I made an appointment online, Matt replied within minutes and followed up via text. They rolled out the red carpet for me as well as everyone who was there and really made an experience, I was finding a bit stressful with other vendors, a real joy! I told Matt my budget along with my wish list and he quickly brought out some options which made buying decision easy! They have made a lifetime customer!!

She is the nicest jewelry sales person I have come across over our whole shopping experience, very pleasant to work with. I think she was as excited as I was when my ring came in. I've visited many jewelry stores for the past 30 years and my experience at Diamonds Direct was one of the best. Everyone is always so professional, friendly and accommodating. Although I worked directly with Isabel, who is amazing, everyone works together as a team to help take the experience to another level. The purpose for my visit was to replace a lost wedding ring and I usually take a while to make a decision on major purchases. Not only did Isabel help me select a stunning center stone, but a designer visiting from New York collaborated with me to pull together a beautiful setting with a couple of elegant wedding bands.
