I entered 7 years ago because I wanted something different than the gym. And I never left. The atmosphere in particular, the group itself, is great. Everyone helps each other and every session is educational. And it is special to see how you can use techniques and how strong this makes you. Combine these strength and fitness exercises during classes and your workout is complete.

SWK Wing Chun kung fu (SWK Wang Kiu Foundation) Is a very effective educational sport that can be practiced by women and men. A sport that can be learned quite quickly due to the short direct movements that are intended to immediately overpower and (if necessary) eliminate the attacker. SWK is a foundation where the teachers teach voluntarily and therefore do not want to earn money from the sport. That is why the subscription costs are quite low compared to other gyms. Highly recommended for young and old 👌 Come and have a look for a trial lesson Mon-Wed-Thurs from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM Sat morning for the kids kung fu Or check the website for more information wingchun.nu

Top school, very accessible, friendly and professional. In addition to defending yourself, you will also learn how to deal with stressful situations. And this martial art is also a great way to train your fitness, strength and speed. You gain more mental and physical confidence in yourself. I recommend it to everyone!

My son started with Kung Fu 3 years ago (he really had no idea what it would entail) but now 3 years later he has a black slip, more respect and a lot more self-confidence! Lessons are taught with a lot of passion and the children learn to interact with each other in a very pleasant and respectful way! Can only say: keep it up!!

Dear Moontje A and Jan van G. Too bad you didn't like it. Especially since you have never visited us. It is clear that our competitor is using these fake accounts to put us in a bad light and spread untruths on the internet. This is also attention for our school, for which we thank you! To anyone who has doubts: come by and judge for yourself. Everybody is welcome! Leave a sincere review at the end with your real name. Then any criticism is also something we would like and be able to work on. Fake accounts are no longer something people fall for these days. Fortunately, the rest of my attention is focused on the fantastic group of members who are now taking the lessons to great satisfaction.

My daughter has started kids Kung Fu. This was already 3 years ago. She still goes there with great enthusiasm. It is a fun environment where the children learn in a safe way. The teachers teach the children to treat each other with respect. I think this is an important aspect. The training for the children is given in a playful but also very serious way. There is time for a joke, after which they have to get back to work.

Pleasant atmosphere. Everyone has respect for each other. You learn from each other. The sport is good for your self-confidence. It is therefore also recommended for women. With this martial art you learn to combine technique, relaxation/pressure, speed, among other things. You are never done learning.

I could not judge the knowledge available. About the lessons, they were really weak and substandard for the money. Training room without ventilation system. Toilet near the mat is very unhygienic. Students step straight from the toilet onto the mat. Teacher did not make a sympathetic impression. Was also quite fond of making sarcastic comments to his students. Didn't really seem to interest him at all.
