I stayed for 2 nights. Room was clean and had everything for a short stay. Lots of car spaces. A little bit of road noise was the only issue. Otherwise a good hotel.

Everything we needed for a short stay and owners were so lovely. Kids enjoyed taking the resident chooks for a walk with lovely owner who offered to wait for the kids to join him morning of checkout.

We stay here to split the drive up to and from Adelaide with our kids and grandkids. It’s always the same professional service with really good rooms. It’s our ‘go to’ in Horsham

Rooms are overpriced, hotel looks like grey prison adorned with masses of air-conditioners facing the neighbours who unfortunately have to deal with this concrete bleach behemoth of a building. Owner is a bit of a d!CK, rude and short.

Pros: *Medium size of room *large bed, couch, table *large bathroom *clean but carpet stained in places. *2 movie channels on TV. Cons: *loud and consistent traffic noise overnight *staff are smug & rude *no lift to upper level *mold around tiling in shower *overpriced and overrated *older tv...no contemporary connections eg HDMI or casting. At check-in I was told I would of saved 25% if I'd booked on their own website but a Google search cannot find a website that isn't linked to an online booking service!

The best place to stay in Horsham, customer Service here is amazing . Staff super friendly. Rooms are large, TV and comfortable bed. Only down side of the room is the bathroom and shower, these really need renovations and a good clean

Located right on the highway, and in the corner room nearest the intersection, I got hardly any sleep so that I could get moving for another long drive on the next day. I had a large 8-legged friend overnight, too, trapped between the window and fly screen. The second time I stayed and the second time I had loud traffic noise all day and night. Late to open. Room clean. Bed old and pillows even older.

The hotel owners were really kind, I got in super late (8:00 am, when I was meant to be in the night just gone by) and they let me rest for the few hours I needed to get going. The safe wasn’t exactly operational as a safe, but that was not needed anyways, as a country hotel I give it a 5 star rating (I would give it a half more if I was allowed) as they were kind and helpful when most needed

The staff/owners take great pride in their hotel, and it shows. We arrived for an unplanned stopover and this was perfect. The rooms are spotless and comfortable. The lawn is impeccable!

Friendly and helpful staff (reception shuts early, after hours lock box for room keys); large building over 2 floors (internal stairs). Car parking on site, most not undercover. Rooms have external opening windows for fresh air (+ individual air-conditioning units). Seasonal menu at the onsite bar and restaurant (room service and breakfast). Tesla charging point. Onsite kitchen garden and chickens.

The rooms are fresh, parking good withba charger for EV, and the staff are so lovely - the only drawback is the lack of a lift. For the price, there should be one.

Very clean, comfortable room with opening window for fresh air. Staff were lovely, restaurant food was excellent and the atmosphere was good.

After reading some of these ridiculous reviews you wonder what goes through these peoples heads. Stopped here on the way from Melbourne to Adelaide and was perfect. Clean, quiet and comfortable for a reasonable price. It’s going to be my go to next time I head back on this trip. What more could you want. Some of these review experts need to get a sense of reality. This is most likely a small business that has done it tough the last few years and it is bewildering to think there are trolls who say a hotel in county Victoria isn’t international enough… like WTAF!

I stayed for work and was blown away by the hospitality and friendliness of the staff. I believe it is a family owned business also? Check in was seamless and the room was surprisingly spacious and quiet (facing carpark out the back). They have a restaurant for dinner and room service only for breakfast. Unfortunately the restaurant didn’t have much vegetarian options, but being in town, there are a variety of other local restaurants to choose from. They even have some gorgeous chickens by the carpark which children would love to see. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Room was ok , asked for disabled access which was great. Room looking a bit tired and bed was not so comfortable. No hot water , called housekeeping and told they would sort it. Waited another 20 minutes and still ended up having a pretty cold shower.

Modern hotel with spacious rooms. Good position on the highway with ample parking behind the building and easy walking distance to the centre of town. The only negative was the lack of a hand towel in the bathroom.

Ample parking, imagine the parking, how important thing in nowadays. Tiny and clean room, and spacious. Reasonable accomodation pricing during public holiday. Service from reception is second to none, very informative and, hotel details, check out details provided upfront in timely manner, with quick and simple explanation. Very good!

This hotel certainly did not live up to its name as being International. Unfortunately upon entering the room it looked tired with old furniture dated from the last century and that was before I noticed the incredibly stained carpet. Whilst there was tea and coffee making facilities provided there weren’t enough provisions for more than one cup of tea each. Only when in the shower I found that there was no shampoo nor conditioner. This room was average at best On the up side the reception staff was very friendly and check in and check out was quick and efficient.

Recently stay at the International and found it to be average. We had a ground floor room for two nights, and the pricing was $318. The bed and heating were adequate, but there were some other issues with the room. The issues - There was way to much furniture in a small room. A two seater couch, a small table and two small arm chairs. You couldn't sit on the couch because the other furniture was squeezed into the room. The shower head leaked from the wall that caused a lack of presure. You had to keep a watchful eye on the kettle because it wouldn't switch off and would keep boiling. For a large motel the TV is something you would see in a cheaper version. Unfortunately these issues were not able to be raised with owners due to early checkout. Don't judge the motel just from my encounter, make your own decision. Thanks

The shower kept going hot and cold, breakfast was to expensive and it wasn't nice. Overall an expensive stay.

The staff here, especially Peter and Nicole, have been the most amazing and supportive people I've ever come across in the hospitality industry. They have been so helpful, accommodating and kind to my mum and my brother throughout their stay. The food has also been amazing, and the facility is beautiful. We are very happy and we highly recommend!

The deadlock on the room doesn't work. There is a toaster advertised, but no plates or cutlery, I suspect it is intended for use with a purchased room service breakfast. Friendly staff, modern comfortable room. It is my preferred accommodation in horsham. Shampoo and conditioner are provided.

Clean, neat, everything worked and a short walk to town centre including the cinemas. But the best thing of all was that they sent me my watch charger when I left it behind! Two thumbs up!!
