Very tasty food. I had the soup and fish of the day. Carrot soup and haddock with mushroom risotto. Great seating outside with a nice view. Friendly staff.

Impressive place for dine in, the food is at high quality. The beef carpaccio is very tasty. Services is a bit slow. Highly recommended everyone to come!

Wonderful atmosphere, very friendly service and great food. I see why my mom and dad come back every time they visit the city. My husband and I will come back on our next stay.

Relaxed dinner in L’Hirondelle. Restaurant is located next to park and pond. Its very classy and you really feel like that you are now in the better restaurant. We ordered their aperitives (8€ per drink) and these were very tasty. The we ordered some soup of the day (7€) with breads (6€). For the main course we ordered Sate with fries and Parmigiana. Soup and bread were very good, but something was missing with the main courses. Sate was decent and Parmigiana was very odd to have weird and bad tasting vegetable cheddar cheese on to it. Their wine list is nice and they were very professional when we were choosing right wines for the main courses. Service was very professional and friendly.

Small portions and I couldnt find chicken in that delicous chicken soup. Overall it was a great dinner, definitely better than the hotel. Service was quick and pleasant and food was delicious. Also, the place does have some of the most beautiful views in town.😎

Overall very nice experience. I had the smoked pork chop it was very nicely cooked and had good flavor. There was a sort of stuffing under it that was very nice too. Thank you!

Nice view over the water. The food was average. Starter was rib fingers, these were tasty. The burger bun was quite dense and the party was overcooked. Staff was friendly.

Dinner started out great with fresh, warm, and fluffy bread. The sea bass main also had GREAT flavours and texture from the ravioli, crispy Serrano ham, and butter sauce. Really good. However I had to take some stars off because my portion(?) had a bunch of tiny bones AND fish scales which made it not as enjoyable to eat. Wine was superb. Overall will visit again though!

Great little restaurant overlooking the water with a relaxing atmosphere. Good location and sufficiently upscale for a business lunch. The club sandwich tasted great. Portions were very large, comparable to a US restaurant. Ample parking.

Walked in at 6 when the restaurant was empty and they asked if he had a reservation. They said they were full. Walked by 2 hours later and still pretty much empty. Glad I didn't have to waste my time on such an arrogant place that can refuse business. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Nice little restaurant. Order soup and dish of the day and it was great Order also meat but it wasn’t good however I asked the owner and he quickly changed it without any issue. Liked the customer service and the simplicity. Price is really high. Not sure why but probably coz there are not many chooses around. Overall good experience

Just look at the menu and know that it will be as fantastic as it sounds! We enjoyed it so much that we went back again our last night before flying home. The Beef Carpaccio is the best I've had and the Braised Veal was so tender - actually everything was wonderful! Add on top of the food a beautiful & relaxing atmosphere and it was a perfect evening (or two in our case).

A very cozy place with nature surrounding, we tried the carpaccio and the trio fish with bread, delicious! And staffs were friendly.

We picked this because it was close to where we were staying. It as the right choice. The food was superb [wild mushroom ravioli in truffle sauce]. Europe has higher standards than North America. It was also served hot - a small but important issue and the restaurant was clean. The service was equally friendly. We would highly recommend this restaurant.

Our monthly visites for lunch are always very pleasant. Always in for a "12 UURTJE" which is amazing. Very well mannered and capable staff! Would recommend, but make reservations!

I came to have dinner here with my friend and her small son and had a really relaxing time and good food. The owner (I think) was so helpful and polite, the place was really nice and kept in a user friendly way. Njumie food in a no-nonsense but nice place.

We had a one night layover at Schiphol Airport. Very tired. The wonderful folks at L’Hirondelle let me do takeaway even though they don’t normally. It was a beautiful place and the food was wonderful (even after walking back to my hotel). I can’t wait to come back and dine in person.
