the 3 major chicken chains. Juicy and the gravy made it taste even better. The Adobe rice itself was a little underwhelming, it had the taste of a thought of adobo. Very very mild and not rich at all. Fries were just fries. Always will come time and again. But this Jollibee is not in my favorite area on the island, the only thing that would deter me from coming again.

This is a very busy place that serves great fried chicken. There's a small parking lot that's shared by all the businesses. I waited & found a spot to park my car. Went inside & ordered "take out". During the lunch rush, they're so busy! Took about 20 minutes waiting in line to place my order and another 20 minutes waiting for my order to be made, ready to go. The workers are as friendly and helpful as they can be, given how busy they are during lunchtime. Most people order meals to go. If you want to eat in the restaurant, there were some tables available, although it's noisy. The fried chicken, mash potatoes & gravy were all hot and tasty! I've had their food several times as we live here in Honolulu. This is a good restaurant. Just be patient if you come here during peak meal times...

Always my go to for Filipino style comfort food. Very friendly and family oriented. Chicken joy and family spaghetti to name a few.

Say what you will about their sweet frank spaghetti and French fries, but I sort of still have an occasional soft spot for Jollibee. The fried chicken is solid, the adobo rice the biggest crowd pleaser, the gravy middling, but the experience always somehow satisfying. The sweet spaghetti really reminds me of spaghetti-o's and those sorts of sweet tomato paste sauces like in Chef Boyardee's canned ravioli. The peach mango pie is very reminiscent of the McDonald's variety but without any detectable Mango flavor and a very runny peach filling. I think it's definitely worth trying :)

1st time here so I tried the 6pc bucket of chicken with fries, 1/2 spicy & 1/2 regular. The spicy chicken was pretty good, nice and crispy, the regular crispy chicken, not so much. The fries, were basic, nothing to brag about. Question? Do you guy's butcher your own chicken? The reason I ask is, 2 out of your 6 pieces of chicken were only half pieces so technically you charge for 6 but only serve 5! 2 of the thighs were only half thighs, leading me to believe that you either butcher your own chicken or you purposely cut the thighs in half and make 2 pieces out of 1 thigh. If you're that desperate to make a little extra money then just catch the wild hens running around Waikiki and serve them up! Never again!

Their fried chicken is AMAZING! The chicken pieces and also the sandwich have so much flavor! Wish I could go to Hawaii for this chicken all the time. This place needs to be global Lbvs

As a Filipino myself, Jollibee has never disappointed me! Always loved the crispy and juicy chicken they offer, especially the sweet Filipino spaghetti. I only rate this 4 stars as the Jollibee at Ala Moana and other places in the mainland are better.

Staff is friendly but have not got my order correct in the past few visits. Spicy chicken is rarely available unless you wait 25 minutes just for them to bring the wrong order. This has happened several times. Only a select few employees speak fluent English.

I wouldn’t even give a star. Fast food isn’t supposed to have the best service but my god- telling us to wait in a parking spot to bring the rest of our order and not showing up to later say the rest of the order is not available?….and I had to walk up to find out. Please find better management.

Food was great, service was awful. Place looked over staffed, but it took us over 25 minutes to get our food from the drive through - and all we ordered was 3 sandwiches, no meals. They asked us to pull through and they'd bring out our food, but after watching 3 people walk in and out with their orders, we had to go in ourselves and ask for our order.

Busy and fast pace always good, need better way to exit after getting order cannot cross incoming line had to exit behind,maybe set up take-out to the left side by door and right for dine-in but happy to eat chicken.

I never ate food from this store and after tonight I never will. I waited almost 25 minutes in drive thru and when I gave my order they claimed to be out of fries and chicken sandwiches. The customer in front of me ordered large fries and I didn't hear them say they were out. I decided not order and was stuck in line another 10 minutes.

Staff mistook our order, and it took a while for them to reorganjze. and manager was saying sorry cause they were understaffed. But understaffed doesnt mean forgetting items ordered or getting confused. Understandable, it was the holidays. Missed one item on our order :( we we're on a drive thru and there was a long wait so, we left

Staff is super friendly. I had 9 orders i was picking up for work and they all came out swiftly with no errors. Other places seem to take to long to male the food, or too many inconsistencies with the food or what everyone orders. The spicy chicken is pretty legit btw. 😉

The Chicken is great, and the other foid is good, too. I just don't get around to go there too often. But the last two visits, the servicewas bad, not rude, but they kept messing up my order, after I repeated it several times, and the apparently new cashier and the manager on my last visit this past week took so long figuring out how much change to give back after correcting the order, and I think they probably shorted themselves about 87 cents after I keft and figuted it out. Great crispy skin and flavor, and like the gravy and rice, just make sure you confirm your order and check your order and change if you go there. I'm not sure if it's the cashier taking the order is not attentive, or comprehension, etc. It might possibly be how the Filipino language phrasing is opposite of English, so they get confused with the different sentence structure. I used to have the same problem at a certain Zippy's for a while, but not since.

More often than not, they get your orders wrong. Doesn't matter if it's in Waipahu, Dillingham, or Ala Moana, which is sad. Problem with order completeness is a problem with all their locations.

Not my fav, had this recently and it's pretty good. Chicken is a bit greasy, but tasty. Weird to think spaghetti and fried chicken? I guess it's a delicacy but nah, not for me.

The workers are nice. The food is trash. The best & only good part of the meal was the fries. I ordered the chicken sandwich meal & the palabok.
