I wish I could give 0. The service was terrible and was given raw meat on our pizza. We got the Don and the meatballs definitely had the texture of raw ground beef and look of it. The manager said ‘our cook been here for a while, sorry it isn’t to your liking’ offered another pizza or dessert. Sorry I won’t chance raw meat again.

The food was okay. The 4 cheese pizza was very good and most of our table really liked the meat lovers (the don). My husband was given a hot sweet tea with no ice. Now for the service or lack there of. Jerrick was our server. He didn't even come around to our table but stood by the divider. He told us Pizza Hut was better (this was our first time here). He threw our straws at us. He tried to take a $30 tip instead of giving us change and we had to ask 3 times for our change, in a 30 minute time frame. Then he had the audacity to tell us what we should tip him. Needless to say we will NEVER be back. The Pizza is not worth the horrible service.

I was really looking forward to eating here. We went as a family for Father's day. We did a late lunch early dinner. The food was great no issues there. The big issue we had was when we arrived. The sign says wait to be seated, but there was no hostess in site. We waited for 20 minutes along with another couple who arrived before us. There were plenty of empty tables but nobody was up front to seat us. Waiters walked by, busboys walked by, and several employees who seemed to be getting off walked right by, said not a word and left us to wait. Finally a busboy caught eyes with the couple who arrived before us and asked if they could grab a seat. The kid replied, "oh I am sorry, let me see who is supposed to be up here" and walked away. When he could not find anyone he grabbed menus and sat them. He came back up to the front and asked if we had been helped. I replied no can we just go grab a table? He said follow me, sat us at a table and walked away without saying another word... After that we watched the same thing happen to multiple people who walked into the restaurant after us. I'm not sure they had the hostess situation figured out by the time we left. I find it strange that a manager didn't take control of the situation. Once we were seated our waiter was great, the food was fantastic, and over all we had a decent experience. I would recommend going for the food, but maybe just sit at the bar and avoid being caught in the same situation we had. Again, it's not as if they were packed, they were relatively empty.

1st time trying this place out. Service was good. Pizza was delicious we did order a margarita pizza with pesto sauce and a pepperoni one. The cesar salad was delicious as well.

That first bite was like a bite from heaven. Even though the pizza took over an hour to get here it was worth the wait. Every bite hit the spot. I didn’t think putting meatballs on a pizza was a thing but they made it a thing. I definitely recommend if you’re craving pizza and you want that bite that makes you remember why you love pizza!

The art in this place was intriguing! The pizza was to die for and I definitely would eat my weight in bruschetta here. 10/10

My husband and I have been coming to Grimaldis for over 12 years now. We have been to all locations in San Antonio, some in Houston, some in Dallas and the Corpus location. The Baybrook location has been the best location by far. Thank you to Pablo and his staff! The restaurant was spotless, provided amazing customer service and fresh food! I think we found our permanent location!

Think twice before you order from here on UberEats. I waited about 2 hours for any kind of update for my food and finally decided to call the store to check what was going on, and was advised that my food was ready and was just picked up, when my food arrived it was cold & the crust was hard to eat and there wasn’t any pizza sauce or toppings that I had paid extra for. But on the plus side the coconut cheesecake was good.

Definitely left with mixed feelings about this place. I loved the atmosphere and the food was mediocre with nothing to write home about. Our server Michael seemed overwhelmed handling as many tables as he had. I believe he could provide better service to future customers with less tables to tend to. We ordered 3 desserts, the 2 cheesecakes came out together while we had to repeatedly ask for the Tiramisu. I ended up asking for it to go as half our party had already left us as we continued to wait. Michael brings the Tiramisu on a plate and hands me a to-go container. A little subpar service to say the least. I never anticipated my dessert arriving 20 minutes after the others. I think I'll skip round 2 and continue going to Russo's instead.

We have been to the one in Brooklyn. Love the pizza. Came to see if it was like what we had in NYC. Taste the same. It’s a must for all pizza lovers. Loved looking at all the NYC pictures.

This review is not pointed at our server. He did a good job. My issue is why do you guys close down the pizza ovens during your peak hours for cleaning? This is a horrible business decision. I e been here 3 times of which 2 times I left and went elsewhere. I heard another customer walking out asking the same question today. You were also out of red Sangria. That's a very common drink. Come on guys make better decisions. You can't close down your money maker right at peak hours.
