The food was really good!

Very good food, and a decent selection of good craft beers. The staff are very friendly and attentive, adding to the experience. Definitely one of the top restaurants in Hoofddorp.

Short menu but sufficient. The food was warm, seasoned and very tasty. The drinks menu was extensive and reasonably priced. Home atmosphere, cozy and discreet. This is my new favorite place on the map of Hoofddorp. Thank u!

I had the vegetarian options. Lovely pulled jack fruit on a papadum. Quesadilla was good too and the fries were well made!

A fab place for drinks, small eats and even dinner with top quality ingredients and consistent taste. Smart ambience. Friendly service. We are regular here for over a year now. I do wish they have more vegetarian mains on the menu. One star less for forgetful and late service that's been happening frequently of late. Not a big bother but definite room for improvement.

Update- Feb 2023: What happened!? Nozem's menu went from 'wow' to 'disappointing'. There is a new menu wherein dishes have no harmony in flavor. Dinner portion sizes have become smaller that are not enough for a normal Dutch person. On a Sunday evening, when the restaurant was not completely full, it was a struggle to get the attention of the waiting staff. Not happy with the service or the flavor of the dishes or the price/quality. Maybe will try again after six months to see if they have improved. For now, Nozem is at the bottom on my list. Nozem, please bring back your spark coz you have it in you! Three years ago :Relaxed ambiance, friendly staff, freshly prepared food with good quality ingredients. 'Proof is in the pudding' 👍🏻👌

My wife had the Truffle Chicken and I had the flank steak. They were both over the top delicious 😋 great atmosphere too. We were lucky to stumble across Nozem!

Good service, food not to great wouldn’t want to fight the chicken he was tough and the chips/frites were from around the local shop, better off wit Deliveroo they are polite and bring bad food at a better price.
