Greetings was blah. Immediately after taking my order, I was told to pull up and wait for my food. Well by the time I got my food, there were 3 other cars behind me waiting. Mind you, it was not busy in drive-thru or lobby. Then gave me FIRE sauce. No thanks. Mild please. For those in the service industry, " Do better!"

Went to location 1484 Lockwood Dr and I really hate going there the service is very unprofessional went there on 8/10 2023 and ordered the one chulupa and the deluxe five dollar box wanted all soft burritos and I ordered the three chicken meal nothing was as I ordered the manager was not trying to look at the order so I just asked for a refund and left will be going to the store in the morning to talk with the supervisor

If I could give this place 0 stars I would with NO hesitation. When you go there your self, you have to pull to the front of the store even when they have no customers because they are extremely slow. I have ordered on doordash and everytime I have heard that they either didn't acknowledge the dasher after they make them selves known or told the dasher they were at the wrong place when they clearly weren't. This time I went through 3 dashers because they made the first 2 wait so long that they just left and passed the order to another dasher. The 3rd dasher got there and had waited for 10 minutes already (the app said the Dasher was still at Taco Bell waiting on the order) so I called to see what was the hold up. The manager LIED and said it was already picked up. So I ended up cancelling the order because it has already been a little over an hour since I ordered. Why this Taco Bell location still open is beyond a mystery to me.

This was that bad but I specifically asked for extra mild sauce and said that I would pay and didn't receive any, he forgot my drinks after he ask me to pull around and forgot to charge me for an item so I had to wait a little longer and my sweet tea was still hot but the food tastes good so far. Please work on your team about listening to the details on orders. He had a good attitude though. Thanks

The employees are so rude. Pluse, they always HAVE a rush. While there are no cars in the lobby or drive-through at all. Make u wait more than 30 min. BAD TACOBELL . The food tastes terrible in this location, too. Pluse, I don't think they even properly clean the items.

Very clean. Hot food. Correct order. Staff on point, polite. Manager very sweet. She asked me about picture taking if there was a problem she could correct. There was no problem only praise!!! Thank you guys!!! Found me a new Taco Bell.

This is a Kentucky Fried Chicken and Taco Bell together but as you can see I had Taco Bell I must get a 5 Stars first time I ever went to a Taco Bell in my order was exactly the way I wanted to get everything I paid for everything I paid for including my extra topping was right on point will be back again

Place had no wait and no customers, and order took over 20 minutes to get. How can you even say this is fast food. Need workers that want to work. Too many employees just there with nothing to do, it shouldn't be a wait at all.

This restaurant located on Lockwood @ Cavalcade is a Taco Bell/KFC combination. Its clean with a nice contemporary dining room. The bars on all the windows and doors doesn't say much for the neighborhood. The cashier who took my order was friendly. My food was served promptly. I think most of their business is drive thru. I was the only customer in the dining room on a Thursday evening.
