Great Payment Service Provider. It's unclear where some of the horrible reviews come from. I have mostly good experience and never seen a serious outage.

Actually deserve zero stars. Had telephone contact to cancel the Ingenico contract. According to customer service, the notice period was 3 months. Neatly sent a letter indicating that the contract would be terminated as of February 28, 2022. It now appears that annual contracts are being tacitly extended and I will not be rid of Ingenico until October 28. These are notice periods that are no longer up to date. I feel ripped off because I will no longer use their services from November 2021, but I will have to pay until the end of October 2022. In short, do not use this club.

Accidentally used the wrong bank account number, now they refuse to refund the money because I am not a customer of theirs! This is for “Safety” considerations. This company falls under Worldline. With a service that is downright insulting!
