I haven't been here in a while. They appear to have new ownership. I arrived on a Saturday around 3pm. They were really slow. I saw some new equipment and employees. All employees seem to be teenagers including manager as I could not differentiate. I received no welcome as I entered (nor a thank you as I left ). Employees talked among themselves and sat on top of equipment while on their phone. As I made a move directly in front of a register, an employee stepped up behind the register and greeted me with "how can I help you". I ordered, payed, was handed a receipt and cups. I fixed my drinks and sat down. I took note to how empty the store was and noticed our table area was dirty. After about 5 to 7 minutes a girl with pink hair called out our order items, set a tray on the counter and walked off. After retrieving my order everything was correct. However most everything was cold except the gravy for a chicken basket. The food was about or just below average. It was not gross or horrible, but certainly not memorable. I doubt I return. The store is way off the road and out of the way. While we ate, employees could be heard cursing and playing their own music and throwing things at each other, all while sitting on equipment. We also were treated to some type of criminal customers as they wore ankle monitors. By far not my favorite place or experience. This is just based on a one time visit. Maybe things would be better during a peak period. Or maybe worse.

I’ll NEVER go to this location again. I should’ve left before I ordered, but I gave it the benefit of the doubt. I didn’t get what I ordered, when I took my burger back to the counter, the cook was on her phone the whole time. She had it against her ear and her shoulder… how do you prepare food and you’re on the phone? I’m surprised I didn’t get sick. Just NASTY and very unsanitary.

I live very close and stopped eatting here a few years ago after some bad steak fingers under the new owners. But Saturday I was recovering from being sick all week and wanted a hamburger. Big mistake. Only one other customer inside but all the tables were dirty. There are cups taped to cardboard to show sizes at the counter-it must be super old as its so dirty and super dusty. Just gross because if u can't clean that what arent u cleaning in the kitchen. The guy at the counter forgot what condiments came on the burger (really?). My cheese was cold never melted. Bread was room temp. I rate the burger a 2 on a 10 scale. I also order a shake and ended up with a very soupy (not thick) drink. We also got a hot fudge Sunday that had so little hot fudge it was sad. So needless to say I will not be returning ever again. I also think it's shady that an itemized receipt is not given. This is something the new owners started and I honestly don't trust that. Along with the blacked out window at the drive thru. Hire some decent workers. These slackers that were there were too busy on their phones than doing their jobs.

Very disappointed, we ordered the 6pc steak finger basket. Never again. The oil must've been old because you can smell it and worst off taste it. Steak fingers were hard and dry, gravy didn't taste like anything, onion rings were very hard and stuck together, fries were to hard. Way over priced, we will not be coming back to this place.

This is the worst DQ I have been too and I love DQ normally. I always have problems here but the lady couldn’t take my gift card that has money in it. She’s probably lazy but said it didn’t work. I drive all the way to another location and it worked fine. Also this location is in a sketchy area. Also prices higher too. Tacos were two dollars more than a store 14 min away. Won’t be back to this one.

I don't see a place to contact the manager, but I wanted to say that the young man running the place tonight, December 7, is exceptional. They were short-staffed, and he was polite, professional, and working as efficiently as he could. He had Chick-fil-A level professionalism, and this is unusual these days.

They were so very kind to me and the triple burger was enormous, robust, delicious with crunchy, crispy fries. They opened the establishment 13 minutes early so that I could eat. I had stopped in my commercial truck for my required DOT lunch break and would have otherwise had to sit it out with no food. That was so kind of them. It is a little off the road. It took a moment to prepare the food, but it was hot, fresh and delicious. Quality takes time. Thanks for being so nice to me. 💯👍💝☮️🙏🌈

My granddaughter and I felt like good old Burgers and Fries. We were not disappointed they were really good and tasted fresh. My youngest granddaughter ordered chili cheese fries and for once she actually finished everything. We all ordered blizzards, and that's the only negative thing I have to say. By the time we got them the ice cream was already melting and by the time we got halfway you could actually drink the melted ice cream. Maybe the problem was in the mixing or the equipment whatever it was that was the only disappointment we had.
