Liz at the front desk was kind and efficient. Valinda the medical assistant was thorough and easy going. Tasha the physician’s assistant was compassionate and answered our questions. She did was she could to assist us then told us who to follow up with. Great experience!

The front desk, medical assistant, and provider were all very professional, kind, and patient with me. I am so glad I came. I hesitated to go in anywhere after being sick for 4+ days but something told me to go in. The front desk was very efficient and nice to me and got me back roomed very quickly. The ma, Marisol, was calm, gentle, and friendly which I needed because I was so stressed and exhausted. The provider Ali was just incredible and so patient with all my questions, gave me clear treatment options for my Covid positive result, and seemed to truly care and made me feel so much better. I felt very taken care of and in good hands with very smart and good hearted people in a very clean, efficient facility. If I ever need urgent care again I will come here.

I had a very favorable experience at the Urgent Care Near Me facility on Richmond Ave. The medical professional in charge was thorough, kind, knowledgeable and caring. He gave me oral medication and I did NOT have any additional stomach problems. I visited there a few weeks ago and I JUST found my feedback form. My apologies... Dr. Melba Harris

This facility is sooooo nice and clean! The receptionist was very kind and as courteous in person as she was on the phone when I called. The was no appointment needed, and I only waited a few minutes after filling out the paperwork. I was really impressed and highly recommend this facility!

Receptionist was very quick with the paper work I called and she let me know everything I needed before I came in and it was barley people their so the process was quick they were very nice and professional also the location is in a great spot and the sport’s physical was cheap

This is the best urgent care that I have ever been to. Ali is amazing. He has a compassionate bedside manner and provides thoughtful, excellent care to his patients. The facility is always spotlessly clean and the service is prompt and efficient.

The Front Desk Staff was welcoming & pleasant with a smile upon arrival. There was a short wait time before we were placed in a room. The triage nurse & attending Nurse were thorough & friendly as well. The Facility is very clean & modern.

From start to finish, the staff was friendly (i remember their name was Ali and Marisol), knowledgeable, and professional. The facility was clean and well-maintained, and I felt comfortable and safe throughout my visit. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and I was seen by a doctor within minutes of arriving. The doctor listened carefully to my concerns, asked thoughtful questions, and explained my diagnosis and treatment options clearly and patiently. I felt like I was in good hands the whole time. The staff was also great at following up with me after my visit to make sure I was feeling better and to answer any additional questions I had. I really appreciated their personalized care and attention. Overall, I would highly recommend this urgent care facility to anyone in need of medical attention. On Point Urgent Care is great! I have received care here a few times and it is always my go to. The staff and Ali are friendly and informative. I recently tried their telemedicine service and it was very convenient. Ali was able to quickly assess and find a solution. Definitely recommend!

I have received outstanding, very prompt care and wonderful service two times now. Everyone that I encountered on both occasions, from the very courteous receptionists to Dr. Ali, P.A. Tasha, and Nurses Latavia amd Belinda were thorough, caring, organized, and helpful. I also received clear discharge instructions. While each day and patient case is different, I was in and out in 25 minutes BOTH TIMESand felt like everyone took their time to do a thorough exam, treat my ailments, and patiently answer all my questions. They are great snd so convenient!!

This was the second time I’ve came to this urgent care facility. The facility alone is clean and the employees nice, however… I came in bc I’ve had a cough going on for 5 days (have taken everything OTC possible LITERALLY). Anyways, physician comes in and he asks what’s going on, I explain it to him and with out him testing me for any inflammation, Covid, ANYTHING. He said he wouldn’t be able to treat my cough I would just have to let it run its course and that if it was Covid, Covid cough could last up to 20 days I paid 190$ for this man to tell me this and DO NOTHING. So now I’ll wait for my appt at a REAL CLINIC w an EXPERIENCED PHYSICIAN.., bc I’m 100% sure I have an infection or something that will simply not just go away on its own.

I went in here tonight because I was coughing and have a sore throat and the Hispanic lady at the desk (no name tag) was coughing super badly. She had on no mask when I walked in but eventually put one on. She was coughing worse than me! I’m sick and I have asthma. It’s unacceptable to have a sick person at an urgent care checking people in. I asked for my ID, sanitized it and left. I hope I’m not sicker than when I walked in. I’m very upset that is super irresponsible and nasty.
