Great little spot for a quick snack and coffee. That's all you can ask for in an airport. I had the white chocolate latte and it was perfect. Service is friendly and fast. They sell all the standard things such as quick snacks and water bottles as well.

Wait time a tad long but nice tea selection.

Rudest cashier ever. Gate 1 at Hobby. Do not go to this place. They do not even have a system going, and everyone’s order is just up in the air. All you have to do is down there and request your order and there are two girls finding out who does more work than the other.

Just got coffee but the lady behind the counter was excellent. She was efficient and personable. I couldn't catch her name but she was working 10am on Oct 3rd. Thumbs up!

Coffee is good, staff running the cash register could have been a tad nicer and wore her mask properly. Also telling customers in advance of ordering and about to pay that it is card only or put a sign up. As I would have bought a bigger drink had I known I couldn't use the cash I had on hand. Edit: cash tips and getting change for cash for the tips is apparently ok.

Wow, WoW, just WOW!! I know that folks are frustrated at the cancelations, but y'all Peet's Coffee is down here giving complimentary coffee with a smile. They're literally a saving grace for those that are stuck here for days. I liked yall before, but I LOVE yall now!! We need more caring, and compassionate companies like Peet's. If you're stuck here, come downstairs to the baggage lobby, they're set up down here. Get you a hot cup of joe.

Two checkout registers, no crowd. Both registers working. My mother and I had a water to purchase. He would not check us out until moved to other register. Then served another customer at the register we were at (customer came up after us and pointed that out). He still insisted on serving her first making us move to other register and wait!!! No courtesy. Bad customer service. Keep going to Starbucks right down the way!

Service was horrible, the cashier seemed to be more interested in talking personal business with another Coworker, coffee was horrible, I asked for a croissant was horrible, stale I'm sure it had been there all day... tried to put some creamer on the coffee and both creamers were empty... but with that type of service I didn't even bother asking for help, I was worried I was going to get yelled at

The coffee & muffins were great. But Shay, who was working at the Hobby airport on 7/22/22 @ 6:55 am is extremely rude and unprofessional. She had a nasty attitude toward all of the customers and got irritated when you asked her a question. I ordered a caramel macchiato with extra caramel. When my order was finally called for pick up, I asked if there was extra caramel before leaving the line. She then yelled "I said caramel macchiato!" I asked again & she yelled it once more "I said this is a caramel macchiato, do you want it or not!". The other lady working with her then politely said, "Yes ma'am, we put in the extra caramel." I just wanted to know before I left the long line. I was completely embarrassed and upset about how I was rudely yelled at in front of everyone for simply asking a question. This definitely is not customer service. The gentleman at the cash register were so polite but when you go to pick up your coffee, the mood & attitude totally changes to sour. Other customers received her nasty attitude for asking for napkins and for more half & half as well. She needs more training & her attitude alone will keep me away from this Peet's location.

Lady was extremely rude and disrespectful. The coffee was burnt. Couldn’t finish the sentence before she kept saying next. We just walked up and we’re looking at the menu for less than a minute. No one was behind up.

Stop for a quick cold pumpkin brew with Jelly coffee, cashiers was ok, service was more interested on see one of the coworkers get fired and scored by GM!... that took some time, then when finally they realized they didn't make my drink, it was a quick fix with no special straw for the jelly bean 😒😒😒

There was a limited menu but the coffee was good and the service was quick. I got the Havana cappuccino and my brother hot the chai latte. The chai latte was really milky and didn't taste like it had much tea in it at all, which was kind of disappointing. The croissants are really good for a snack!

Great coffee to have, tried it first time and really loved it. Having been a regular customer at Starbucks but wanted to try something new and happy that I gave this a shot. The beans have been refreshingly fresh and of high quality. The coffee was prepared perfectly and the felt very soothing. Will recommend anyone to try fantastic coffee at Pete's

Lovely service while waiting to board my delayed flight. Received great coffee. I didn't know what I wanted but I told the gentleman I like Carmel and foam. He made a perfect drink!!

Wow! What a Great experience at Peet’s coffee in Houston Hobby near gate 40. The young men who just served us were wonderful! It was our first time at Peet’s, we made some mistakes with our order, and they helped us make it right! They were kind and patient, and kept a smile on the whole time. Special thank you to each of you!

PB&J was old. The cashier was not friendly at all. Seemed perturbed when I asked for a receipt, even after giving a tip. Peets usually has been better.

Trash everywhere. The guys working there operate with half a brain. They are out of everything iced. They don't toast a bagel either. They throw it in a bag and "toast" it but more like warm it cause its not toasted at all. No knives for the cream cheese. Left with a different drink and got a refund on the bagels thanks to the manager. More needs to be done to run a high volume location like this. And you need more than just the manager to halfway care.

It's nice inside, albeit a little messy. Ordered a hot green tea and the lady just pulls out a small shelf and I'm like yeah the green tea please, and she just slaps two packets on the counter and a cut of hot water which 15 minutes later is too hot, but that could just be me. Service is just not there. In the bin it goes, going elsewhere.

I know this is an airport Peet’s, but I had to leave a review about Pierre! I ordered an iced latte today and he followed up after checkout with some additional questions to make sure my drink was exactly what I wanted. Thanks Pierre!

I fly frequently and like to get a coffee, but every time I try to get one here, they’re out of whatever I want—oat milk; cold brew; pastries. Whoever is in charge of these things is setting up the staff for failure.

Excellent coffee in a nice, clean setting. For an airport shop, this is an especially nice place to grab a cup and gear up for your flight. Best one I've found in any airport so far.

The worst customer service in the PM ever. I wish I would have seen Starbucks first. Two gentleman just chatting away behind the counter, made eye contact with me and didn’t even acknowledge me at the counter. As they were finishing their conversation one of them asked a gentleman that walked up after me if he was ready to order!!!! What the heck????…

Not the best coffee but will get you the caffeine you need. How is it possible to get drip coffee wrong? They must be brewing stale coffee or a very cheap blend that is primarily used for artisan coffees that are full of sugar, cream, and syrups...

Awesome service but you can't tip on your card!! Hey manager...put card tipping into your system. These people are friendly and fast, they deserve to get their tips. It's 2024 how is Peet's so behind the times? You get asked to add tips at automatic check outs even...but not here where people are actually working?? Lame Peet's.

Danish was covered in hair. It appeared someone brushed their hair or shaved over the Danish. Absolutely disgusting.

Went to this location and as soon as I arrived they've told me that they're only serving drip coffee. "No latte's, Espressos or cappuccinos," the lady said. What's the point?. Espressos are the soul ingredients for the majority of cafè beverages. Luckily there was a Starbucks near by. After reading more reviews, I see how terrible this place. Unless these issues are addressed, then please, close this place down.

If someone orders ,and pays for oatmilk don't put five drops in it and say you added oatmilk. If my coffee still looks black, you clearly didn't add enough - either add some more or charge me for some more. The lady at the register was absolutely lovely. The woman who handed me the coffee was rude. We all have bad days. As I head towards an area that just got hit with a hurricane I can do without the attitude.

I was so so so impressed with the service at this Peet's location! The team here is absolutely lovely & positive & helped made my Thanksgiving morning full of sunshine, gratitude, & wonderful coffee! Thank you, Peet's Team!

01/28/20 I bought a chocolate chip cookie and a banana muffin to snack on while waiting for my flight to Dallas. The cookie was too hard for my liking and not that good. The muffin did not have much real banana flavor, was dry, and forgettable. Since, my bar is pretty high with baked goods, I didn’t knock the review down too low. The employee working was nice and friendly, so that helped the review as well. I couldn’t eat really much of the cookie or muffin and I wouldn’t recommend either to anyone. Save your calories for something else.

Hard to find Peets Coffee in Texas. It seems only appear at airports. I had a terrible experience here. I found a long blond hair in my scone. The place was never swept nor cleaned during that 45 minute of my visit.

I like that they will fill my coffee thermos, I like that they have whole milk in addition to other creamer options. I enjoy the body of their dark roast. Today I ordered a [big] blueberry muffin with my coffee. Where are the blueberries? This was a plain muffin topped with a few baked blueberries. How cheap are these muffins that you have to mass-produce plain ones, then put different ‘topping’ on each?

Coffee was mediocre at best. Ordered a caramel macchiato. It tastes like watered down iced coffee from McDonald's.

Ordered coffee and a Blueberry muffin, Coffee is good, but Blueberry muffin had no blueberrys inside, Went back to let them know and asked for a refund, Showed the lady the inside of the muffin, and then wanted to argue with me. Then talked to The manger and she wanted to argue some more. Really just wanted them to know there food vendor was providing them with low quality food products and thought my feed back would make it back to someone that cared, Thanks for the Coffee it was good Phillip

Great service! Everyone was very nice and hardworking. This is one of the best Peet’s. I usually go to the ones in the San Francisco Bay Area. They made my drink to order and it was delicious. The only thing that seemed to be lacking was the selection of cups or mugs, but I usually don’t buy my drink ware from an airport. Five stars, especially for service!

Hands down best coffee I’ve had. Everything about this place was amazing. Starting from service all the way to the product. I have no idea what coffee they use here, but it was pretty darn good.

Stopped by today 6/25/22 and had the nicest customer service. The employees were so kind and cheerful. Every time I fly now I will stop by this coffee shop. Thank you

The "staff" are as rude as they get. Low effort, so very low expectations. Asked for a receipt, not ledgeable, asked for another from the manager and when I mentioned how rude the staff was she asked me what my gate was and told me she would call airport security if I came back and talked about her staff. BRIANNA AND CASHIDA should not be working with the public.

Unfortunately this is the only coffee place in this wing of a terminal, and it's a lousy place. Coffee is sub-par, muffins are soggy. On the positive note, green tea is good, scones were ok.

Service was really great. I don't know his name...Reggo is the name on my receipt. He had facial hair and glasses. I dined in so I saw him with a lot of people. Soooo friendly and was this way with every guest. He was very helpful in steering the guests towards the appropriate drink and very intentional with his movements. He would make a great bartender. The young lady working with him was super sweet, really pretty with long braids. Idk her name...speech pathology major. When she was helping guests, she was cleaning and finding things to do. They made a very efficient and friendly team! Great work ethic!

Attempted to get a cup of coffee this morning before my flight. They were out of espresso. The coffee was vile. They should probably taste it before serving it. Also there was no milk or cream in either thermos. They don't take cash either. The entire staff seemed asleep. Granted it was 7am...I was sleepy too. I dumped the entire coffee and spent time in the Starbucks line instead. Keep walking past this store Get it together Peet's!

Staff was very nice, all other stores were closed and I had my 18m old that wanted Milk. I went to ask if they had milk for sale, staff did not but provided me with a cup. I was greatful and came back to purchase coffee mocha. I appreciate the staff helping me out.

They forced a wrong sized lid on my coffee, which then spilled all over me, burning me and and all I got was an "oh no, I'll remake it." As I changed my clothes they remade it, and only filled it halfway! I didn't want to deal with it as I was already annoyed that I had to be on a plane smelling like coffee. The cherry on top was the coffee tasted bitter and left a bad after taste.

Friendly staff but garbage coffee. Got an americano and asked for a splash of oat milk instead of cream. They still charged me the $1 oat milk charge for a latte. Give me a break. $5 for coffee that tastes like the dirty pot coffee I can get on the plane.

Weird that they would only have one person working the morning shift. She's doing a good job but Peet's management that does scheduling should have at least 3 or 4 people scheduled during the morning to provide support and get the line down faster. It's an airport so speed & accuracy is needed *They are expensive af

Two time changed my cappuccino and it was horrible I told to change due to no taste for coffee only milk and foam He changed it and it was tasteless same the first one I believe if you are running such a kind of business you have to have some one to around and check your business I gave it back to cashier and told no taste of coffee Even they don’t know how to deal with customers Departure are hobby

I only take their chai latte cuz I don't have coffee. I need to have brewed boiled Indian tea but this is the closest I get. Peets chai latte is the best, followed by Starbucks then followed by Dunkin's.
