We got the food via Ubereats. The tacos were on the smaller side but the flavor was delicious! Also ordered a taco salad which was excellent!

Some of the best tacos on the island! The fish and pork tacos are my favorite but the chicken and beef are awesome too! A must try.

The food is decently good but they have messed up my order every single time! I've never had a place keep messing up my order... They shorted me a plate on a couple of occasions, put meat instead of veggies, only gave me beans and rice with no tacos on a Taco plate! They also canceled my order with NO notice and no followup. Their portions fluctuate majorly and are often on the smaller side for the price you pay. So bummed at this place!

I have been here countless time. They have the best prices in this island. The food is amazing as well! I have been a fan for 2 years now. Update from 4/20/2018: just stopped by to get some steak tacos and this time was outstanding. The crisp and smell from the tortilla are flavorful, which I never had before. I think they just switched it up a little bit. My tortilla used to come out soft which is fine. But the crispiness killed it! The steak has always been amazing. It gives you fantasy, especially when you are high. LOL!!!

This place is a hidden gem. We randomly found it while looking for a quick and easy bite to eat and were blown away by the tastiness and authenticity of the food here. Inexpensive ono Mexican food downtown. Salsa and chips for under $5 is a great side snack to the $2.50 tacos! Will be going back for more soon. I wish they had fish tacos though! Please get fish tacos if you are reading this :)

Best Mexican spot on the island. Street taco was bomb. Burrito bowl was fire. Chimichanga was on point and the salsa is sooooooooo delicious. Five stars honestly just isn’t enough. Will be coming back weekly if not daily!!!!!!!

Thank goodness I've finally found a real Carne Asada Burrito! I'm from Tucson/San Diego/Albuquerque so I am an expert! Perfect no beans or rice. They did want to put sour cream and lettuce but I held off. Served with lime and one salsa, I asked for more but it didn't even need it. Delicious 😋🤤😋

I always come here if I can on a weekly basis for my tacos and ambience , the chicken and lengua is delicious🤤🤤 their spicy green salsa is perfect so shoutout to the chef and owner, of this piece of heaven on earth! Also, Danny (owner) is very polite and remembers my name when I come in. Every interaction makes me feel comfortable, shoutout to Gary as well!! Love that guy!

OMG! By far the best Mexican food I’ve EVER had!!! I’m from KCMO USA and I’m surrounded by Mexican restaurants but none of them has ever come to comparison to Taco Kabana🤤. Since arriving to the Waikiki hotel my husband and I have had beautiful looking food at our hotel but it tastes so bad 🤭. Today was the first time since being here in Hawaii that we’ve experienced a whole new tasteful side of life 🤙🏾❤️. Thanks to Taco Kabana for making this vacation worth while 🤙🏾❤️❤️❤️

Best food that I’ve had on the island so far!

I have been going to Taco Kabana for a few years now and I ALWAYS get great service, amazing food, and their environment is always welcoming. You can't go wrong with any food choice. If there were more stars, I'd give them a 10. Great job guys, and THANK YOU for always knowing your customers and providing the most delicious food and friendly service in downtown.

Really good Burrito Bowls. I had the steak and it was layer perfectly and the steak was very fajita style. Highly recommended!!!!

Great pork loaded burrito!! Delicious! No cilantro! Yay. Yuge chucks of pork not chopped up tiny bits, large slices!!!

The food is so good. Ordered street Tacos and the flavor and heat of the salsa was just perfect. The steak was juicy and tasty. It’s a great place to stop by while walking downtown Honolulu. Strongly recommend it!

Quesadillas was so tasty great meat guys !!! My wife got the burrito so good we got one to go . my new Go to location to eat with the family . I recommend 10/10 everyone must try Fresh ingredients and clean setting.

Have been ordering their delicious meals for years, especially burritos! Daniel is the best! But something weird happened today: my steak and egg burrito had french fries instead of steak! (Maybe a new chef helper?) So disappointed. I called to inform them and they will ayudame. 👍🤗

Steak Burrito Bowl is good!

So used to get the Kearny Asada tacos until one of my friends turn me onto the steak quesadilla yeah I know everything spelled wrong so don’t bother correcting but anyways best Mexican food in Hawaii. Hands-down. I stop in here at least once a month.

I've traveled around Mexico, as well as most of the states on the border and Taco Kabana served some if the best tacos I've eaten!

After being on the island for over a week, we missed Mexican food. We decided to make the drive from the north shore to this restaurant and it was well worth the drive.

We stopped by and had some fantastic food. The girls ordered street tacos I had the steak nachos and my son had the lengua tacos. Everyone was very happy with thier meals!

ROACHES, Roaches Roaches‼️. Food portion was pathetic. I ordered Veggie tacos w/ Beans & Rice. He literally gave me a taco with just lettuce. Cost about $11 and change. Anywhere else like Oahu Mexican Grill, veggies means sautéed peppers, maybe some cauliflower, black beans & potatoes. Not a corn shell filled with lettuce. I could’ve made this at home. But when I saw the roach as I was putting my Tapatio hot sauce on my tacos, I left my food right there and walked out. Never going back. Im good.

Good service and good food

All I ever get is steak tacos. And every time I get Tacos from anywhere else it reminds me how good Taco Kabanas tacos are. Not all tacos are created equally. Taco Kabanas Street tacos are the tacos all others wish they were.
