They ran out of napkins, and the lady brought us paper towels from the bathroom. There was no one except workers, when we got there. A few people came in after when they realized they were open. We didn't even know they were open, because there we don't ever see any cars. The food came out in reasonable time. Our tea was super watered down, but was sweet.

Ordered to go, and ordered a replacement order which was from the other day (they messed it up). My sandwich arrived with a bun that felt like cement as did my boyfriend’s. His sandwich (the remake) was not right. It had wilted black lettuce on it, and jalapeños. I never believed what people had to say about the Kingwood IHOP, but I definitely won’t be returning. How disappointing!

Very helpful wait staff. Good food. Plenty of room and even allowed us to add to the table after ordering because of some friends showing up we weren't expecting.

I would give negative if I could. IHOP breakfast has been a tradition for my family and I for many years - after this last sit in, i am not sure I will see the restaurant the same. From the moment we walked through the door, didn’t smell like a restaurant, it was not hygienic and to top it all the food tasted different. Probably wasn’t completely the restaurant cause but still - eating with air that stinks is not a good combination. While I believe the staff did the best they could, it wasn’t good or up to par with what iHOP has always been. Kids meal was nothing like was ordered, I recall my son stating I asked for a smiley face pancake and got this - never again. To top it up, not sure if it was facial or whatever else - but my plate came out with hair stuck to something I have no idea what and I just about lost my appetite.

Keaton was super awesome and attentive with us! We really appreciated him, the manager and the cook for being so fast and efficient with our orders, we had left the Porter location due to them having one cook.. but this location had one cook only but they hustled man… We will be coming into this location for now on!! Thank you guys for tonight ❤️

I've never had such a bad experience in IHOP before until today . First of all , as we enter the restaurant, the hostess and waitress were in the middle of an argument although they noticed we were there standing, still they didn't stop the argument. Once we got seated and we placed our order , the waitress comes back to let us know that they had run out of fruit and there was no fruit for my order 🤔. Yet the family that was behind us ordered the same thing I ordered and it seems they only had fruits for them but not me . Very disappointed

Awful all the way around. All the servers are high and don't even know what they are doing half the time we had 2 different ones tonight. They switched halfway through our service. It took forever to get our food first off. When we finally did receive it none of it was cooked right and it was all cold like it had just been sitting in the kitchen. The hash browns tasted Awful. My eggs had a hair in them they said they were going to recook the plate and just cooked new eggs and brought me cold everything else. I just sent everything back disgusted. The manager heard us talking about how bad it was and didn't even offer an apology. Or try to make it right. Will never return to this location this is the second time we have tried it and never again. 0 out of 10 do not go.

I came in around 5 pm. Got sat down quickly. The waitress with the curly hair, very sweet girl. Very communicative and funny. Good service, good food. No complaints at all

Went for my daughters 4th birthday around 1:30 for lunch and it wasn't busy, no wait time, food was great, and Skye gave our daughter a free ice cream and $4 for her birthday! She was so sweet and I know my daughter will forever remember! Thank you Skye for being the best to us!

I ordered pancakes and sausage. There was the biggest black curly hair cooked into my pancakes you could see it when the waitress sat the plate down. My husband’s eggs had a hair also. So disgusting. Management needs to go over hygiene and proper hair nets. I will not eat here again. Actually didn’t eat anything on this visit. Gross was still charged for coffee and sausages. Do not go here.

It was the first time my girlfriend went to IHOP and I asked her to go there and that she was going to like it but to my surprise it was a horrible experience with the person who welcomed us, we greeted her because we are polite but she didn't respond or say anything , we spoke to another person, she ignored us, we looked for another person and asked her to sit at another table so that another person could serve us but the same person arrived, the table was dirty and she told us the table is dirty but she did nothing to clean it, she was upset and with an unfriendly attitude we decided to leave without first telling the manager to tell his employees to treat their clients well, that they are going to pay for everything and that we don't ask for anything for free. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place and my rating is - 0
