Agent working with me, Danielle, was pleasant to deal with, providing quotes, making some adjustments to itinerary. She recommended local clearing agent, so the overall process went smoothly. No complaints there. Pets were delivered safely. However, our personal belongings were stolen. Here is a situation: my mom escaped Ukraine with her dogs, and spend last money she had to buy the best kennels and accessories (such as water and food containers) for her dogs to be most comfortable on the 10 hour flight. The pictures of everything were provided to Danielle, we got a comment that one of the dogs does not fit properly into one kennel, so we had to purchase one of their kennels. To our surprise, when we received both dogs, the kennels were switched, and all of the accessories were missing, as well as the sweater my mom left with one of the kennel to calm the dog during the long flight. I inquired with Danielle, but the answer was I had to pay UPS fees to to ship our kennel and belongings, and pay extra duties and taxes on top of that. Not happy about it.

We emigrated from the Netherlands to Dubai and after careful consideration trusted our beloved cat Coco with AnimalsToFly. Looking back at the whole process, we couldn’t have made a better choice.. AnimalsToFly has one of the best competing prices in the market for end-to-end Animal transportation without losing any quality of service - I have talked with different logistic companies in the NL and in my opinion the others charge way to much, abusing the situation of people who need urgently need them. Next to that is the personal approach. We didn’t feel like just another file number. We have mostly been in touch with one point of contact (Shannon) who has been available whenever needed and taking the time to take away all our concerns. She took the effort of sending us continuous updates and pictures of Coco during travel. I wholeheartedly trust this team and would highly recommend to everyone. Good: my cat did arrive to the final destination safe and sound in the middle of the on-going pandemic, and that’s what matters the most. Bad: communication, communication, communication. - The flight details changed at least 4 times during the transaction, and at least 3 of them could be avoid if the agent just checked everything carefully. Twice there were mismatches between the info from the agency and from the airline, and instead of doing some simple double checks, the agent felt the need to get into a lengthy, unnecessary argument on the phone with me, insisting he’s right and I was wrong (which definitely was not the case). It made me feel really uneasy to put my cat in the hand of someone who is either too busy to care or doesn’t have the ability to read flight info. Nevertheless, there was another lady we met on the transport day and she was professional and knew exactly what to do. - There’s only one agent taking care of my case, but still I had to answer the same questions and send the same documents over and over again, which was so time consuming. Conclusion, they offered a fairly reasonable price, but the service quality was so terrible I would not recommend it to anyone.

We had been in contact with the agents here for a few months to transport our puppies as soon as they were of age. All of a sudden "they can't transport the puppies because they're full." At no point in time was there any communication that this could happen or how to prevent it. Now, I'm having to find an alternative solution to this issue, 8 days before the dogs are supposed to be transported. I would not recommend this company seeing that they can't be forthcoming about this very important detail.

They cancelled a pet cargo at the last minute (and I mean two days before departure) with the flimsy excuse of being "too busy." There was no apology or recommendation for another animal carrier. The were also slow in replying to emails.
