So I decided to order a pizza from Dominos Pizza in Willowbrook area . 40 minutes after my pizza was quality checked out the oven it arrived. I watched the pizza guy carry the pizza carrier under his arm like it was a school book or something and I assumed he didn’t have my pizza. He asked me did you order a pizza, and I said yes he then went in his bag and got the 2liter drink out that was inaccurate to my order (2-20oz drinks) and gave it to me, then he went in the bag and grab the pizza and gave it to me in a vertical position. I went inside, opened the box and my pizza was crammed to one side of the box. I couldn’t believe that he carried the pizza in a vertical position instead of a horizontal position. I called Dominos to see if I could get a new pizza and no one answered the phone . I put it in the oven and heated it back up.

Website said 47-57 minute estimated delivery. It took over an hour to even START the pizza. Pizza arrived about 90-100 minutes after order was placed. Driver ignored the instructions for contactless delivery. The pizza is alright. Nothing special. Not worth the $50 for two pizzas and cheesy bread with this level of service.

This is my first and last time coming to this location. I order curbside and they don’t come out for 5 minutes. Then I go in to find out They gave someone else my food and prepped the wrong pizza for me. Like I literally paid for extra toppings only to get less. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location.

I pre-ordered pizza at 10am Thursday for delivery at 11:15am Friday for our company lunch. I called Friday morning at 10:15am to verify they received the order and they confirmed. At 11:20 they called me saying that the pizza is coming out the oven and would be delivered in 20 minutes. At 12pm I called and was told again that they still had pizza coming out the oven and it would be and additional 20 minutes before it was delivered. At 12:30 my boss called and was first hung up on then they wouldn't answer the phone. When they finally answered he was told the driver just left. So long story short pizza should have arrived at 11:15am and didn't arrive until 12:50pm. PLUS we didn't receive 2 of the pizzas we ordered and the buffalo chicken pizzas we ordered didn't have buffalo sauce on them. We will never give them our business again.

Terrible location. If it wasn't for my hunger, it would be almost comical how bad this place is. Took 2 hours to receive the wrong order. They do not answer the phone if you're trying to find out what is going on with your order, it just gives you the auto-answer then rings forever (I gave it 20 min before hanging up). Do yourself a favor and find another company or at the very least, a different location to order from. This place is absurdly incompetent.

Placed my order at 6:39 my order wasn’t baking until 7:35 and was ready 20 minutes later and pizza was poor quality and no discount or refund was offered for taking so long.

I can't say enough good things about Domino's Pizza! I recently ordered their thin crust pizza, and it was amazing—so crispy and delicious. The food quality has always been consistently great. What really stands out is their excellent service. I appreciate their efficiency, and the staff is always friendly. In fact, I was so impressed that I gave them a 25% tip because they truly deserve it. I'm a regular customer, and I always prefer to order and pick up from Domino's. Highly recommended!" 🍕👍

Best Domino's between 45 and 249. Came out with my order before I even finished checking in for curbside delivery, brought out PLATES for my order of wings and pizza with NAPKINS. I had honestly come to expect so little of area Domino's but this one blew those expectations. An older gentleman whose name I didn't get came with the food and a smile, super unheard of these days, had to call my partner right after because I was so surprised. Never going to Champions Forest again, unless I want a free pizza!
