The front desk girl was very sweet. The nurse that called me back was rude and in a hurry, I didn’t get weighed (but she wrote a weight in ) Once I saw the Dr Amanda Andrade I was so disappointed because I had seen her once before a couple of years ago and really liked her so I found where she moved to and went again But this time I was super disappointed she acted like she didn’t care and was in a hurry. I’ve had well woman checks before and the one she did was half done and acted like she didn’t care and didn’t give me time to explain anything to her. I was self pay. They eagerly took my money but didn’t care about my symptoms and told me I’m better off going somewhere else. I do not recommend this doctor. The place was clean and the girl at the front desk was very helpful.

I was a new patient in May. I filled out my intake paperwork with a question about if my insurance was accepted. I was asked to be contacted back via email. They of course called me instead of emailing and told me my insurance was accepted, I expressed how I wanted to make sure because this was a new insurance I had . I visited with a small issue and the doctor ordered lab tests for me. The visit itself was pleasant and helpful. I had to get my lab work done the next day instead of in the moment due to the lab tech being out on lunch for the next 40 min. I came back in and he commented that the doctor ordered A LOT of tests for me. I sat as he drew more blood than I had ever seen drawn on myself before. I got my results pretty quickly and I had about 20 tests done. Well, I just got a bill in the mail for over $1000. No one at the office explained my benefits to me or cautioned me that I would be paying a portion of each of these 20 tests. Had I known, I would have asked how many were going to be done and I would have elected to be more conservative with just what I really needed. I tried calling today and they sent me a voice-mail- not a call - a voice-mail instructing me to call their billing department. I tried calling back to talk to a real person and Julie did not sound like she wanted to help me, she had a rude tone, and she just wanted me to listen to the voice-mail again. She gave me the billing department phone number after reminding me that it was in the voicemail, I wanted to talk to a staff member to explain my issue because I felt it was partly caused by the staff and not just the bill. The billing department of course could not help me, so they transfered me back to the office where I spoke to Julie again, she said I would be called by someone who could help. Guess what? As I'm typing this review, I got another voice-mail sent to my phone directing me to email them. This has been a very frustrating experience and I feel taken advantage of, this is not a facility that cares about their patients. I have never had this experience where I was responsible for paying for lab tests.

I cant say enough about how wonderful this ENTIRE clinic staff is. There was a miscommunication and I was unaware my appt was cancelled and I came anyways. They explained the situation and treated me with such kindness even when I was upset and they made it work and I was able to still have my appointment. When I was upset the staff was even holding my hand. And after several team members came up to me giving me their card. I felt so much kindness and support from them. I’m sure they all had to stay late because they ended up keeping my appt but not one person was without a smile and understanding towards me. I am so impressed and thankful!

Dr. Shavonia Grant was nice and sweet she also didn’t give me any attitude. She made me feel comfortable and I didn’t feel like I was being judged. The office staff was very fast and nice as well. Thank you for making my first visit Great!!

The best care every time! It all started about a year ago, my daughter was very sick and with fever and her pediatrician at the time didn’t have appointments until 2 weeks out. I desperately called every clinic/ pediatrician/ doctors office with no luck!! Until I called UT Physicians @ The Heights location, they were able to see my child in a little over an hour the same day!! They have taken care of my 2 kids ever since… the best care & extremely informative! I highly recommend Mrs Brentari!!! Im so thankful for her and all the staff!!

I have known Dr Ejiogu for close to 10 years. Have had to follow 🥰 her from one clinic to the next as she moved, because she is the best obgy I know. She is very professional, very knowledgeable, yet kind and friendly. Great bed side manners. I have trusted her completely with my care after she saw me through the anxieties of a very concerning health issue. I will also award 5 stars to the staff at this UT clinic. They were so nice and efficiently professional, if I may say so🙏🌹

Absolutely loved the professionalism of the staff. No long wait times.Dr. Gants' bedside manner was very refreshing. As someone who has had a bad experience with a doctor who didn't listen during my exam and made me feel awful, I was not looking forward to my well woman exam. However, Dr. Gants made me feel comfortable and listened to my concerns and asked questions. She conducted my exam without making it into a difficult or drawn out process. I already recommended her to my sister.

I have been a patient of Martha Suarez at the UT Multispecialty The Heights for about 6 years and she is a fantastic doctor. She cares, she remembers me and my issues, she listens and asks questions and makes sure you understand the issues, the prescriptions, how to get you to feel better. She doesn't stuff you with pills and sends you home like many other doctors out there... And she is compassionate. I heard that UT is transferring her to another location... please, don't, we will be losing an incredible asset and you will lose a lot of patients, because she is one of a kind. Most of the personnel in this clinic is very attentive and kind, so it would be really sad to lose Dr. Suarez for this great team.

I love how covenant this location is for me and there is plenty of parking. The lobby was clean and basic, the side I was on had a TV. I see Dr. Hardwicke and my wait time was maybe 15 minutes she is a great doctor and listens to your concerns and takes her time answering questions. I have referred 4 friends to her and they feel the same. Bonus points they have a lab and the technician that took my blood was very good and hit my vein on the first try painlessly.

I came here from Ben Taub at around 8 weeks pregnant after a terrible experience. UT Physicians has done such an amazing job at making me feel taken care of. I’m high risk and they have been staying on top of everything. Dr. Andrade is the best. She has listened to all of my concerns and has been very empathetic throughout this pregnancy. All of the doctors she has referred me to are excellent and just as caring as she is. I would definitely recommend to expecting mothers.

I’ve always received good service at UT Physicians but the Heights location provided exceptional care for my two kids! I left from their office feeling cared for and listened to. Love this location!

My initial visit with Dr Chenge - UT Heights was a pleasant and thorough experience! She listened and was very involved with my physical examination- I felt comfortable and confident with my choice for my future health care with UT and she.

I truly love UT Physicians Multispecialty Clinic on N. Shepherd They have, in my opinion, the kindest, most patient staff I have experienced... My doctor is great... she listens and advices with a smile on her face, and is patient. And the Social Worker is Fantastic 😊

This was my first time meeting up with this doctor and she left me with an amazing first time impression. She is trust friendly, her heart is genuine, full of compassion and she smiles beautifully just as she beautifully cares for her patients. My favorite part was she was in Noooo rush and took the time out to listen to me and ask me questions regarding my health. Too many doctors just rush out treating their patients like a next pay check. Thank you so much doctor for a wonderful experience on my first visit with you. The Medical field needs more like you. I would definitely recommend her to anyone!

I have been a consumer of healthcare services at UT Physicians for about five years. I believe that my life will be extended because of the care and treatment provided. The doctors and staff are the best in their field of expertise. Dr. Reem Aldalal called me in between visits to check on the effects of a medication change. When she moved her practice to the Heights, I was willing to make the thirty minute drive to continue under her care. I don’t know how anyone could be a better doctor.

My 14 y/o saw Tonya Barnett today for a routine well exam. She was absolutely amazing and the most thorough doctor she has ever seen. Highly, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! After the visit my daughter asked me if she can be her doctor forever. I cannot express the professionalism and kindness she extended to us. Sometimes going to the doctor can be scary but she made her feel so welcomed. Very grateful. If you need a pediatrician, Dr. Barnett is the one to go to🩵 Also, we have been going to this location for more than 5 years. On time, and very clean!!!!

Dr. Andrade is great… Easy to connect with and well informed about the most current medical techniques and treatment options. They have lab-draw on site which is very convenient. Super friendly staff! Dr. Suarez is my PCP here and is always easy to reach through the UTH portal. Love that this is a convenient spot in the heights with plenty of parking.

Dr. Ejiogo was amazing! Everything was easy form start to finish. She answered my questions, put strategies in place for me and was very kind. Definitely will be staying with her.

UT Physicians has never failed me in service. Their team of doctors work together so well in addressing our childrens needs. Although Dr. Kenya Parks left and went to New York! The great service has not ceased. I love how they work together as a team and their in network of referral partners makes for follow ups and speciality visits much easier to accomplish. There is a reason we drive 45 mins and pass several other locations to this one. They never make me feel stupid or unheard when I have a concern. They help us squash our parenting conflicts no matter how silly the discussion is about milk. The whole staff comes together to make the experience as flawless as humanly possible. Thank you UT!

Dr Wadewitz and Dr Andrade are the best!! They really listen to my concerns and are really professional! Also nurse Sonja is the sweetest! Definitely a 10/10 experience when I see them. ❤️

Dr. D. was amazing! We are first time parents, and having moved (back) to Houston from abroad, it was our first time seeing a pediatrician. She was so reassuring and knowledgeable. We felt comfortable and taken care of.
