    Always and I mean always a problem when we come here. Got handed my happy meals first was told to pull forward for the rest of my order. I did so. 4 happy meals, 2 quarter pounders (buy 1 get 1 for $1) 2 10 piece nuggets (buy 1 get 1 for a $1) and 2 large fries. 1 car in front of me waiting for food and 1 behind ordering. Waited for my food to cook for what? For it to be raw? I'm about to give up on McDonald's all together none of them in town it seems to have their stuff together except Legion rd. And no I didn't call them or take it back whats the point? 2 pics of the same burger to try and show the rawness.

    Ordered 4 meals. The woman that was taking orders at the drive-thru kept asking me if that's all before I even finish saying EACH of my order/sentence. All of my 4 large drinks were missing 1/3 of it (almost like I ordered 4 medium drinks) This is at 12:38am on July 17, 2022. The star is for the nice woman that handed me my food (not the same woman that was taking my order at the drive-thru she was too busy being on her phone to give me my food)

    Placed a mobile order for fries with BBQ sauce. Go through the Drivethru and there’s no sauce. So i head inside to ask for the BBQ sauce that I ordered with my fries. I’m told I can’t have any. I tell them but I ordered it. The cashier tells me no, that I only got fries so I don’t get any. Doesn’t care that I ordered it WITH my fries. So I ask them if I order a burger can I get my sauce then. They say no, because you ordered fries and just walk away. Cool. Well I ordered a drink inside since I was already there. Asked a lady to give me my cup, ignores me. Ask another person, ignores me. Another lady walks up and says they’re busy bagging orders and to give them a minute, and instead of giving me the cup herself just walks off to the back. If you’re going to walk up to me and tell me to give other employees a minute, why not just give me a cup since you’re right there? Usually I come here, whether it’s inside, drive thru, mobile order etc., and the service is great! Not sure what happened tonight but the amount of attitude and disrespect that was given was just unnecessary all over sauce and a cup!

    I just had the worst experience ever at this McDonald’s in hope mills. First of all I sat in line for over 45 min then when I get to the window the guy hands me my happy meal with the box open with no fries, then when I get my drink which was a medium soft drink it looked like it had been sitting for awhile because it was watered down and no ice. And the girl that was taking orders she was eating to where customers could see her. I have never experienced service like this before this will be my last time eating there.

    this place is HIGHLY, and i mean highly incompetent. you’re better off going to the taco bell down the street if you want half amount of decency when being served. the staff are extremely rude and hardly ever get a single order right. honestly you’re lucky to get a little bit of it spot on. but aside from that, they will purposefully exclude items from your order and move extremely slow whenever you ask for that item to be given. if i could give ten thumbs down on this place i would.

    I am here it's after midnight they only have one lane open and it's moving about 7 minutes per car so I have moved up about 3 parking spaces in the line and I've been here for almost 20 minutes. My advice what do you want to order and have it delivered or whatever pick another restaurant.

    Just sorry af! Sat in line for 30 minutes. Pulled up to lane 1 speaker. Sat at the speaker for 15 minutes while someone took orders for 4 cars that came after me on lane 2 while I sat on lane 1. Finally decided to just pull up to the window. Manager didn’t even apologize just told the lady at the window to ring me up. The young woman who should have took my order on lane 1 bagged my order. Not surprised she gave me cold fries and no sauce for my 20 piece. Childish! You’d think after waiting in the drive thru for almost an hour your food would at least be fresh. I won’t waste another dime at this location or any of them associated with this owner operator. And judging by the other more recent reviews it should be shut down until they can run it properly.

    Nasty on the inside. Sticks. Floor sticky. Drink fountain drain has mold in it. Corporate really needs to be aware of this. This is not how America's favorite fast food restaurant should look.

    It took well over 20 minutes to get our orders. Nobody was available to take orders, so we all had to use the kiosks that aren’t the easiest to use. Everyone here at the same time was sending back orders, waiting 10-15 minutes for remakes of food when we already had to wait 20-25 minutes for our food. If you’re going to make us wait half an hour for “fast food” at least take the orders yourselves. We did not get our cups and got the wrong sauces. My husband was being ignored, so finally reached around and got them himself. McDonalds has spent a lot of money in rebranding, to be a worse brand.

    I look forward to my breakfast every morning.. Senior coffee, sausage and egg biscuit topped off with a strawberry cream pie. Left over seem to be a way of life now. The strawberry cream pies were definitely left over, reheated and shriveled up. Makes one wonder what else is done that way. No worries though, switching to Bojangles from now on.

    Gonna start off by saying this is the worst experience Ive ever had a McDonalds. I showed up at 9:15 and was finally able to leave the McDonalds at 10:00 with my order which was supposed to be 4 McDoubles only ketchup and 2 large fries. Its 2 medium fries, 3 crushed Mchickens and a McDouble? I mean crushed like flat and the fries were dumped into the bag? Is that funny to them? I have photos too so feel free to email me about it. I call and demand a refund (Kisha answered) they just hung up and then it said the line was busy for the next 10 minutes, like they left it off the hook then they finally answer and tell me to come back to the store if I want the order corrected? Nah I want a full refund, entire staff working tonight should be fired this is insane.

    Employees do not follow instructions. Ordered no lettuce on my Big Mac and still got lettuce. Also everything was warm besides the nuggets. They were cold and hard.

    i asked for a oreo mcflurry and they gave me half a cup it was not even to the top last time i came there like a moth ago they got my food wrong and barely gave me fries this is a bad service they did it to my mother to i would never come back to this place not trying to be a karen but god.and it looks like sb ate it already and it barely has Oreos

    They don’t follow my orders, I order 2 double cheese burger which is I pay $6.98 plus for my daughter happy meal which is I pay $.499 which missing her fries chicken nuggets and toy, idk why is it always like this.

    Every time I eat here, my food is always correct and perfect. I think I’ve had one issue and that was the door dashers fault for not reminding them. They are the best McDonald’s I’ve ever ate at

    Took me 20 minutes in line to order. After ordering and using the drive thru code the employee failed to add the code and upon getting to the window he tells me there is no order for me. I show him my receipt on my phone and he gives me deer in the headlights look. He proceeds to call his manager on shift LATOYA ALFORD who starts by telling me something went wrong and I have to reorder and repay. I show her the receipt off the McDonald’s app she says she needs the code (code disappears when u close app). Show them the email receipt and the app The employee takes the code and cancels it on his McDonald’s provided smart device shows me his device and they shut the window on me and leave. It’s not about the few dollars but about the principle. Wish I could give LATOYA ALFORD zero stars and the worst manager of the month. Worst manager and employee ever.

    This location is horrible!!! Workers are very rude, don't care about your order at all. Th manager was on a personal call the entire 15 minutes I was there putting here phone near food. Soda machines broken and nobody telly you. Trashy Macdonalds. I'll never go there again, this wasn't the 1st time. I've seen Workers get arrested in there, stay away and go to a different location.

    9:30 am on aug 18...My husband and i just walked out. We were completely ignored. Several employees walked past and seen us waiting. Took other orders but ignored us. This is not the first time we have had a bad experience at this location. The crew who runs this shift are idiots and the manager needs a new job, she's standing there arguing with someone in front of everyone. People there look you in the eye and give you that go to hell look....must be cause we're white.

    This is the worst McDonald's I have gone to. It does not even deserve the 1 I gave it! I went thru the drive-through, and I was told I would get my receipt at the second window. They could not find it. My fries were burnt, and the young lady at the window said to me that's how our fries were. I asked her if she was referring to all McDonald's or just this one. She said, "This one, that's how our grease is." I asked for a refund, and she then got rude. I asked for the manager after she asked me to give her everything back. Which I had no problem with. I told the manager what she said and how she was acting. He was shocked that she said that. I do t think anything will be done. Not to worry, I will not be back, and hopefully, my review helps others. It's really sad how this young lady was acting.

    Pulled up waited in line 45 minutes . Got to the speaker waited another 10 minutes . two lanes but only one lane attended to. Get to the window asked to pull forward. Waited in the parking spot for 10 more minutes with my kids meals getting cold . 12/17 9pm order taker friendly cashier friendly. The person that walked my order out friendly . Called to tell someone I didn’t recieve my full order after all that wait & she asked me for a receipt that I don’t care to look for . Her names Connie & she said come speak to the store manager in the morning about two kid’s chocolate milks. I run a restaurant myself this is the worst experience ever . 10 thumbs down !!!

    New Years Eve 2022… waited over 30 minutes with my 2 year old who was so happy to get his happy meal but fell asleep waiting just to get to the order board and they magically stopped taking orders! I asked numerous times if they were open and blew my horn and no one ever answered! Thank God Taco Bell was open, even though they were short staffed. I should have went there first anyway because they were my first choice but I wanted a burger but whatever, lesson learned!

    To my opinion, McDonald's is catered for children. Honestly, McDonald's hamburgers have No flavor. So I do not eat at McDonald's anymore... BUT, their breakfast biscuits are delicious.......

    They are slow, compared to New Dorkers. They forget sauces and stuff, watch many customers go back in annoyed as I sit and wait for order in drive up window reserve spots. They don't cook salt free fries enough. Their quarter pounders are a mess and taste funky. Coffee is hit or miss depending on who makes it. Maybe McDonald's Corp could send manager up to Patchogue Long island store to learn how to improve.

    I watched about 4 cockroaches crawling on the outside wall and one flew into my car. I tried to catch/kill it and it evaded. Among that, I got home to discover that they botched my already simple order: McChicken, Cheeseburger, small fry. I got bacon on my McChicken and the bread was incredibly stale on both sandwiches. It took 45 minutes to get through the drive through and there seemed to be one worker when I pulled up to the second window and this poor girl seemed overwhelmed and exhausted. I will not be going back to this poor excuse of an establishment any time soon. I still haven’t found that roach so that’s cool, at least I have a friend in my car :/

    Rude. I had been waiting several mins and never was acknowledged then a guy walks in and was immediately asked what he wanted and he also was . I then told another lady work I was there for a pickup she never looked at me or acknowledged she heard anything. Then I said miss miss then she decides to speak and say they didn't have my GrubHub order m both of the ladies working the front Tuesday may 31st at 930 were very rude. The young one with and the older lady needs to be retrained on customer service.

    This location is usually pretty good about getting your order right. The quality and temperature of the food is kind of hit or miss though. If you see a long line, odds are your fries will be supreme. If you can pull right up to the speaker, just drive on over the Bojangles because your food is going to be cold and subpar. Don’t think you can outsmart a long line and order pickup from the app. You will sit waiting in the pickup spot longer than you would have the line.

    McDonald's food is a hit and miss sometimes. Sometimes you get great food that is hot and fresh and other times the food may not be hot in fresh. My last experience purchase two crispy chicken sandwich meals and a Happy meal. Got home and the Happy meal only had two chicken nuggets. Called and they asked me that I want to come back and I told them no. Spoke to the manager who was apologetic and told me that when I come in; they will remake the order. I get to the first drive-thru window and I inform the lady that I'm supposed to be getting a order remade and all she tells me to do is pull up to the second window instead of asking what I was missing. I get to the second window and the lady checks the receipt and tells me the date is different and I said yeah because I didn't come back the same day I came back a few days later and she asked me about my order not being taken and I tell her what the lady at the first one who didn't ask me. This time I'm getting aggravated. So I give them my receipt they tell me the pool to wait for my order. The lady that came out and brought my order to my vehicle was apologetic. I was on my lunch break so if the lady at the first window would have asked what I was missing it could have been made a second window without a wait but other than that the food was fresh the fries were not fresh but the sandwiches were
