I’ve been coming to this location since 2020 and I can tell you this place has gone downhill BIG TIME. It was great at first, but it’s just bad now. The FNP(Family Nurse Practitioner) I’ve seen twice is Aaron Ewere. He is the least caring and least helpful “Doctor” I have ever encountered. I tried to explain things to him and he didn’t seem to care about my concerns, cuts me off while I’m speaking, and rushed me out of the clinic/appointment. He can’t seem to send my prescriptions to my pharmacist in a timely manner either. I have had to call multiple times to remind them I need my prescriptions sent to the pharmacy. Only people I have had great encounters with are a female Doctor that I don’t think is there anymore and the guy that draws blood samples. Other than that, it’s been a horrible experience this year at this place. If you care about your health and to feel heard when it comes to your health concerns, this is not the place to go to.

I have been a patient with this clinic since 2021 and my experience has overall been great. They are accessible and provide good service and treatment. Dr. Joy and Jorge are wonderful and caring for their patients. Kiara, the case manager has assisted me greatly during times I was having a lot of changes in my insurance, and has been quick to assist me if I had any questions. I'm appreciative of what this clinic has provided for me and would recommend to others.

I have been coming here for over 4 years and I love it, the staff is so friendly and welcoming. An my doctor Ms. Joy is absolutely the best, I even made a appointment for my daughter to come see her for a check up. I 100% would recommend you to come here for your doctor visits

I went to this location after speaking to someone over the phone because I wanted a full panel. The person on the phone said they stop them at 5:30pm. So I went after work only to be told that the person who does them is leaving at 5. So I opted for the standard std/STI test. Only to be told they don’t have any rapid hiv tests and I have to come back the following day. Do they think people just have time to waste because they aren’t sufficiently supplied.

My experience was great. They made my bf wait 3-4 hours which was horrible because he had an appointment scheduled at one. And they made him wait 20min just to tell him to go to a different location all just to start prep. All he had to do was get his vitals takened and they made him wait 3 hours for that bissonet and w belfort location

Yesterday was my first time every going to this clinic I was referred from another clinic because it was already at capacity. I will say whoever I dealt with yesterday was amazing so I booked another appointment today at 11am when I called at 11:10 they lied and said my appointment was at 11:30 so I waited until 11:45 to call again and ask while I was explaining my issue I could tell the staff was annoyed and someone else from the staff called me at 11:50 for my appointment and finally talked to the right person for the appointment.

They never answer and my wife is having complications and they won't even transfer her paperwork to another doctor that'll actually treat her!

Via phone called, they say if you have symptoms…they treat same day. However in person when this was mentioned… NO treatment- saying wait 2 weeks. Surely should have went elsewhere.

Very high price, for New patient appt they state it was $247 with no testing or blood work included just an office visit. That's very pricey do not suggest this clinic

My first time going to this Clinic and I must say I was impressed. The Staff there was professional, attentive, and very helpful. These People really care about People. My experience there was awesome. I was referred to them from a friend but I will be definitely making this place my go-to for my Health Care needs. Thank you Staff & Dr. Joy Ebomwomyi

This is the worst clinic I have ever been to in all my 44 yrs I had an appointment they scheduled me to go to another ofc for a procedure back in Oct 2022 never got those results been calling they never answer .So today I finally get someone to answer tried to schedule appointment the lady said I could come in today for a walkin which starts at 1pm I drive 45min to get there 2pm just to be told they already seen their last walkin .. the receptionist was asking me what symptoms i was having in front of a male security guard who was recording on his phone now i am in the medical field as well and understand HIPPA obviously the receptionist didnt then in order to get results from the last I would have to schedule an appt and it wont be w the dr smh

Ever since I been coming to Bee Busy;They haven’t disappointed me at all,specially Mrs.Lakessiah She’s always in a great mood and always try’s to find a way to help me out if I have a question. I love her attitude and the way she care for patients. Thank you for every Bee Busy Wellness Center.
