The atmosphere is very high end, with a large, white marble counter and ample seating. The space itself opens up into a reception area for the building that makes the place seem very comfortable and large. The cortado had a bit too much foamed milk, which diluted the coffee a bit and left me wanting something a bit stronger. The coffee itself was pretty neutral, with some chocolatey notes. They are affiliated with Blacksmith and Morningstar if you like those places. It was a pleasant experience and I would come here again to relax and talk or work. I didn't see any outlets while I was there if that is important to your studying and working.

I made my first visit to this newish downtown spot on Good Friday. I was told by another coffee fan on Instagram that I would enjoy their coffee, so I came with expectations. The baristas did not disappoint, at all. I started off with a Flat White (my preferred drink). It was simply delicious, nice and smooth - perfect balance between the espresso and the milk. Not really a fan of lattes, I decided to have one later that afternoon (I was hoping for oat milk), but stayed with real milk. Both drinks were very delicious, not bitter or sour...just a perfectly delicious taste of Greenway coffee roasted beans! I so wish they were open on weekends...

Great architecture! Appeasing and spotless atmosphere. I grabbed a chamomile tea it’s hard to mess up a drink like that lol, so I can’t really judge if overall the drinks are good here in general. Also had a hard time finding the coffee shop there’s no visible sign from the outside because it’s in a building.

The staffs at this store are awesome. I spent an afternoon there and heard them chatting with customers like friends. I lost track of time while working (sorry), and they didn’t rush me to leave. The barista even made me a cup of coffee before leaving because he saw I was still working on something. I've been through a lot lately, and I really appreciate the kindness from the barista to a stranger like me… thank you!

Great cafe with low-key artsy set up and a super cool staff. I'm always impressed by how fast the folks who work here can process orders, and the quality of drinks are top notch. The menu has a few specialty drinks that are great (ex: blue jasmine milk tea). The best part is how friendly the staff is with customers and how familial they are with each other.

This coffee shop is so convenient for us coffee lovers working (and almost living) at 609 main. The staff is very knowledgeable about coffee and brewing in general, so feel free to ask them questions.

Love the vibes, very calming atmosphere. Visiting from chicago so I had to try the Texas Honey Cinnamon latte. Very good, I got it half sweet but really love the espresso bean flavor that come after the flavoring taste. Friendly workers!!

This is hands down my favorite coffee spot in Houston. Love the downtown atmosphere. The shop is in the 609 Main Street building. Great architecture, and plenty of places to sit and kill time. The staff are friendly and efficient. I’m not even a latte person, and LOVE the Texas Honey and Cinnamon Latte! If you like amazing coffee and great service, def give them a try. I’m addicted at this point and I’m ok with that! Lol

R&B slow jamz with a Jasmin pearl cup of tea and my lap top or book. This place is great for intimate business meetings they have plugs under every table and you're welcome to use the lounging area right next to the coffee shop as well. Will definitely be returning.

Best coffee shop in Downtown by far . The baristas are all personable and know their coffee! They got some cool off the menu stuff as well if you want to mix it up. Don’t forget to try their tacos ! They sell out very fast so I recommend getting here before 9 am. A staple for those who work around here !

I asked for a cortado and did not mention "for here" and got my drink in a paper cup. I was dissapointed but it was my bad. I did not say anything, but the barista saw me sit down and insisted on making me a new cortado in glass. That has never happened to me. I was so shook by the kindenss and care that I forgot to take pictures. The taste was excellent. The atmosphere is super modern and clean but very little cozy.

Great little coffee shop on the lobby of the 609 Main building. It's on the corner closest to Halal Guys. The menu is simple, but they use quality beans from Greenway Coffee. Barista was super nice. Homemade caramel, honey, vanilla, and mocha syrups. Try the Texas Honey and Cinnamon Latte.

I love coffee shops with character and this shop has plenty of it! Really cool vibes with a simple, yet unique, layout. Great staff who's very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The latte I got was great! Love the presentation and the flavor. Very smooth experience. One of the best lattes I've recently tried! Highly recommended! Great job y'all!

Must go coffee place for downtown working people. I remember Instagram Blogger HoustonCoffeeGuide told me about this place and yes they serve better coffee than Starbucks or any other so close to work place.

Clean, modern cafe with a simple menu offering the expected espresso drinks and some twists. Offers food items, but cannot speak on behalf on those items. Slightly more expensive than Starbucks, but you can have real cups or to-go options.

The coffee tastes great but never hot. Prices are good. I would have rated 5 if they would provide coffee that is hot.
