it was my mom's 82nd birthday. This waitress went above and beyond to make sure that we had a great experience. She took care of all of us all by herself. It was a Saturday afternoon at 5:00 p.m. . Not an easy shift by all means. There were 16 of us in the group. Even though this young girl was pregnant and had been working all day, she waited past her shift to take care of us. And she did it all by herself. Unbelievably professional and sweet. We were her last customer so after we paid her bill and gave her a generous tip, we sat her down to have a piece of birthday cake with us. She was so touched. She deserves this and so much more. Take good care of her. she is gold.. priceless.

Much better in all aspects after a year or so since I visited this location. Marquita did a fantastic job being attentive, fast service as well as answering questions I had regarding the menu, specials and the Red Lobster app. The kitchen was fast and the food plates well. I felt I could move my previous 2 stars to 4 now and I'll be back.

The waitstaff wasn't the greatest. When the person I was with stated that the food tasted bland, she asked him what should he expect at a restaurant and told him he could use salt and pepper. Luckily the manager came out and offered to replace the meal and was very kind. I believe his name was Brandon. Drinks were good, but we were never offered a second round of drinks. The appetizers were the best thing we had. I also didn't like that the AC ducts kept dripping water from the vents right by our table.

I ordered the ultimate feast, every thing was good and acceptable , but for lobster it was so tough and not easy to eat not cooked correctly and poor quality. I order desert by the time the server brought me the missing spoon to eat it with my ice cream was melting on my cake. She brought it to my table with no fork or spoon to eat it with. I would say service was fair in part for the $52.00 price tag it should have been better quality food and service. Don't waste your hard earned money at this place the quality of food and service has changed. Red lobster has been sold a couple of times and maybe the reason for the changes. I've been eating at this place for 40 years, but it's too expensive for the quality and portions served. Just one star for this service and food quality. You'll not be treated as a valued customer. When the food portions and food quality no longer fit the prices charged you gotta problem.

Visited on Mother's Day. Seated immediately. In my personal opinion, the best Red Lobster location in Houston for great tasting seafood and outstanding customer service. Our Waiter, Jason did an exceptional job!

Excellent food and service. I tried the all you can eat shrimp and it was delicious! I highly recommend the shrimp scampi (no pasta) and the grilled shrimp skewers (come with orzo). The cheese biscuits are great!

I ordered a cup of lobster bisque to go. It was $8 and my cup was half full. Way too much for a few bites....not sure why I didn't get my whole cup of soup. Pretty disappointed.

Decided to take advantage of their new $10 weekday meal, got the fish sandwich with rice, all I can say is I was not expecting that! It was super huge and delicious! 🤣, Not sure if all locations make them like they do.. delivery also arrived before expected time!

Great service. Great food. Great company. I took my mother her for her 73rd birthday. It was a blast. I have the shrimp lover dinner it was very tasty. The waitress suggested the brussel sprouts. I was reluctant to agree. But I am very happy I did. They were delicious. The biscuits are always amazing. Always a treat when we go here.

Good manager, helping his staff due to a lack of waiters. Seating people and taking orders on their behalf. The electricity went out and everyone was given a free meal. We left them a nice tip.

Un clean table our waiter wiped our table with napkin from the bar but there was cheese every where so we moved tables . We got unsweet and sweet tea but they tasted smokey and very strange also the dr.peper tasted flat. Cheese sticks are blaned but ok the bread needs more salt crab was good but cold.

Came out again. Food was awesome. Had a little problem, spoke to manager and they fixed the food issue. The service was not up to par tonight. Atmosphere was great as usual.

Went today and first the food was mediocre, took over 30mins for food to come out. Cajun Alfredo pasta had no Cajun seasoning just plain Alfredo sauce. The unlimited shrimp our waitress ended it like let me bring you your check instead of asking we are done. Asked for biscuits but had to wait every time for some. It’s crazy it was mostly empty but to wait for food was ridiculous. The waiter and waitress were in the back rapping, cursing, and goofing off. Didn’t like the experience at this location at all definitely fell off. I will not be coming back.

First time at this Red lobster. I came last Sunday at like 3pm. I don't know my waiters name but he was awesome he was friendly and prompt. The ultimate endless shrimp is a great deal. I enjoyed it.

Went on a Saturday afternoon around 4. We were greeted warmly and immediately seated. The restaurant was clean and had a comfortable atmosphere. Our waiter (Aaron, I think) was very polite and attentive. We ordered the crab queso dip appetizer and it was really good! It came out hot with big chunks of crab it it and plenty of chips. We all ordered the endless shrimp and it was well worth it. The coconut shrimp was our favorite, but the grilled shrimp skewers and popcorn shrimp were also really good. And the value for the money was great. Only disappointments were the original fried shrimp - somewhat soggy, not very hot or crunchy at all with little to no flavor & the iced tea- it tasted fine I just think $3.70 for a glass of tea is ridiculous. But the incredible biscuits will definitely have me coming back!

The all you can eat shrimp was good, I did like it but I ordered a plate with pasta and shrimp and it tasted like nothing. They just put the pasta sauce on top of the cooked noodles. Highly dissatisfied for the price and taste of the pasta.

We were in Houston for a bowling 🎳 tournament and decided to eat at the Red Lobster 🦞 . The food was great and so was our waiter. We all ate too much because it was so good! The food was very fresh!

I regretfully suggested that my friends and I visit Red Lobster on a Tuesday after work based on a colleague's recommendation about their special. The service was notably slow, although somewhat forgivable. However, waiting 35 minutes for a drink, with only one bartender and no manager in sight, was incredibly frustrating. I eventually had to request a manager, which took an additional 30 minutes. When she finally arrived, she approached the wrong table, glanced at us, and left. Subsequently, we had to wait an extra 20 minutes for the manager, Laquita, to return. When we expressed our dissatisfaction, she informed us that there was nothing she could do and advised us to contact corporate, citing inadequate staffing as the reason. Her lack of concern for our experience was disheartening. This experience left us feeling undervalued, and it's difficult to justify enduring such treatment.

It's been a year since I was here. I guess I expected them to improve. I was impressed that they were able to keep the same low standards. The price and quality of the food was not even close to value, the waitress taking care of us never asked if we needed refills eventhough my drink sat empty for 30 minutes, only seen her twice after she dropped off drinks once for appetizers and once for meal. After this I can't wait for them to close and something good move in there.

This location was nice friendly and clean. The atmosphere was very laid back. The server got my order wrong but made up for it so really no complaints. Wait staff was friendly and the food was very delicious. If I had to eat broccoli everyday I would eat it from here!

Honestly hadn't been to a RL in at least 25 years and the reason we went was b/c our water was out (cable contractor damage) and someone had given is a gift card. It was later in the evening so it wasn't crowded (actually, we weren't initially sure it was open b/c the windows are a very dark tint). Food was decent, atmosphere is kind of 80's throwback - a little dark with lots of booths with a single light over the table - very old school restaurant. Our server, however, was excellent and very attentive.

Horrible location. No hostess when walking in. Waitress must have wanted to be off because she was rude and inattentive. Took 30 minutes to get two drinks from bar afte reminding her we never received themShe took the order from two people who arrived after and brought their food out before ours..hell we never got the food because we left. The manager was sick and had to social distance but had the audacity to say she was in the kitchen making sure food was coming out…wow..make that make sense. The other waiter reeked of weed while on the clock. Never will I visit this location again.

Never Ever Will I visit this establishment!! Horrible customer service from the Management on down to the waiter! Waited 1 hour for our food (( WHICH NEVER CAME )) but that’s when we gave up and asked for our check to leave ! In all fairness it was 30 percent occupied so being busy was not a EXCUSE!! I’m not one to complain BUT MEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!

We sat at the bar and were able to observe a lot. The staff was amazing. They were working hard and non-stop. The barmaid was punctual and attentive and extremely kind! A manager was actively walking around speaking in his earpiece to ensure no one was missed. What threw me off was the CUSTOMERS! Never in my life have I seen so many rude individuals in one location. Making disparaging remarks, being unkind and unnecessarily rude to the servers and bussers. Humans y’all need to do better. The workers were running circles teaming up to ensure your experience is stellar and I hope those workers know WE saw them going above and beyond! Thank you to the entire crew for an excellent first experience at this location. We will be back! Well managed, great teamwork, stellar atmosphere!

Food is great, as soon as you arrive you get warm bread, tasty. Plates are huge, I had to share and take home leftovers. Salads, lobster with shrimp. Cream. The last piece missing would be a waiter to invite you to taste or suggest. I have been several times always a great experience. The restaurant from outside looks like closed... something to improve!. Fresh meals.

As far as quality of food this is absolutely the worst Red Lobster I’ve ever been in. I should have known because we arrived at 11:55 AM on. Tuesday (lunch hour ) and we literally had to go pull in the door to see if they were open. All the other restaurants in the area appeared to have usual lunch crowds. The place was reasonably clean, a little old and worn of course but not too bad. Service was friendly enough. But again the food quality was bleh. Best thing we had was a cheeseburger actually. Fish and chips was overcooked and tough. Shrimp scampi taste like it was frozen TV dinner. Grilled shrimp was cold. Etc.

Haven't been here in a while. And I was looking forward to the biscuits. They arrived at the table cold.. disappointed. I got steak and lobster. Mistake was decent. The lobster seemed to be a little bit maybe on the overcooked side.

We were there for lunch and had a trainee wait on us. She did nice job and the food was good as always. She had good support from her manager.

  • 4/5 Jonathan B. 2 years ago on Google
The manager in training there was wonderful. Her trainee Anni was super nice as well. The manager was working the hostess booth, bussing tables, taking orders, delivering food and everything else possible. And she did it with a smile and was ultra pleasant to talk to and was attentive. She had deep knowledge of the menu and everything. You will not find a better manager. Promote her higher.

My hubby always enjoy the "endless shrimp special" at Red Lobster. I enjoyed their shrimp & flounder, the brocolli was so tender. Great, delicious food and very nice, friendly waiter. One of our favorite's. Highly recommend!!!
