This place serves old beans that expire the next day and old meat also and warm up tortillas on a grill that never gets clean and cooks quesadillas on a cooker that never gets clean right HOUSTON WAKE UP THIS IS A VERY UNSAFE PLACE TO EAT

My order was wrong I witness the manager refusing service from customers saying that ran out of food then saying they only taking cash bye time I got to the window he said there was no more cheese good thing I already go my food and was back in line because they made it wrong my fries was cold and they gave me a half cup of cheese the only time I will come to this location is in the daytime because the people don’t want to work. I heard one of the employees scream go eat somewhere else.

Had ordered a Cravings Box with a Cheesy Gordita Crunch and a crispy taco 🌮 and a zero-sugar Mountain Dew. Cool and quiet inside. Sat in, enjoyed. Everything was good. And it was my first time at this location. (July 1)

This is a good example of the new Taco Bell that the corporate changes have made. Nice clean restaurant, bathrooms require manager escort. Food was great, nothing special. At least you're able to refill your drinks yourself.(which is a plus+) Now my disappoints, No One talks to you anymore to say hi or Boo! (At Halloween) Except when they call your name to get your order. If you want customer service i.e. workers to talk to you GO TO THE DRIVE THROUGH. This is exactly what their corporate wants. Like I said good food nothing else special. I do enjoy their food.

This is one of the worst operated fast food places I've ever been to. The Staff here after 9pm or so games the system and only takes one order from the drive thru every 5-10 min. DO NOT GO HERE. This place is terrible. Go to the location on shepherd, it's way faster and not that far away.

They only had 2 employees working. One fixing food other on the drive Thru (one on the DT looked liked she wasn't there all the way, ) the problem I had was her touching the food with one glove on and then going back abd forth to DT /touching food without changing gloves and thrn touching the headpiece with the glove on her hand 🖐

food was not right at all, every single item was underfilled and incorrect. i beg you to drive the extra few miles and go to a better taco bell

The food was hit and fresh. The employees were very nice.
