I ate here for the first with my cousin. He highly recommended this place and we both got the lobster melt and corn chowder. Man have I been missing out on some delicious food. The lobster melt was stuffed with lobster that was held together by lots of cheese and toasted butter bread. For $1 more, you can make your meal a combo and I got the corn chowder which was hearty and tasty. The service at the Chinatown location was great. The servers were nice and friendly and our waters were never empty. They checked in on us 3 times to see how we were doing and our server provided extra napkins without us asking. 5 stars here.

Jolene’s was great! I went in on a Friday around 4:30 pm and there was no crowd. We were able to order and got our food quickly. It was amazing. The ambiance was really great and trendy. Very photographable location

Stopped here for a quick lunch. We ordered the lobster and the shrimp rolls, with chowder and waffle fries. The meal came out a little pricey, but it was probably one of the best lobster roll I tried!

Loved the sandwiches so much at Jolenes by the bay. We went to the one in China Town also. Just as great! All three of us Got the Louisiana melt and tomato bisque soup. Yummy. Good thing there isn't one near my home in Florida. I would go often.

Maine style lobster rolls and so many different sandwiches, such a wonderful place to meet for lunch or a date.

Nice place with friendly staff and good customer service. Lobster roll is toasted but actual lobster is more of a cold salad. Good portion and nice presentation. Corn chowder would be great with some seafood added.

Best food ever! We ate here last night and it was so AMAZING! My group ordered the lobster roll, moco loco, burger, pork melt, fries, waffle fries, slaw, and corn chowder. I wouldn't recommend the corn chowder but everything we all agreed that everything else was some of the best food we've ever eaten! The pork melt was crispy on the outside, cheesy, and the pork was so savory! The flavors on the lobster roll complemented each other perfectly. The drinks we ordered, except for the water, were delicious and came in the cutest reusable cups you can take home with you. You really need to try the strawberry lemonade! This is my new favorite restaurant and I can't wait to go back!

The food is really stellar, they have so much to choose from!! I had the Pastrami Roll, and the veggies and pastrami are cradled inside a house made roll!! Yum!

Lobster 🦞 roll was okay. It was a bit greasy and the flavors overpowered the lobster a bit. I gave 2 stars for atmosphere because of the dog that was allowed to be in the restaurant, sitting in a chair at the table (extremely unsanitary)! It was not a service dog!

I have been wanting to try this place for a while. There is parking in front but limited. We decided to park in the garage, which wasn't pricey. We went between 1 to 2, and it wasn't busy. We ordered the grilled cheese sandwich for the kids and waffle fries. Also ordered the Papa Smokes Burger, a Buttah Big Boi Burger, thai milk tea, and brown sugar ube milk. I wasn't too impressed with the drinks. Was a bit water down. But we did like the food. The waffle fries were crunchy and had nice seasoning to it. The grilled cheese was glooey and the kids loved that. The japanese milk bread used with the grilled cheese was good. My kids ate it, so I was happy, lol. I enjoyed the papa smokes burger. The bun was soft and the brisket and burger patties were cooked great. My bf really enjoyed the big boi burger. It is a big burger with three patties and he really enjoyed it. Overall, we enjoyed the food and would go back again. Sorry, pictures/videos aren't good. lol we were hungry.

Went for Mother's Day & glad that Jolene's Market was a part of it. The food & drinks were on point & inside had an awesome vibe too. Glad to have gone here before I leave this place.

The butter lobster roll is unbelievable. It's $22, but worth it. They have the lobster on top and some pickled vegetables underneath (vietnamese kind). They also have a place called HB Bakery in the same spot. They have ice cream pie and ice cream cake. I tried the cake and my granddaughter tried the pie. She gave two thumbs up. Lol. Check it out, you won't be disappointed.

Super garlic lobster rolls. Everything else was ok. Not mind blowing but worth checking out. Good portions.

Let me begin with the parking here, it's not great at all! Parking is limited in front of Jolene's. Also, lots of weird people are out in front. There was some dirty looking people behind our truck but they were friendly and moved. Not sure what kind of deal they were all doing. I'm not trying to assume anything but they were suspicious. One of the guys yelled at his girl and then kept on talking to the other guys. Not a good place to be. We got the buttah lobster roll with curly fries and the lobster melt with tomato bisque. The lobster roll is always a winner. The lobster melt was good but the lobster didn't taste fresh. I had my husband, family members, and friend taste it as well and they said the same thing. Not sure if I just had a bad lobster. My stomach turned within an hour. The bisque was really good. I think we will try the lobster melt at the airport location instead. If your near Chinatown, you should still stop by and try the buttah lobster roll. It's expensive but it's really good. Also, there is desert place in there as well.

Our Ohana literally walked off the plane then drive to Jolene’s and it was allllllll that we hoped for! So glad we were able to dine here from the Big Island. Our children loved it, can’t wait to go back.

Though it's in a fairly sketchy area, the restaurant itself is very bright and vibrant. Even before getting to the food, the atmosphere definitely made me feel safe and forget about it being on the edge of Chinatown. Now on to the food. Let's just say that this was my first time and I'm looking forward to the next time so I can try something else. I had the lobster buttah roll and I was not disappointed. I enjoyed the pickled daikon that was also in the sandwich. The portion sizes for the fries were great (I love fries so if you're not a big fan of bigger portions, be sure to share with someone). My wife had the fried chicken sandwich and it too was big and tasty. Service was friendly and attentive (at the register mostly). I don't know much about the bathroom situation but I did notice a couple of bathrooms in the Chinese Cultural Plaza as we walked in from the parking lot. Can't wait to come back here and try some of their other stuff!

Ordered lobster roll and the prime rib roll. Overall the food was okay. It was my first lobster roll so I was taken by surprise at the amount of veggies there were. Prime rib roll was too salty but the fries were delicious. The ambience and service was good!

Everything was great from start to finish... easy to order on line... food was ready in about 20 mins... parking can be tough... but overall good experience.. Started with the lobster roll, moved on to piece of prime rib melt, then the spicy Korean Nashville fried chicken... the chowder fries were good too but wasn't sure if I was suppose to pour the chowder over the fires or what so I just dipped my fries in it... then finally had my ice cream pie (snuggy bear) from HB baking, which was phenomenal!! Lobster roll and the ice cream pie were the best out of everything I had today!!

Good lobster roll, with toasted sweet bread and plenty of lobster. There are choices of sides. There are quite a few variety of food on the menu if lobster roll is not your thing. There plenty of table inside for dining in and there is full bar with choices of draft beer, cocktail, etc. There are a few parking spot in front of the restaurant or metered street parking that takes credit card (max 1 hour, $3).

The lobster roll was the best thing that we got. Second would be the curly fries and the lobster melt. The lobster melt needed some more lobster to be honest. The birria melt was very disappointing. Overall, I would go back to enjoy the lobster roll again.
