This place is so clean on in the inside and the staff is so nice! Most importantly… the ice cream taste amazing!

My food is fresh everytime. I just don’t like the 50 cent up charge if you use card.

I was served old food.. when I call to let someone know the lady on the phone was extremely rude!! Poor customer service!! She was insinuating that I was trying to get free food. I was on my lunch break and was not able to go back.

Sometimes, employees are a little slow and don't seem to know things well. But they are always friendly and attentive.

Food was terrible. Soggy hamburger cold frys not what I wanted if I wanted leftovers I would have went home and eat for free without a line.

I'm always seeing the new sour cherry slush advertise on tv. The one day I decided to go up there today and the people told me the slushy machine was not working. Sounded oddly familiar. Macdonalds does the same thing with there ice cream machine. Why advertise if your employees tell the customers the machine does not "work"

The man at the drive thru taking my order was polite and did not rush me and the young lady who provided me with my order actually made me smile and laugh :-) probably the only pleasant experience I've had here in Houston, TX since moving here last January! But not enough to make me want to stay! So GLAD to be going HOME! BUT THANK YOU DAIRY QUEEN YOU'RE GREAT!
