I went in for a medical recertification for DOT. I was in and out, the nurse assisting me didn’t weigh me, she was unsure of my blood pressure she had to do both arms to get a reading, she said I have high blood pressure and I had just done my yearly physical with my pcp and my blood pressure was normal. When the medical examiner came in to check me I asked him to retake my blood pressure again and he said I already have it. Talk about wanting to get someone in and out for service and now I have to go back to recertification in 3 months. Wow

This was the worst experience I ever had doing a drug test first they going to say my pee was cold I don’t smoke drink I’m sober as hell and been that way for 5 years now then they told me I had to pee again then when I went I had to go with a gay dude was watching my private area if you going to send somebody to watch somebody pee don’t send a gay dude that’s all I’m saying 🤦🏾🤦🏾🤦🏾🤦🏾🤦🏾🤦🏾🤦🏾🤦🏾🤦🏾🤦🏾🤦🏾🤦🏾🤦🏾🤦🏾🤦🏾🤦🏾

I arrived shortly after they opened and did not have to wait too long at all. The pre-employee drug screening process was easy and the staff was very nice and professional.

This place love giving people 3 months D.O.T cards or sleep apnea and it’s sad most companies use nova with in hwy 6 to downtown

Had to get DOT tested at this location. The staff were friendly and the whole process went by smooth. Didn't have any trouble or problems.

Very clean and comfy. I walked in and told reception what i needed, she sent link to phone and before i could finish paperwork, they was calling me back to get started. Very fast and clean.

The people at the front desk are friendly & wasn’t there for too long. No appointment needed they have walk-ins. I was there for a drug test for a job.
