Service is horrible. There hasn’t been one time since I’ve been coming here since 2016 that the service has been fast. Expect to at least spend an average of 3 mins for someone to answer the speaker and another average of 10-15 mins to get your items here every time you come through the drive thru. On top of that every so often they’ll get your order wrong. Unfortunately this is the closest Sonic to us, but at this point we are done with this location. It is clear by these reviews that the franchise owner of this location can’t get their stuff together.

Wow, this sonic location is VERY special. After ordering 2 simplistic drinks and 2 pretzels, a young lady brought our drinks on a tray and after politely informing her that the order was wrong, she ran into the store to have herself a cry. Apparently, she didn't like being told the order was wrong and that i would refuse to hand over my card until my order is correct. Afterward, I'm assuming, the manager, came out to deliver the same exact incorrect order. While trying to explain the incorrect order to her, she decided to become highly unprofessional and rude by interrupting constantly, raising her voice, and just having a downright nasty attitude. After so many times of being interrupted, I simply raised the tone of my voice a bit, to speak over her, and say "hey, quit interrupting me so I can answer your question" It was at this point, one of her associates came out and stood directly in front of my drivers side mirror, preventing me from leaving while the "manager" continued with her attitude and lack of intelligence. Eventually, I was graciously allowed to leave by my captors and was giving some very kind words from them while leaving, including some foul language (thankfully my child wasn't in the car) So, please go to this store if you want to experience some very rude carhops, managers, and associates.

If I wanted hash browns I would of went next door to IHOP. These things look like they got put through the blender. They look like they was breaking these up to roll up in a swisher lol. When I tried to give these to my 5 yr old he got a handful n balled em up into one big tater tot ball n threw it at me for disrespecting him

If I could give negative stars for service I would. Not only are all of the stalls broken and won't work, but nobody answers when you push the red button (if you're able to find one working) or go up to the door. It took me getting out and asking for my order that I ordered 20 minutes ago and knocking on the door to get them to do anything with me. Do not go here - chose someplace else!!! I'm never one to do a post like this but when I mean I've been here 20+ minutes I have. I know it can be busy, but I've been trying to get in contact with someone for 15 of those minutes and nobody is here?!!!? Don't ever come here. Ever.

I have been to this location too many times now. They open at 6 am and when I order online and get there, there is usually no one there or just got there and fryers are not hot yet. I ordered a bacon burrito on 9/19 and did not get tots due to fryer not being ready again. I didn't open burrito to eat until the next morning at work and there was no bacon or cheese. Who the heck wants an egg burrito? I asked about the tots since I was getting a drink and guess what---fryers not ready again. I am done with this location and possibly Sonic altogether.

I've been to a lot of sonics in my lifetime and this one is by far the worst. I took over an hour for a half cooked hamburger. This could have gotten my sick or in the hospital.

Every single time I have been to this location it goes without fail that I sit and wait at the stall with the red button activated and NEVER gets answered. Literally sat for 10 minutes today before I gave up and left. Apparently the only folks being serviced were the ones in the drive thru. Today was the last time I visit this location. I will drive out of way to the next Sonic to actually be served

Employee playing game at drive thru. Said my combo order by the number maybe eight times and every time would come back to me with a different order. She never stated she couldn’t hear me and I got progressively louder and there was no way she couldn’t hear the correct order. Store full of teenagers and need adult management. But is okay because right next door was a whataburger who was more than glad to take my order and get my business. This is not the first time I have had issues at this store , but it will the last time as I will never be back.

It doesn't matter if you go through the drive-thru or order online, the wait time is laughable. Expect to wait 15 minutes plus to get your food. This really sucks because I really like the food and the employees are friendly.

Terrible service. Sat for 5 min at the stall without an answer after pushing the button, no one else was here. Then went through the drive through, ordered my breakfast, waited about 10 min, then was told they couldn't give me change on a $20 bill.
