I had a bowl with blackened catfish and quinoa. The quinoa had a nice balance of shredded carrots, tomato’s, onions, and vinegar (I believe). The blackened catfish was moist and tender. The skin wasn’t over cooked, and it had a nice flavor that wasn’t overpowering. The portion sizes were just right although I could easily have eaten more. The gumbo (which I sampled), was also very good. Our waitress was warm and friendly. She spent some time making us feel welcomed and getting to know us. The bartender also asked me if we enjoyed our meal on the way out. This is a friendly establishment with a goal of wanting to become a local go to restaurant. I would highly recommend stopping in for a visit. If they continue to treat others who come here like they treated us, they will be very successful.

I want to thank Low Tide for such an amazing Thanksgiving dinner! Of course we had to tweak the gumbo to our liking but every other dish was perfect! Their service was professional and punctual and we can’t wait to see what’s on the menu for Christmas catering! Thanks again!!!

Wow, amazing dishes! We tried the Crab cake, Mussels, entree Shrimp n grits and the Mary Mary or something like that! This place has been there less than a year and has wonderful food! Our 1st time there. For non seafood eaters there is other food but their burgers look fantastic! I drove from the Eastside of Houston and worth the trip! We didnt drink but there is a full bar. Service was excellent and the manager was very attentive.

This was my first time visiting with my my family. We had a wonderful time we made our selection off the special menu for restaurant month. Jen was exceptional, and I think the manager helped as well. We enjoyed all of our food. I will definitely be back soon.

Fun to find this place and if I lived closer I would go weekly. I had seafood gumbo and a delicious combo plate with shrimp and catfish. My friend had tacos and she loved it. Our server was friendly and she was knowledgeable on the menu. I will be back!

This place was wonderful!! I came on a weekday, so it wasn’t that busy. The atmosphere was relaxing and I believe he was the manager, he was such a sweet guy. Would definitely come back.

I had a fantastic dining experience. The restaurant has a great ambiance with a relaxed coastal vibe, making it the perfect place for a leisurely meal. The seafood dishes looked exceptionally fresh and flavorful but I had the burger. The menu offered a nice variety of options. The service was attentive and friendly, and the cocktails were well-crafted. I highly recommend Low Tide Kitchen & Bar to anyone looking for a delicious meal with a great atmosphere.

Our Chapelwood Chancel Choir celebrated the end of a busy and wonderful year of singing at Low Tide Kitchen & Bar. Owner Alli Jarrett created a perfect menu for our group of 60 people, and her staff went out of their way to serve us! They even created two special choir drinks for us---the Sing-Along and The Chancel! We will happily return to Low Tide for more parties and more dinners!

This place is a little hidden and I’m so glad we tried it! The staff is very friendly and attentive. The crab cake was one of the best I’ve ever had! The gumbo was very tasty. Nice place for a quiet drink and a meal. I highly recommend.

This was our first time here and the food and service were excellent. Our entire table ordered the Marth & Mary Duo (Catfish and shrimp). It was beautifully presented and tasted even better. It a large portion so if two people arent super hungry they could easily share this plate. It comes with fries, hush puppies and coleslaw. I actually wish there was a smaller portion and then I would have tried dessert. They have some yummy sounding homemade dessert options. It was quiet inside which made for great table conversation. Sometimes waiters can be too hovering or non existent when its slow but our waiter was perfect. We will definitely be back.
