Worst customer service ever! Decided to treat the kids ordered 6 sonic blasts. She brings it out without drink carrier. Didn't even bother to wipe the cup off before handing it to me.. I asked for drink carrier. Her reply was a Sarcastic NO! I response you don't have a drink tray, or box something to put these in? Her reply again sarcastic NO!!! Poorly managed location......

It's usually okay(ish) but this past visit was horrible. I'm pretty sure the guy taking our order was high. I had to explain the order to him 4 times, and he still got it wrong. We ordered 45 bucks worth of food and he originally brought out meals. Then when I said this isn't it, he then brought out the rest of the order... WRONG! I did get a free milkshake out of it, but that's cause he messed up and brought 2 when we only ordered 1. That's not the point, it was just the worst time I've ever been to this one.

I always enjoy the car service because they are on skates. The food is always cooked fresh to order. I hate that they have gotten rid of the waffle cones and cherries. The menu is a little on the costly side but worth it. The slushies are impeccable, especially in their variety. I like that you can order and pay without having to get out of the car.

I wish I could give negative stars… This is my sandwich after waiting 40 minutes for them to tell us they accidentally messed up our orders and we’re making them fresh. 1 HOUR total in waiting for this ketchup, lettuce, onion and tomato chicken sandwich. Are you freaking kidding me!????? Not to mention missing half of the fries we ordered, a wrong drink. Insane, y’all need to get your act together.

6 months ago I rated this location 5 stars because of the excellence of their service. Today I am writing this one star review as an update WHILE IM WAITING FOR ICECREAM THAT WAS ORDERED AHEAD OF TIME. I ordered it, made it ON TIME TO GET IT WITHOUT MELTING. and now have been waiting for more than 20 minutes for two shakes, and two hotdogs. I don't even want the ice-cream anymore because of how long of a wait I've been here for, it cant be unmelted, but now I'm trapped here because I have been promised the ice-cream THAT I PAID FOR. Still waiting, FOR 30 MINUTES. Keep in mind, I ordered this off the app at 7:07, it is now 7:37 and they forgot ONE OF THE TWO SHAKES I ORDERED. I would want a replacement, but I'm afraid that sonic would snail mail it to me from corporate so I'd get it 6 months from now. EDIT: all my food is cold, all my icecream is melted, they didn't give me all 4 cookie bite things, or the icecream to dip them in, and the only reason I got any customer service was because I WAS MASHING THE BUTTON ON THE SCREEN AND FLASHING MY HIGH BEAMS. DO NOT GO HERE.

if i could give it a 0 star i would. sat at the kiosk thing for 30 mins with the red button pressed with no service and no answer. after deciding to order online, it takes them 20 more minutes to be “on the way” with the order (and it was very simple). another 20 minutes go by AFTER THEY CLOSE and after it said they were on the way with our food and we still sat there. then someone comes out after there is no other cars in the parking lot and asks what we’re waiting on. in total we were at sonic for an hour and a half total until we got our food.

Their service has went from ok to horrible! Over a week ago i took my daughter, she ordered a double meat cheese burger i ordered a bacon cheese burger meals. I got a single, she got a texas toast. Both were cold, she asked for fries i asked for chili cheese tots, got two orders of cold tots.... today my wife went by for dinner, tots are cold, and my bacon burger had burnt bacon! Both meals are cold! Had to wait 20 minutes for them to take the order then wait another 20 to receive it. Their servers also have an attitude as if someone is making them work there! Will never visit Sonic again.

I don’t come here often but wanted to try their milkshake. I ordered their strawberry cheesecake milkshake and it was good. Not like out of this world good but filled the cravings. I also got chicken tenders and chili cheese fries, it was ok but no wow factor. It was my first time trying it and not something I am rushing to go back and eating. I also got some onion rings and that was pretty good. The mozzarella sticks were ok too. I don’t frequent Sonic’s often but my daughter wanted to come to play volleyball. The Hope Mills location had their volleyball area closed the day we went. After we ordered from here, we had to drive to the Yadkin Road location so her and her friends can play volleyball. The service was timely at Hope Mills but I had to repeat myself several times as the girl couldn’t hear me. The order came out within 7-10 minutes. I ordered again at the Yadkin Rd location as my daughter was thirsty and that order took longer than 10 minutes to come out. I saw cars that came before us get their order before us. I’ve only been to Sonic like 3 times.

They are very fast here and make sure they get your order right. If you order from the app you get half off your drinks. Today Ashley was friendly and fast. Their shakes and drinks are always great!!! Different visit and the same fast service!!! This time my server Raya was fast and friendly. My family loves their ice cream treats and I love their 1/2 off drinks ordered off the app!!!

This place sucks! Unfriendly workers, extremely slow service, and poor food quality. They don't even know how to make a simple Blast. Got a scoop of cookie dough on top of the blast and they didn't even mix it up.

Ordered through doordash First two orders were great, the latest one was disappointing. Nothing was sealed when received, “Jumbo” Popcorn chicken looked like a child size, Oreo blast was a 1/4 full & wasn’t sturred, just crumbs of Oreos on top, and lastly the fries were cold & old

Worst one in town now. I've been served cold coney dogs twice now and they were obviously made a long time before. Not fresh food, the cheese wasnt even melted. Every time you wait at least 5 to 10 minutes for them to answer the call button. It's clear that the manager or owner has given up and poorly runs this location. It's sad because it used to be my favorite one. Won't return.

This place is trash. They need to really do some re-evaluating. The food quality is horrible. If I had a choice no star would be given. The slush had no flavor, the chilli cheese fries had no cheese or chilli. I've just had it with this location in Hope Mills. This is the second time and I will not eating here again. I rather drive to the cliffdale, skibo, yakin or Raeford location first.

I went to Sonic on Jun 29 for a slushie I ordered 6 and a cheeseburger. On my way home I started drinking mine it was horrible watered-down no taste at all just colored water. So I called back I would have gone back but they were working on the road and traffic was backed up. But the manager I spoke with was like I don't know how it could be watered-down like I was lying then she said well I replace the slushie not the burger I then told her I didn't ask you to nor did I say anything about the burger. Once I get my slushie u don't have to worry about me returning to that Sonic. The young lady that brought my food out was great friendly kind and very patient. Deja

So we went to this sonic for the first and the last time EVERRRR!!!! My husband is allergic to pork, and they put bacon on his burger. They gave us hairy shakes and burnt extra long cheese coney. SMH! Only on Hope Mills Rd you can find this!!!

Deals are Awesome, food is good, as usual, but, there is no parking for vehicles in the construction trade. Some of us tow trailers, and we have to eat too! When I order in the app, I park off to the side and check in with a stall number, and someone always pulls into the stall, before I receive my order. Confusion for the Staff, and the unexpected Patron!!! Change is Needed!!

Location was busy but order was out within 4 minutes. Everything was hot and tots were fresh! Although I had enough drink to finish the meal, there was more ice than drink. 3 orders, all went well.

I love coming to Sonic because the food is fast and good. But I watched 8 employees tonight in the kitchen playing and talking while ignoring customers. Y'all do know that we can see in those windows right? We sat here 15 minutes listening to other customers press their buttons and also be ignored. And it was only 8 cars in the parking lot and most of them were employees cars so definitely wasn't them being busy. At least acknowledge the customer and ask them to wait a moment. Don't just ignore business. It was delivery drivers waiting. Customer service matters.

I went there for ice cream around 8 pm. Even though they were very busy, they got my order right, and it came out fast. I had the Reese's sonic blast. It was good. When I go there for food, I like the bacon cheeseburger toaster with tots. I haven't gotten that there in a while, though.

Great restaurant. Ordered jalapeños poppers and route 44 sweet tea. I use the app to order and always get my drinks at half price.

This location has slow service. But wait, it wasn't this one time. It's consistently slow service. Food arrives at tepid temperatures. Yeah, it was busy when I arrived (about 4:50 P.M.), with most stalls occupied by cars. I was parked in stall 4 and I can see the wait staff waiting for orders coming out and some of the kitchen. I used the app for order: a Route 44 and a 99 cent sundae. Orders were slowly coming out. Staff was waiting for orders to take. One customer goes to the door to get her order. It had just come out. I can hear her complain how long it was taking. Others were impatient too. It took > 30 < minutes for my order to come out. A drink and a sundae. 30 minutes!! Ridiculous. Doubt I'll go there for awhile.

I took the kids for the shark week slush, they came out melted and the shark gummies were slimy and gross. We also ordered sonic blast that was gritty, cheese tots that tasted like they were yesterdays and reheated. The worst experience at sonic and very disappointed with the food and drinks.

My husband & I had our (2nd) 1st date @ this sonic. The playground is always fun for the children. The food is pretty great, for fast food. I'd live on those pretzel twists, if I could! Every server we have ever had, over the last 10 years, has been truly awesome. This store's hiring/training team should teach the surrounding area how to provide customer service.

Locations workers, at least those taking orders, are consistently abrupt and rude on orders at this location. No welcome to Sonic - just what do you want, is that all, is that all, is that it, instead of letting me finish ordering. We've been to this location several times and the customer experience is always poor when ordering.

We went to this location around 730 pm. We ordered 2 milkshakes. 15 minutes later still haven’t received our shakes. Obviously they aren’t short staffed as we sat and watched 2 male employees wresting with each other several times. Also several employees standing around talking.

Everyone was nice and they were professional it's just the food did not match the hype the commercials especially the picture which is right beside you as you order..you order because you are hungry for that burger ..ect. Which is the case for most restaurants they make It look so beautiful but when you get it it's just thrown together. it looks like a four-year-old did it.. don't look anything like the picture and I wasted my money cause I can't eat it because looks awful before and after I open the bun..I don't taste the care that is goes into food when you care .I am familiar with this invisible commodity because I am a cook..Sonic used to be number one with a lot of us but it Has lapse badly. Renewed training is needed. Yet we still hope for change..thank you

Yea I stopped and got a bacon egg burrito supposed to be with extra egg and bacon paid for extra. Now the burrito's at McDonald's were bigger than this. It was pathetic. I think your employees are lazy and didn't want to cook extra egg or bacon. And really there is no excuse. Just means I have to get food somewhere else.

I'd give this location zero stars if I could. Milkshakes are warm, plain vanilla even though I ordered an oreo cheesecake mastershake.... Nothing we order here is ever right. Sonic blasts aren't even mixed up; just sprinkle with whatever candy or cookie on top.

It's very fast it offers fantastic ice cream and slushy l but everything else is terrible. There food is not good at all. There fries and tater tots are good. But that's the only food there that's edible. I have eaten there several times with hopes that maybe the food would be better but it's very cheap and just nasty. It's a waste of money do not recommend

Normally the food is great. Couple times we have sat and been 'forgotten'. No biggy. My biggest problem with this location is the fact that they mess up the drinks every single time. Strawberry limeade is soda water with strawberries. Cherry coke is almost straight cherry syrup. French vanilla iced coffee, old burnt coffee with a splash of regular creamer and mini m&ms. Yes m&ms in coffee. I've been given this location chances but I really don't recommend it to anyone if they are looking just for drinks.
