They only filled the 2 large fries box halfway. Tell me why these fools gave me 5 cookies in a nugget box instead of the nuggets I ordered?

The McDonald's brand just does not offer quality service, like some of the other, newer fast food chains; they are so big that they just don't need/want to care I suppose. This particular McDonald's might be a privately-owned based franchise as opposed to a corporately-owned store. This store gives her employees instructions to not fully open the fries boxes, therefore giving you less french fries. I will much rather drive to another McDonald's before coming to this one again, even though this one is a little more convenient.

Arrived after a late night workout and wanted coffee at 5am and they would not serve me in the drive through so I went to another convience store even though there were 4 other cars.

worst service ever. Mayra was very rude to us didn't wanna give me her name when I ask it for it. I told her to get me a Mgr and wouldn't. she just walked away and hid her name tag. I will contact the regional mgr.

Wanted a warm drink since it was a cool day. Had to sit in for a while and have my drink. Premium hot coffee. (April 5)

Terrible especially at night they seem high or something they never get your order right and seems like the employees have an attitude. The employees act like they don’t have any common sense and stand around like zombies, they take 30 minutes to take ONE order and aren’t able to multitask. The then accumulate a long line around the restaurant causing customers to drive off or walk out

Horrible service, ordered mobile app and had to wait 15 min for 2 iced coffees. Then she says oh the lady is "desesperada". Do better at this location .

McDonald you just can't win here anymore. Why do they hire so many Spanish people who don't understand ENGLISHthis is freaking America. Not to mention 7.50 just for a sandwich and a small coffee. My McDonald's have finally came to an end. I grew up as a kid lovin it. Now I'm DONE SO SAD AMERICA SAD

Everyone who is complaining about this location needs to start using the app…They have never once messed up an order I placed in the app and I have over 5600 rewards points to use. Dozens of orders and the food is always consistent; I have never experienced any attitude problems from any employees, either. My suggestion if you are experiencing attitude issues from staff: adjust your attitude and you may find a world of difference from them. However, there are homeless people regularly sitting and standing in front of this storefront and this is my only complaint. I just witnessed someone give one of them money (they did not even need to ask) so this issue is also propagated by customers, as well.

Management needs to fix the speaker box at this location. They can’t hear people’s orders clearly. It makes ordering very difficult and results in orders being messed up. Had to drive back around to fix a mistake.

Rosalee is the absolute worst drive thru employee I’ve ever encountered at McDonald’s. She acted as though she didn’t care about her job and had a bad attitude, didn’t listen to the details of my short order and smacked her teeth and did her best to rush me in the drive although I was the only one in line. She even rolled her eyes and smacked her dingy teeth when I pulled up to the window talking to the manager Jorge who had no idea of what to do about her giving poor service and instead of holding her accountable for the disrespect he stood there like dummy in shock that I went off about her disrespectful behavior. They will never get another red cent of my money or that if my family and friends.

My go-to place when I'm craving fast food. A lot of times the drive thru workers have not understood my order through the speaker, and I have to order from the window. At the window, the employees have always been very genial. I usually order a Quarter Pounder with Cheese or a Spicy Chicken Sandwich, fries, and either a blue raspberry freeze or a chocolate milkshake. Everything is always tasty which is why I'm a repeat customer. However, be cautious when coming here at night. The area can sometimes be very dangerous.
