    The staff are really warm and welcoming. We had to make a last minute booking, as our booking at NH was cancelled because we forgot to intimate them about our pet dog. Staff here were quick and responsive and were happy to accommodate our dog at the last minute. The rooms are great, spacious and very comfortable. We definitely had a wonderful stay. Thank you so much indeed.

    We stayed at the hotel for 2 days. It is only 7 minutes far from the airport with a free shuttle service. The staff was kind and the breakfast was delicious. Our room was super clean. I will definitely choose to stay during my trips.

    I rented a good room, actually an expensive one. Everything’s good except for the receptionists, only the girl is actually nice.the whites are 👎 you approach the front desk and they won’t greet you and look up from their computer to assist.they will keep you waiting. Maybe they are selective on who to give REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. They need to be trained

    Mr. Tayfun, one of your hotel employees, gave us a very nice customer experience. With his friendly, positive, warm and solution-oriented approach, he made our trip to Amsterdam go nice and easy. We would also like to thank you for including such a qualified personnel in your staff.

    I stayed at this property for 3 nights and would not return. The location is not great (but I was aware of that ahead of time). The issue I had was with the friendliness of the front desk staff. They’re rude! The lady who checked me in has never heard the words “please” or “thank you” before. She spoke to me in very direct and rude language. If I come after 3pm and my room is not ready YOU should be polite to me. I am not requesting an early check-in. I’m requesting the regular on time check-in. The room I was given had a terrible shower — the water pressure was very low. The lock on the back of the room door was broken. The room was not thoroughly cleaned and most frustratingly of all, despite having the do not disturb sign on my door, on the last day of my stay at roughly 9am the housekeeper opened the door and came into the room without even knocking. I will never stay at this Hyatt property again.

    I stayed here for two nights and had a great experience. The price of the room is great for what it is. My room was clean and very spacious. I used the shuttle to go to the airport and then took the train from the airport to Amsterdam centraal for the one day I went into the city. For me, it was worth it to stay here instead of pay double or triple the price to stay in a smaller room in the city. The reception was super nice and made check in very easy. Just FYI the shuttle runs every half hour from the hotel to the airport.

    Very nice hotel, stayed for 2 days , location wise bit difficult far from Schiphol airport but hotel has pick-up and drop-off service but still inconvenience, Rooms are really good and big and neat and clean, we can spend time in room. Breakfast options are good, dinner menus also good and tasty 😋. Service wise staff are not fully providing information to guest and not fully aware of own process which we experienced. But overall it was nice stay.

    This hotel is located very near the Amsterdam airport, about 10 minutes away. Check in was fast and easy. The room is spacious and has all the necessities including a hairdyer and a safe. There is a big sofa in the room too. The bathroom is clean and dry. The buffet dinner and breakfast are good. Transfer to airport is available. Very suitable for people in transit.

    Staff were excellent, shuttle bus too the airport was excellent. The room was big, suited us fine. The only negative was we didn't get the coffee in the room replaced. Room was also reasonably priced.

    We stayed 1 night because we arrived in Amsterdam earlier and booked our accommodation last minute. The price was good. We arrived at the hotel around 10am and since the check-in is only at 3pm we had to wait for our room to be cleaned. The room was ready after 2h. which is nice. The front desk service was good. The breakfast was a bit expensive but there was a good variety. The beds were very comfortable and The room was clean. Overall we liked the stay. We read reviews about the shuttle and it helped us a lot to travel downtown. Thanks 👍

    I stayed one night here at the end of a birthday trip and was treated to a complimentary upgrade as well as free bar drinks and a dessert in my room. The hotel did the trick - it had a full restaurant and bar as well as an early shuttle to the airport nearby. It wasn't as close to the airport as I assumed but it was fine. While I wouldn't use this as a base to explore Amsterdam, it was incredible value, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the food was good. I'd definitely stay again to bridge an early morning flight.

    When staying just a short night between two flights this hotel is a good option to stay at. They offer a shuttle from and to the terminal. The room itself was quite spacious and clean, but could have had more USB ports available to use, so this would be a point for an improvement. I would choose this hotel again in the future!

    Room was cold, clean, and for an accessible room (handicapped), it was the farthest from the elevator. The accessible layout was very good and more than I needed. Had hip surgery and only needed toilet hand rails. It was completely wheel chair accessible including emergency call pull wires all around the bathroom.

    The room in size is enormous. I loved the huge windows. Cleanliness could be improved. The shower tiles had visible limescale marks. My entrance floor was sticky and I had to use my own wipes to clean it up. The bathroom also didn't have a toilet brush which is odd and the toilet itself had a weak flush, making me re-flush multiple times. Towels were clean. The beddings were clean enough, but they had a smell to them. The shuttle service is useful however be warned it is only free from airport to the hotel. There is a bus stop at about 5 minutes of walk away. The staff was amazing. Everyone at the reception was kind and all our drivers were nice. Felt very welcome I just wish the room was a bit cleaner.

    This Hyatt Place was an unexpected gem. We only stayed here because it was close to the airport and I’ll have to admit I didn’t expect much. However, the staff and hotel here really surprised me. First off, the decor is much better than any other Hyatt Place I’ve ever been to. As a Globalist, they went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. When I arrived at my room, I had a handwritten note from the manager, as well as two vouchers for free drinks as well. I used these vouchers for wine at the bar, which was a nice way to settle in before my early flight the next morning. From check-in to arriving at my room, I felt extremely valued as a customer. The shining star was Edith who welcomed us to breakfast. I’m not a morning person, especially on mornings when I have to travel, but she made my morning and instantly put me in a good mood. As a Globalist, she escorted us to a private section and helped us get coffee. She also let me know about other dishes she could help provide outside of the buffet, which I really appreciated. She had such a bubbly personality and I genuinely enjoyed chatting with her when she wasn’t helping other patrons. As we were leaving, the shuttle was on time, which I greatly appreciate as someone who has a lot of anxiety when I travel. I would happily stay here again if I ever visit Amsterdam again.

    Very disappointed as expected higher standards from Hayat. Had to wait for a shuttle bus almost an hour although it was promised every half an hour. Breakfast is just OK for a 4 star hotel. But the cleaning services were appalling, they didn't make our bed, didn't wash cups and pretty much it felt they did nothing. I would NOT recommend staying here, there are plenty more better options for this price.

    We loved staying at this hotel! The staff was very, very friendly. We talked to different people working at the front desk, at the breakfast and dinner buffet and every single one was extremely helpful and friendly. They cleaned our babies plates and cups and brought us highchairs with a genuine smile. The staff has been trained well and you can tell the priority here is the customer. The baby crib they provided was clean and with a firm mattress like it should be. The mattress in our bed was too hard for us and our pillows were too soft for us but that’s personal preference. The room and especially bathroom was clean. The breakfast buffet was great and worth the money. We would stay here again.

    We came as 3 people to the hotel but the problem is that they didn't have a blanket or pillows for the person sleeping on the pull out couch, even when they gave us a blanket it was still cold and a thin blanket. They also didn't give the third person a towel. We only had 2 towels. The food was good and the staff were nice. The view from my hotel room was amazing, seeing the planes take off etc.

    Loved the hotel because of the size of the rooms and the bathrooms have heated floors! Food was amazing. I also had the opportunity to experience the buffet which had a good selection of food and dessert. I would highly recommend this place for families, business, couples, etc. There's a 10 minutes shuttle ride from the airport though which is OK.

    We arrived very early at around 9am after a 13 hour fight. The staff quickly got the room ready for us while we were enjoying our breakfast. The room was spacious and well equipped. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, and make our stay a very pleasant experience.

    Clean, very comfortable hotel with an airport shuttle that runs every 30min, takes you back and forth to the hotel. There is a $15 breakfast buffet, good options but is not halal. And by that, I mean nothing cooked in the kitchen there is halal - not the potatoes and not the scrambled eggs. I wish this was properly marked since it appears as vegetarian options but definitely is not. Not many options in the area. Staff were very professional and welcoming.

    First of all, no warnings about paid parking during the reservation. Second, wifi is on and off, TV is not working properly with a remote control. Third, we had to go 5 times to the reception because the key was not working, then had to wait 40 minutes hungry in from of the door. Fourth, we have paid for all 4 nights, showed all proofs, but the reception was still insisting of changing my card. Non sense. At the check out waste of time still providing proofs that we have paid. Fix all your technical issues. Really :(

    I stayed at this hotel for a week mainly because of its location. As expected, the location was conveniently close to Schiphol Amsterdam Airport and they pick up guest by a shuttle from the airport every thirty minutes by 11:15pm. Other than the location, the staff were warm, welcoming, and also effective. The room was clean and well air-conditioned. The water pressure in the was a little weak, but it was not a big problem. Unlike typical airport hotels, I think this hotel is good to stay!

    A well situated hotel for airport access. The hotel has a large, modern lobby and comfortable bar. Staff from reception to bar/restaurant and beyond were very approachable and friendly. The bar offers a very good pizza, and the hotel shuttle is very efficient. The rooms were very comfortable and warm. I had a pleasant stay.

    Room was great, typical Hyatt. Overall service was so-so. Housekeeping staff failed to restock toilet paper and nose tissues. Called and took an hour to bring too the room. Place an order for a taxi with the front desk the day before I left, for 5:45am (Hyatt airport shuttle does not start until 6:30am), taxi never showed. Ended up riding with airline crew on their transportation. Front desk not helpful in this regard. Otherwise, staff was good. Breakfast at the restaurant was nice, but not as extensive as the Hyatt in Amsterdam itself. Typical airport hotel, no restaurants in they area.

    Great hotel if you're wanting to stay close to Schiphol Airport. They have an airport shuttle that runs every 30 min. Great staff, very helpful and friendly. Ferrari racing team was staying there if that an indication. Restaurant on-site.

    Reasonably priced comfortable clean rooms. Very friendly staff, was able to borrow a plug adapter. Surprising variety in the breakfast buffet, vegan dish was on the menu too.

    It is about 15 minutes drive from the airport. The entrance is accessed through the parking lot of a one way street. The lobby has access to a couple of restaurants and is very lively and inviting. The rooms were well appointed but the carpet was sticky. Ick! I was glad I brought my flipflops. No complimentary bottles of water or anything. There is a mini fridge with a helpful sign inside letting you know you can use it. Great! 😄 I was there with my two daughters. I figured we'd pull out the sofabed which wasn't made. So I grabbed the spare blanket from the closet and thought I'd slept in it. But everything felt very musty and I thought it might kick off my allergies. Not going to ding the hotel for this because had I asked them to make the bed for me then they would have probably made it right. So we all slept in the king bed - which was pretty comfortable. Staff is friendly and nice. There is a fee for parking. Pay for it inside the hotel before you leave. The gate that you go out of was not accepting credit cards.

    Hyatt Place is easily accessible from the airport with the shuttle. The hotel was very busy. Nevertheless, the team managed to be there for the many guests and was always courteous and friendly. Many thanks to Francoise and his team, that we were greeted with a smile every morning and sent into the day. Thank you very much.

    A nice but boring hotel at Schiphol Airport. Nothing to do indoors or around off course. The hotel and rooms were overall clean and pleasent, yet with to much dust. Breakfast is basic. There is a microwave at the lobby so it is convenient if you need to warm up something at night when the bar/lobby are closed.

    Really comfy beds, breakfast selection is OK. Had two bedrooms for two adults, three children but no extra bed made on arrival. Staff responded quickly though once we made the phone call. Not a bad location for the airport as shuttle bus takes only ~10mins. HOWEVER we had booked shuttle to the airport but they (hotel) had over subscribed (do not check the tickets as people hop on board?!). So we were stick, but luckily/sensibly the supervisor used his cop on and drove us directly to the airport which was greatly appreciated.

    The room is spacious and clean with king-sized comfortable bed. The only two areas for improvements would be: 1. Airport shuttle is pretty small comparing with the other hotels nearby. 2. There’s only one restaurant with limited selection of food provided.

    Their room is very clean and with fresh air. HYATT'S pillows and beds are so so comfortable and I had slept so well and get the needed rest. Their buffet style continental breakfast also offers a great selection of food, including my favorite stir fried vegetables (as breakfast). Great affordable hotel and highly recommended !

    Amazing hotel with a great shuttle service. Best rooms. Make sure you opt for a corner room which is just stunning. Service is excellent. Reception staff is perfect. Buffet breakfast variety could be better for vegetarians, with atleast one Indian food dish, considering the amount of Indians coming here.

    Let me start by saying EVELIN and the ENTIRE staff at the Hyatt Place Amsterdam has been super excellent with all the help they have provided for my Fiancé and I. Evelin was able to help me extend my stay without any problem after my flight was postponed for a day! I highly recommend this place to everyone searching for a great clean friendly environment to stay while in Amsterdam.     rooms and bathroom is spacious and airport shuttle is a blessing food is below average and service was never there so don’t know. dinner buffet was 30 euros per pax and the fruits in particular had gone bad. never staying here for sure.

    A nice airport hotel that's not at the airport. Shuttle ride to/from airpor is is than 15 min. The rates are better than the hotels at the airport. The town the hotel is in is quiet and quaint. Numerous places to eat if you choose not to eat at the hotel restaurant. Staff at the hotel is very friendly & helpful. My room got plenty of natural light. The room also appeared to be well maintained. I had a pleasant 5 day stay.
