Got a burger, felt unwell about an hour later. Haven't felt this sick in years. Thanks. Update: went to hospital due to food poisoning symptoms, needed IV fluids for dehydration and anti nausea, anti diarrhea, and pain medicine. Still sick two days later.

I went there to grab a quick bite after running around all day with nothing to eat. Since I had to use the restroom I walked in. I was the only person at the counter where I was ignored for the better part of 10 minutes. There was another party of 3 eating at the time and they said to me they were ignored for a while as well. There was 2 cars in the drive through and 3 employees working during a not so busy almost dead night. It got to the point where I literally had to jump up and down and yell and shout to get even 1 person to acknowledge my presence. And by that time I had lost my appetite and just requested to use the bathroom which I was in desperate need of relief and still waited another few minutes and had to shout again to remind them I was there and waiting. During that whole time I was not greater, ignored when trying to politely get someone's attention and not even asked if I wanted to order or an apology for the wait. If I didn't shout out and threaten to urinate right there at the counter even though my squirming and dancing around made it obvious I would have still been standing there being ignored. I will never go there again.

I mean, the food is okayyy. . But can anyone tell me what's up with the drive-thru screwing up anything I order??? And it's not just here, but EVERY. DRIVE-THRU. WITHIN. THE. 968- ZIPCODE!

Yes I did we stopped in for a jumbo jack with cheese, and ate it in the restaurant, It was a delightful experience, and I give it a thumbs up.

Terrible location. Cannot eat inside and closes doors early and only works the drive thru.

I enjoyed this! I tried their state plate for breakfast, consisting of white rice, Portuguese sausage and egg. They don't have this as an option for California. I know it's jack in the box but it was different and delicious.

Food is OK but they keep giving me diet drink even when I order 2 drinks. They always make one diet and I don't know why

I must commend staff & management on both service & quality here. They go the extra mile for better, faster food so we don't have to.

Out of all the Jack in The Box locations I've been to in 8 different states, this has by far been the worst. Service was extremely slow even though It was just another car and myself in the drive thru, the fries were stale and old, the curly fries were just simply disgusting (probably fried in old/dirty oil), same thing with the tacos, the brownie in the Snoop Dogg meal was straight out of the freezer, and it didn't come with the air freshener, the chicken sandwich was squished and the patty was hard and cold (probably old), the soda also had very little carbonation. It seemed as everything was chaotic inside the store.

The clucker sandwich was good. The fries not so much. It worked for an after hike treat.

I love the fajita pita. The burgers were Ono. Just pricey compared to McDonald's. I guess we got bigger burgers at jack in the box.

This place is terrible!! the girl at the saw me standing there and still ignored me. I waited a good 10 min. before she said yes then she forgot my drink good thing the manager checked the order.

I came here n spent $25 on Friday, March 24, 2023. I asked one of the girls if I could wash my hands, also let her know that I knew their bathroom was out of order, but just wanted to wash my hands. She was going to open the door for me and let me wash my hands, but some old Filipino lady with short reddish brown hair in a purple shirt stopped her. What’s the problem with washing my hands after spending money in your establishment? I mean, your bathroom should be working for paying customers. 0/10 do not recommend.

Food took a long time to make. Fries were packed to early and were not hot when the sandwiches were done. Also with only 4 customers including us, the order was not packed correctly and was missing an item.

I usually love getting the fried rice bowl or platter here before work but I guess they are now closed around 0400-0500. News to me since it says they are open 24hrs. Now gotta go look elsewhere. Haven’t checked the other locations tho.

Bad service, emplyees never say hi or aloha and just give our meal without saying nothing, you can'y use the bathroom.and can't eat inside.

Great presentation as usual. Large coffee lasts forever. You can get free sub for stuff jalapeño on large the fries.

Jack in the box is a hamburger lovers and monster taco eaters fast food after party place. Great place to eat eat eat all you can before you go home after hours also. Mahalo and aloha

My wife went there tonight to pick up dinner. It’s May 19, 2022, 6:30ish pm. She was in the drive thru behind a few cars. She was next to go to the order screen when an employee comes outside, throws a cone right in front of her car and starts walking away. My wife rolls down the window and asks the guy what is going on. He turns around and looks at her and as he snaps his finger says “clooosed”. He then walks back into the store. My wife looked around and there were no cars even behind her! She was the last car there! No explanation nothing! At least explain why it’s not 24 hours today! Train your employees to love there job and have a little more respect. If not, move on! There’s plenty of people that need work and would appreciate every opportunity.
