I could not imagine a better outcome than buying a ring through Zazzy Box for an engagement ring. Asit + Zazzy Box were so wonderful. He helped us customize the engagement ring (which even has engraving within the band with my fiance's handwriting!). He walked us through each part of the process - designing the ring, selecting the band size & diamond virtually & in person. He advised us on design choices and made sure he stayed within our budget. My fiancé had my engagement ring and our wedding bands made with Asit from Zazzy Box. Customer service was excellent and the turnaround time for our rings was much faster than I had anticipated. I am a registered nurse so my fiancé had Asit make the ring with a flatter profile so there was less chance of glove ripping. I’ve been wearing it for almost 11 months and I haven’t ripped any gloves. I absolutely love my engagement ring and wedding band set and could not have asked for more. My fiancé has never worn rings, so Asit helped him find one that was comfortable and customized it for him. We will definitely be returning here for all our jewelry wants and needs. (The wedding band box in the lower picture is from Etsy. Zazzy Box has really nice black boxes with velvet and a light to make the diamonds really pop 🤩)

Just bought a wedding ring from Zazzy Box. Me and my now wife received detailed help in selection of the right piece for us. We were fully educated on all design choices we could make. The staff promptly asked us about our main priorities (budget and design). They were super easy to talk to and communicate. The response time to every small question/request was super fast and again **detailed**. Zazzy Box went out of their way to price out multiple multiple ring designs and gave us detailed advise on what may or may not work out and why, what are the current trends and how we could still remain within budget and take the best decision possible. We really thought that this kind of service was the biggest differentiator wrt others. Right from ring sizing, ring shipping to getting relevant documents of authenticity ,every process was like a easy conversation.
