Had to tell you all about this little hidden gem just west of the Heights. Look at all the cool stuff in here. Might be the ultimate place for birthday shopping for her. T-shirt to sleep in, some fun jewelry, and a bottle of wine. Evidently, the food menu is available all day. So yeah, breakfast tacos at 8 PM and they are legit.

This whole place is good vibes. Whether it’s cool events or great food or an extensive beer list and game library, your experience at Star Sailor will be memorable and the love shines through. Oh and they are righteous too, so your dollars are supporting efforts with charities. Highly recommended.

The hamburger. An American icon. I didn't expect to walk into Star Sailor and find the apex of burger reality. And yet here I sit, writing this review, to tell you that if you want some incredible food with a great atmosphere, you should check out Star sailor. My husband and some friends and I stopped in right before closing time on a Sunday and were greeted with such warmth from the owner, Marin. Great beer selection and impeccable vibes from Star Sailor. We’ll be back for sure!

They serve coffee and beer in a cozy atmosphere. For those that are interested they co-host crafts nights. This is perfect for those who are want to get into art for free and meet new friends

Super cozy and homey atmosphere. The service was amazing starting from the bartender greeting us when we walked in to offering us free homemade dessert before leaving. If you’re a craft beer drinker their beer selection is amazing. Just an overall welcoming environment and friendly staff and will 100% be going back often. (There is also a special food and drink menu for Astros game days).

You know the dang name of this place had me question like what is a "Star Sailor"? When i walked in i quickly found out, the atmosphere is all like if a unicorn mermaid took a rocket and blasted it into space and opened some kinda space diner for crazy space outlaws to come have a beer and a burger. The smash burger is a pretty damn good one...better than Trill burgers and no wait and if there is a wait you can enjoy one of the many different beers. They get all the good stuff from the local breweries. Speaking of local breweries I found out about this place as they do pop ups at Equal Parts Brewing(shout out to Equal Parts best brewery in Houston) selling that delicious burger which made me think Well shoot if they can make that magic happen on a mobile flat top what can they do with their full kitchen?? Anyway if you are in the heights area want some beer, wine, seltzer and some good food with some good people sail on by(you see what i did there) this hidden gem and check out their merch section with other local businesses products.
