Everyone in this neighborhood was excited when a Chipotle opened so in such a convenient location Each time I have been it has been a complete and utter dissapointment. I wanted to give them a few chances since a new establishment needs time to find its footing, but this is unnaceptable. In portions, in food quality, in service. This time, the guacamole was a disgusting dark green, and even the lettuce was disgusting. So dissapointing and me, along with so many others as you can see, will not be returning.

Ordered online arrived and i had to wait for all the costumer inside to be served! If i didn’t asked i should wait more time to figure out that they didn’t start my order! I asked the employees they ignored me! I asked for the manager! The lady who pretended to be manager her name is SAMANTHA ( if she’s not laying cuz all the crew start laughing at me after she mentioned her name) she was very rude and unprofessional! I asked about how online order work all she said we are busy right now do you want your order or no!!! Even not a word of apologize... i don’t recommend this rude personal to anyone who really likes Chipotle.

Absolutely terrible. After having issues with my previous 4 mobile app orders, I'm convinced they're screwing up my order on purpose. The poor quality of my food is not what I'm accustomed to from other Chipotle restaurants. Disappointment.

Horrible service. VERY rude staff! Floors are dirty. Went in and was greeted with a “yes?”. Asked for my protein on the side and they charged me for extra meat. All in all trash location won’t step foot ever again.

I was honestly shocked when I saw this location had 3 stars. I honestly have great experiences here. I come here maybe once a month. Late night, mid day the staff and food are always 5 star to me. Shout out to Brian.

I have to be honest I was calling before writing and no body could answer (except the machine). I paid for my tortilla chips but didn't receive it. This is not the first time, it happened before. I recommend making sure the food is complete before leaving the restaurant, Otherwise no help. It's kind of frustrating especially when you don't live near.

It's definitely my worst Chipotle experience. Chicken meet was junk, not usual Chipotle stuff.

Great location, great service, boo on making me pay a quarter extra per tortilla with my bowl, but worth it to make my own tacos that are well mixed up.
