Walked in and ordered my lunch. I only had time to take 8 pictures inside and they were already calling my name !! I’ve ordered lunch for delivery and same great service !! Highly recommend, professional staff, and food is always fresh and tasty !! Will definitely be back again !!

First, I've never had an issue with this location except for the inside being closed at weird times. Today was different. I spent $33 on two sandwiches, and IMO is a lot for what I received. I don't know if they plan to close early or if they ran out of tuna, but whoever the employee was that made my sandwich should be ashamed of himself. There's no tuna on the entire sandwich. It's mainly bread. I guess I should waste more gas to bring the sandwich back. These businesses are getting on my nerves hiring people who do not care! Literally a ripoff!

I've tried multiple times to order online and get my order right at least once. But... nope. They never want to come deliver inside when I request it to be left at my door. Gate code is always available and gate door is unlocked during the day. So not sure why it's even an option. One gentleman was so rude and dry. The details in my order are usually not correct. I always am given a completely different drink and god forbid I add something like a cookie. It will NOT be included with my order, even after purchase. Is there a way to report that?.... no of course not. They just get to keep your money. You get better service in person when they are even open inside. Officially made the last ever order with you guys.

Jimmy John's is one of my go-to sandwich shops, especially when I need to get in and out quick. There are a few shops around Houston that I frequent, and I've never had an issue with burnt bread before this location. I have now eaten here twice, and both times the bread has been very tough. Tough. The first time it seemed like stillbread, but this time the bottom of the loaf was definitely burnt. As you can see in the video, I can knock on it like a door made out of wood. Not only is it tough to choose through. It also has a burnt taste. The rest of the sandwich is so darn good. I'm going to eat the peck out of it anyway. For the record, I have purchased their day old bread and Not only is it a great deal, but it's always been softer then the bread I have received from this location on my fresh made sandwich. I will say their customer service besides the burnt bread of course is awesome! They have always acknowledged my customizations, and made my sandwich with accuracy, so I am surprised about the whole bread thing. Will definitely be back but I will be cautious about leaving the store without checking my bread next time.

I had a sandwich here this past weekend and it was honestly so terrible. I called the store to complain already, but after receiving a sandwich today from Jersey Mikes that was delicious, I decided to write a review. They gave me one piece of meat and only 3 of the requested items I wanted on my sandwich. I placed an order online and drove off, so when I ate it I wasn’t at the store. Super disappointing and will absolutely drive further and go to Jersey Mikes.

I had the #9. It was good but not significantly better than any other chain sub shop. The service was great, my sandwich was deliver quickly and was very good. I will return.

My first Jimmy John's experience and hey I enjoyed it. Food was good and service was good. Will def be coming back.

The last two times I’ve visited the employees had a handwritten sign on the door saying lobby closed. I thought it was a fluke the first time but after it happening again now I see they just don’t want customers inside. The first time in the drive through they alao told me I couldn’t make any meat substitutions on my sandwich. This time she told me around 6pm they only had French bread for one more sandwich so we left. There is a far better location to go to just a couple miles down 290.

Decent place for a sammich. Nice people working there.
